Upon entering the condo, your eyes will be drawn to a twenty-eight foot wide wall of floor to ceiling windows that stretch across the whole beachside of the condo. Every room, excluding the bathrooms, has picturesque views of the Gulf. This beautiful unit, with a 550 square foot balcony that wraps around the front of the unit, will allow you to experience a tropical setting, as it is situated among the tops of the palm trees overlooking one of the complex's three pools.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, which converts to a queen size pull out sleeper, loveseat and a recliner perfectly positioned to experience the magnificent view or watch the 55" flat screen television. You also have free Wi-Fi throughout the unit and poolside so you can stay in touch and share photos with friends back home.

The well-furnished kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances overlooks the spacious dining area which is equipped with a breakfast bar and large dining room table positioned overlooking the Gulf.

After experiencing a day at the beach or one of the many golf courses in the area, you can escape to one of the three spacious bedrooms.

The master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed with a 50" flat screen television.

The main Master bathroom has a combination tub/shower and beautiful granite vanity tops. There is also a half-bath with a large walk-in shower and vanity area.

The second bedroom is furnished with a white wrought-iron king sized bed, flat screen television, ceiling fan and sliding glass door that leads to the balcony and a amazing view of the pool and beach.

The third bedroom is furnished with two full-sized beds, flat screen television, ceiling fan and a spacious alcove with a large mirror to provide extra room to get ready for a night on the town. This room is also equipped with a sliding glass door that leads to its own private balcony overlooking the pool and the beach.

The third bathroom has a large vanity with granite countertops, dual sinks and a large walk-in shower.

There is Italian porcelain tile flooring throughout the condo and also has a washer/dryer. The balcony has two tables, six bar height chairs and one lounge chair that overlook the beach and the pool.
