People in lobby very helpful. Perfect location. I just suggest to update the beds, they were not comfortable. And the sofa bed kind of old, we were not able to use it.

While we have stayed at Panama City for years, this was our first time staying at the Dunes of Panama. The Dunes of Panama is a well maintained, safe and welcoming gated community of beach condos. The employees of the Dunes of Panama handle the check-in and check-out processes, which could not have been easier. All the employees we met were extremely nice and professional. Regarding the condo, we absolutely loved our stay. The unit was clean, decorated with a great "beachy" theme, had comfortable furniture and a FABULOUS balcony. The balcony overlooks not only the ocean, but also the pool and pool area. The kitchen contains all you need to cook a great meal. Washer and dryer are located under the kitchen counters which was both space saving and convenient. TVs in all bedrooms. We did run into one very minor issue. I reached out to Todd & we had it resolved instantly. He was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond. I would recommend this unit to everyone! You will not be disappointed. Five stars, hands down!!!!

Everything was clean upon arrival. We were allowed to check in a little early, which was nice. Grounds were clean & crowds were low. I love how the complex doesn’t allow people to save chairs at the pool. We never went to the pool & couldn’t find seats. Beds were EXTRA comfy! Can’t complain about anything.

It has the basic amenities necessary for a long family stay. It has a few details to improve as but it does not make the apt unmade. We liked it so much that we are looking for another apt to stay. I would definitely come back for my holidays 2025 and they accept pets

My family and I have stayed at Dunes of Panama the last 5 times we’ve visited, usually stay in building D or E, but after our stay in B we will be staying there. It was the cleanest building we’ve been in. The condo itself was extremely clean, again the cleanest we’ve ever walked in to. I would highly recommend and we will be staying there again!

The condo was just as described on the advertisement. Great view! Fantastic access to the beach. You can walk to restaurants and shopping.The only complaint I had about the property was the carpeting in the bedrooms. But, it’s the end of the season so I understand. They offered to come and clean it the next day, but I was hesitant because I was afraid my dogs would take the advantage of the lifted smells in a wet carpet. Todd is very friendly and very responsive to questions. The on-site management is very helpful and friendly as well. It was a great trip and I can’t wait to go back again!

The condo was clean and the view wonderful! It was supper pet friendly, and not just there at the condo. There was a lot of restaurants that had outside dining that was pet friendly. I was a little nervous with the elevator, because our dog never been on one, but it was super fast we had no problems. There was not a long walk to the beach which was very nice. The pool area was super clean. Having beach chairs and umbrella every day was nice not having to pack all that ourselves. Overall we had a great experience. I love the more low-key environment where this condo was located, but yet not far from nice restaurants. Just a mile or two down the road. Right across the street was a little surf shop that had awesome coffee!!! Pier Park might’ve been a 15 minute drive, and there’s a pet friendly beach area there. I really enjoyed our stay and Panama City and this Condo!

The layout of the condo allowed for an absolutely perfect view of the ocean from both the living room and spacious master bedroom. The grounds were well maintained which we noticed immediately after arriving when looking down from our balcony at the glistening pool water. The beach service was also an added plus. This condo was the perfect vacation location and is a great deal! The beach service that came with it was a treat. The views are amazing, and you can watch the dolphins daily with your morning coffee. It also had solid wifi for some necessary remote work. The owner and all the condo staff are a joy to deal with. The apartment was meticulously decorated and clean upon arrival. Great attention to detail with the decor. The pools were beautiful; the heated one was so nice given the windy and cooler temps when we arrived. The beach access was a very short walk, just beyond the pools. My only complaint would be that their isn’t much within walking distance as it is located away from the action. Don’t time your stay with bike week, even the week before (when we went) was very VERY noisy in the evenings and early morning. They drive by below the unit blasting their music. If you like being away from things and just focusing on the beach and pools it is the PERFECT place.

We had a great stay!! The condo was as shown in the photos! Amazing views and great location!! Todd is lovely to talk to and handles things quickly!! Only thing I will say that we missed on the trip was a hot tub, because the “heated” pool, isn’t actually heated!! Other than that, it was wonderful!!

“This condo is in a great location on PCB to allow you to enjoy the best part of the trip - the beach. Upon arrival we noted how clean everything was, and that it was clear that they are taking sanitizing very seriously. The view from the condo was incredible - pool and beach, and being on the fourth floor we were above any obstructions. Staying for a week, we found the kitchen and washer / dryer set up to be invaluable. Todd was an incredibly accommodating host who was quick to reply to any questions we had - literally within minutes. Check in was easy, and it was great getaway for the family in a time where travel options are limited. We'll be back!”

Was in the perfect location! Close to lots of restaurants. The beach was not overly packed, so on a perfect side of the beach. It had all the things we could need and the view was amazing. This condo was centrally located with 2 pools in front and the tiki bar. It was an awesome stay overall.

Awesome, just awesome! They took care of the issues we had with the unit immediately! Loved the property and management at dunes! First time ever that we got the room by 1230 day of check in! Definitely will stay again!

This place was great- great view and right on the water! The convenience for our dog was great- the place has a little dog trail and took him to the pier to swim which was so close!

Location could not be better,beautiful spacious livingroom with view of the beach and ocean. beautiful large balcony . Three pools to choose from. Lovely clubhouse. Loved Signal Hill Golf. restaurants and Grocery stores all within 10 min. drive.

Dunes of Panama is a great community within itself . Heated pool along with directly on the beautiful PCB white beach. This one is decorated very well and very comfortable.

Have been coming down for 5 years and this is the best we have stayed at and will be back next year. Condo was clean as described and pictures are showing condo correctly. Complex is well kept staff are very friendly, very clean everywhere. Also location of condo is great

The A BUILDING at the DUNES OF PANAMA will be completing it Milestone Exterior Repairs beginning May 2025 and will continue through December 2025. Monday - Friday 8am CT through 5 pm CT. The Exterior Repairs will not impact guest stays; however, some balconies may be intermittently locked/closed during this period when exterior work is being completed with that unit. This repair work is only on the exterior of the building only, not the inside of the condo.
