This unit has great views from West to East, with year-round sunset views from the balcony. It has a washer/dryer and two luxury ensuite bedrooms, one with a private bathroom complete with huge walk-in shower AND a garden tub. The well-stocked kitchen has a stainless steel stove, solid surface counters, and tile floors throughout. This is the only property around with this level of amenities. This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with WiFi conveniently located on the 2nd floor. It’s easy to take the stairs if you don’t want to wait on elevators. The building is directly on the beach, and is located on the main strip of PCB where all the action is. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. Because this building has a huge beach with 650 feet of waterfront, the white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are always spacious enough to find a great spot to soak up the sun, making it simply paradise! You can relax on your private Southwest-facing balcony, and watch the sunset any day of the year! Covered parking protects your car from the hot Florida sun. Our ideal location just a few miles from all the action at Pier Park is close enough to play with all the things PCB has to offer, yet far enough to get away when you want to.

Pier Park is a unique beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring a quaint island-look architecture, popular stores, and even an IMAX Theater.
