Stayed with family/friends over Halloween. Condo was nicely appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Great views from all rooms. Appreciated heated pool since it was cooler than usual. Saw dolphins and rays every day from balcony . Really was great that owner was able to help with a few special requests
Relaxing Vacation
We had a great vacation to Panama City Beach. We stayed at The Dunes of Panama. Our 3 bedroom condo was a great size for our family. We had plenty of room and everything that we needed.

Just as the pictures show it ... Xtra Clean .. Very comfortable .. Great Ocean view ... Great value. We have stayed at the Dunes of Panama for over 15 years and I believe this was the best condo we ever had !! Thanks to the owners who allowed us to stay an extra night after a mix up on dates ... You saved our vacation!!!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was everything that we wanted and more. It was supplied with everything that we needed and had tons of closet space. We had multiple family members staying in different units. Our unit was big enough to meet up for evening family dinners and everyone could enjoy the views along the spacious deck. Owners are easy to work with and very helpful. We would definitely stay in this unit again. If you are looking for space, oceanviews in every direction, and clean unit, then this is it!

First of all my husband said the renter is super nice and answered all and any questions we had.
This place is a GREAT price for how nice it is.
Love the location. Easy to find. close to lots of stuf!
They have a security gate (how nice!)
Parking is great! had plenty of room for family members that came with us.
We opened the door and I coudnt believe how CLEAN this place was.. i mean im used to the Holiday inn or 5 star hotels that are usually still kinda sandy from other guests. OMG this place was SO NICE! All the linens were FRESH. the carpet was CLEAN. I especially loved the carpet in the room we stayed (master) cause it was super soft lol. The vanity in the master area was a plus! hairdryers were even provided in a drawer! plenty of extra blankets and things for beds. The closets (we didnt use lol) were HUGE! Now if we can ever stay longer than a weekend we are def going to enjoy the closet space. the balcany was SO big!! i lovvved the wrap around and my husbands parents REALLY enjoyed the private balcany from their room :) so cool. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils cups needed. they even had little kid plastic bowels which was GREAT! What i LOVED the most was the washer and dyer! O that was just so wonderful!!! I could wash the baithing suits before we went out to the beach the next day. theres a shop downstairs if ever you need anything as well. They provided toliet papter which was really a plus as well as hand soap. The towels were so clean and the shower was spotless. all i can say is I was more than pleased with our stay. The condo had GREAT access to the beach, the pools were nice, the staff was very nice. Just a wonderful place to stay. I told my husband Im saving now cause i cant wait to go back. I dont think we will try any other condos. I think we found our yearly vacation rental~!!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! Every room was ocean front! We really enjoyed the variety of furniture on the huge deck - chairs (regular and tall bar style), tables (regular and tall bar style), and lounge chairs. The rooms were much larger than they appear in the pictures. I also love the fact that they furnished items such as soap, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper - we've always had to provide these when renting from other condos in PCB. We were even greeted with a little "Welcome" basket of goodies from the owner; something I've never received from other condo owners. We highly recommend staying here! :)

Dunes of Panama Recently Updated Unit - E906
This 1975 square foot beach front condo is newly updated and only been on the rental program for a few years. We are located on the 9th floor of the E building of Dunes of Panama. This unit provides easy access to the beach, swimming pool and grilling area.
All 3 bedrooms, and the living/dining room have unbelievable beach front views. The master bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a remodeled bathroom including a stand up shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a private beach front patio. There is also a pull out sleeper in the living room. The dining table seats 6 and 2 bar stools at the counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer.
The Dunes of Panama offers 1500 ft of prime beach front, 3 pools (1 heated in the winter), 2 lighted tennis courts, a basketball goal, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, deli/convenience store and fitness room. Friendly, family atmosphere with on site security.
