We invite you to experience our spacious 1200-square-foot deluxe 2/2 corner unit. It has been newly remodeled for 2024! Our hope is that you will make yourself at home. We want you to be relaxed and refreshed by the glorious Florida sunshine!

The absolute best feature of our condo is the vast view from our main balcony. You can gaze east and west down the beach and see one of the three pools on the property. Without a doubt the most incredible sights are the nightly sunsets! With seating for dining and a lounge chair for relaxing, you will savor each peaceful moment on our spacious balcony.

The living room features a pull-out queen sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the main balcony with those incredible gulf views.

The dining area includes a table for six, with additional seating for two at the bar. The fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops will perfectly meet all your needs.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and a recently remodeled walk-in shower. It also features a sliding glass door with access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a sliding glass door leading to its own private balcony!

We also have a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

On the Dunes property we have a wireless internet hotspot, and meeting facilities are available for rental in *Mid Spring, *Late Spring, *Fall and *Winter.

On property at E pool deck, you can enjoy the convenience and eclectic decor of a charming little shop known as Stingrays Beach Store & Deli, a family operated store, serving deli sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, snacks, smoothies, gift and convenience items, beer and wine, and lots more. They also have introduced their new funky little beach hut called the Sneaky Tiki, conjuring up more delicious frozen concoctions and snacks at B & C pool deck.
