Amazing Penthouse View - Free Beach Svc, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

I have stayed at this condo many times. Always super clean and equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The Mixsons are wonderful owners that have been a pleasure to deal with over the years. Mrs. Mixson always welcomes you with a phone call to make sure everything is okay. This condo is centrally located to anything you might want to do. Check in literally takes two minutes and then your on vacation. Top floor view never gets old and I have countless memories of sitting on the balcony. Swimming pool super clean, beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and plenty of beach toys etc in the closet. When I first started going to Florida I did plenty of research and found the Mixsons condo. Let me save you some time this place is a great condo at a bargain price for all you get. Enjoy your stay and make your family some great memories.

We are just wrapping up our 3rd year of being your Snowbirds. Your hospitality is always top notch and appreciated. The condo is always clean and well maintained. Since we stay for a couple of months, we definitely appreciate all great cooking equipment, we always have everything we need. The furniture is so comfortable. the master bed is great. We love waking up to the sound of the Gulf. And to anyone coming in warmer weather there are plenty of beach toys in the condo. Great balcony furniture we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon drinks on many days of our stay. Thank you again and we will be seeing you next Winter!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in your condo! Everything was perfect, from the moment we walked in we were so excited! The condo had everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a spectacular view! We had a great time and look forward to coming back next summer! The complimentary beach chairs were so nice and the attendant checked often to see if we needed anything.

We had an awesome stay at D1205! Best ever bed we’ve had on a vacation. The balcony is amazing. The direct sun never hits it, it provides a beautiful view and the breeze made it very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

This is our second stay at the Dunes in D1205. The room is amazing! Beds are comfortable and the the room is clean, has everything you need, wait time for the elevator was minimal, not to mention an AMAZING view from the balcony. The owner called during both of our stays to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely be back!

My best friend and I stayed in this condo with our 4 boys, 8/8/2020 - 8/15/2020, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location and view was fabulous and such an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room for all of us and the beds were comfortable. Cheryl was amazing to work with and even called to make sure everything was ok!!! Definitely recommend this rental & will stay again!

My family and I stayed at Dunes Dreams July 11-18,2020 and we had the most amazing stay! I have rented several condos over the last 6 years and this by far is my favorite! Very clean, well equipped, and the owners go out of their way to make your stay is everything you hoped for. The kitchen is more than well stocked. I love to cook and most of the time in a condo the pots and pans selection is far from desirable. Not the case here. Everything I needed was right there. I will definitely be a return visitor!

Some girlfriends and I took a weeks vacation and stayed further down the strip than usual and it was a wonderful decision! Dunes Of Panama is the perfect location and has lots of beach room so you don’t feel like you are on top of each other! The condo was honestly the cleanest condo I have ever rented, and the top floor view is breathtaking. The owners were wonderful to work with. Cheryl called personally to check on us upon our arrival (which I have never had happen) weather was perfect, and condo was perfect, it was just a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Thank you for a fabulous week! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great view - so close to the beach I woke to the sounds of the ocean. Condo is updated, very clean, and comfortable. Comes with beach service - which is so nice. Just grab your towel and you are all set - no lugging chairs and umbrellas! The Spring Break beach scene was relaxing and quiet! The owners were a pleasure to work with - great communication from booking to check out. I would definitely come back to this place.

We totally enjoyed our stay even though it was cut short because Hurricane Michael. The location and condo were amazing. It had everything we needed for a great vacation.

I cannot recommend this condo enough. I stay here every Sept and the Mixsons go out of their way to accommodate their guest. Condo is centrally located to anything and everything you would possibly care to see or do in PCB. Condo and property are clean, safe, fully staffed and best deal in PCB. Check in takes no more then two minutes, check out even faster. Between top floor view, three swimming pools, direct beach access and so much more you will not find a better value in PCB. I come to PCB mainly for the golf but the many attractions and all anyone would ever be interested in are no more then 15 min away in the off season. The free beach chairs alone are a incredible value. The view of the sea life, people watching, waves, military aircraft and oh the sunsets will be memories I cherish for all my life. Search all you want and compare all you want but I am telling you, you simply will not find a better value or concerned owners. I plan on booking next years trip within weeks.

