This beauty is remodeled and upgraded and offers sweeping views of the Gulf coast with floor to ceiling windows .in both our living area and master bedroom. You can step out onto the private balcony to hear the waves and smell the sunshine. Grab a drink and enjoy our comfortable gliders while you soak up the sunsets.

Inside, our living area is vast with comfortable seating including an electric recliner and all the tech comforts of home: a large Smart TV features steaming channels (log into premium channels with your own credentials and we offer Real Choice TV for live and local channels). Our wifi is high speed fiber to keep you connected. In the kitchen are all full-sized appliances and the tools you need for quick snacks or full meals. Enjoy seating with a view! 

The large master bedroom overlooks the stunning Gulf and has access to the balcony.  You can watch the infamous PCB sunsets from our swivel rockers. It features a king-size bed with high-density memory foam, smart TV with ROKU, separate vanity, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower with river rock flooring to pamper your feet, a bidet and a huge walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features two queen-size beds, Smart TV with HD, and access to the 2nd full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Round out sleeping for 8 guests on our comfy sleeper sofa. The resort's minimum age to book is 25 years old, and pets are not allowed. 

We take cleanliness seriously--now more than ever. We meticulously clean frequently-touched surfaces with CDC-approved cleaners. All linens and towels are professionally laundered between all guest stays. Our floors are triple-cleaned: swept, vacuumed and mopped. We value our guests; their health and safety are a priority.

About the OwnerWe are Kim and John Bowen from Parker, Texas. Married for 32 years, we have 2 grown sons and 2 high maintenance dogs. As a retired software engineer and a marriage counselor, we love PCB. John grew up going every summer, and I was an East Coast girl who had no idea sand and water could be as beautiful as I learned it is on the Emerald Coast. We are from Kentucky and are huge KY basketball fans. Kentucky is the inspiration for Blue Moon Shine Rentals.