I have lost count on how many times I have stayed in the Mixsons condo. Search all you want but you will not find a better bargain then this. This condo is centralized to any and all you would ever want to do in PCB. I personally come for the balconey and golf but anything the area has to offer is minutes away. The Mixsons are a pleasure to deal with. You will not have any reason to contact them but should it arise they will call you back within minutes. Check in takes no longer then 2 minutes and a short elevator ride away you are on one of the most scenic balconies in Florida. Condo property is clean, safe, fun and again best bargain on the beach. I will be booking next years trip in a few days and believe me if your looking for a great vacation try this one.

Had a wonderfully, blissful vacation! (7/21-7/28/2018) Cheryl is a kind, caring individual that wants you to have the best vacation experience possible. Cheryl checked in to make sure we arrived and had all we needed to have an excellent stay. It is a comfort to know that if you have an issue, it will be handled quickly, she is just a phone call away. The condo was super quiet, beautiful view, clean and facilities were fantastic. The pools were clean and comfortable. Access to the beach was steps from the door. I will definitely consider returning to this location!!

This unit has the best view of the beach and is very close. It has everything you need for a great stay. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and it's nicely decorated. We had a super week.

Room was very clean and in great shape with a wonderful 12th floor view. Nobody above us, so it was very quiet. Owners had the dishes stocked, various coffee pots, and tons of beach accessories we leveraged. Owners emailed us a week before we were to arrive with detailed instructions as to what we needed to do upon our arrival. We arrived early and were able to get into the room by 1 PM EST (We just got lucky is all). I received a voicemail from the owners soon after making sure we got in OK and were satisfied with the room. There were Condo Staff members constantly cleaning the elevators, floors, around the pool, and spraying off the sand at the beach showers. All were very friendly and would speak to the guests. The condo has 3 pools, shuffleboard and 2 sets of Corn Hole in which we played every evening. Upon our return, I got another email from the owners making sure we had enjoyed our trip.

Dunes Dream was awesome! We arrived early knowing our room wouldn't be ready. The office took my cell number and called to let us know when it was ready while we were already enjoying the beach. It was just a few steps from the condo to the beach!! Closest location I have ever stayed to the beach. The condo was excellent, but we chose to spend most of our time on the beach!! Cheryl was awesome! She was easily reached by phone when needed and called to check on us. I would highly recommend Dunes Dream!! If I wasn't expecting my first grandchild next year, I would already have it booked for the same week again. Look forward to visiting again!

For the past few years, my wife and I (and sometimes family) have spent a week in May in PCB. THe condo we rented this year was perfect. It had a great view of the beach, we spent more than one morning on the balcony eating breakfast and listening to the ocean. The condo was very clean, and well stocked. I loved the keyless entry, as I have a hard enough time keeping up with my car keys. The icing on the cake was when Cheryl Mixon called me to make sure we had gotten in okay and that everything was meeting our needs. Thank you Cheryl! We were on vacation with my step-daughters and their families, and they even commented on how nice the condo was. We will definitely look for this property on our next trip to PCB.

We had a totally amazing time last week. The condo was spotless and we loved being right on the beach. I am not a sun worshipper, but I enjoyed many hours of sitting on the balcony and either reading or just watching the beach and ocean. Will definitely stay at this condo again. The owners checked to be sure everything was fine with the condo and were amazing. This is the best equipped condo we have rented a the beach. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, towels and everything. The only thing that could have made it better was if the week could have been longer.

I have stayed at this condo multiple times and will continue to stay god willing. The Mixson's are a delight to work with. Each and every time I have ever needed to ask a question or when I book they respond within minutes. This condo is super clean, top floor, great balcony, safe, well equipped and centrally located to everything you come to PCB for. Recent updates include keyless entry and new balcony furniture. Check in and check out are a breeze. This condo for the price is the best deal in PCB. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, cable tv and depending on when you rent two beach chairs with umbrella and mats. Again I have stayed here several times and will book next years rental in a couple of weeks. I myself come to PCB for golf, balcony, beach, seafood and to watch the world go by for a week. But if you have a family all the family attractions are no more then 10 min. Many dining choices are also within 10 min. Rent this condo and 5 min after you check in you can sit on the balcony and watch dolphins, stingray's, military jets, beachgoers, ships and again watch the world go by for a week. Enough for now as I now have to plan next years trip lol.

We would highly recommend this condo. It has great relaxing furnishings, very clean and absolutely beautiful views of the ocean. The beach chairs and umbrella provided are definitely a plus!
