Windward 401 at Edgewater Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Great condo for our family of 6. Very clean, comfortable beds, everything we could possibly need was available and Aimee was easy to work with. We will definitely book again! And thank you, Aimee for the beach chairs!

We have a wonderful two week stay. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. Aimee is an absolutely wonderful hostess. Very quick to respond. Can’t wait to return next year.

We had a wonderful time staying at Windward 401! The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The condo was beautifully decorated and all of the furniture was comfortable - especially the beds. Since this is one of the low rise condos at Edgewater, we NEVER had to wait on an elevator! The beach was never crowded and we loved having complimentary beach chairs. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. We were able to relax and unplug from the world for a few days! The host was always available and answered any questions we had. We will definitely book this property again when we travel to Panama City Beach!

Our stay at Windward 401 was amazing! Beautiful sunsets from the balcony and perfect beach view. The condo was spotless , and the beds were comfy! The owners answered any questions we had right away! I would highly recommend this condo! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation!!

We have been vacationing in Panama City Beach for 30 years. This is year three staying in this fabulous condo. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else since we found this gem. Very clean, beautiful decor, well equipped kitchen but most of all, parking right outside our condo. The view is the best as it sits closer to the water than most. I love the mid rise as there is no waiting for elevators, it is extremely quiet and no concern for the Spring Break noise or traffic. The fact two beach chairs come with the condo is amazing. They are quite pricey to rent. No doubt we will request this unit for all of our future vacations.

This year was our 11th year to stay at Edgewater Beach Resort, which we love. It is our 4th stay at Windward 401. We now call it our home away from home. The kids love to see the familiar objects in the condo from the years before. We have always been very satisfied with it, always clean and neat, plenty of towels, two coffee makers, and a toaster oven. The kitchen is well stocked with all we need. I have no complaints about anything. But my main reason for preferring to rent this condo is Aimee, our contact person. Over the years we have been going here she has been so patient with my ignorance of technology ( I am better now) and other issues of mine like needing more car passes. She is so prompt with contacting us back when I have questions, often that I should have known already. I am completely confident that if we had a problem she would take care of it ASAP. The beaches on the Emerald Coast are the most beautiful in the world. There is no need to fly long distances to foreign countries to enjoy the beauty of the beach!! I highly recommend any condo that is serviced by these people. Just leave us a week for next summer. ??

This is our 10th year staying at Edgewater, the first booked directly from an owner. What a wonderful experience. Amiee was so kind and responsive. The condo was beautiful. Fully stocked and had comfortable beds. The beach chairs were such a nice bonus.

Love Edgewater Beach Resort and Winward 401 was a great spot for the 4th of July fireworks display! Host was responsive and acted immediately upon requests. Condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We will be back!

Our family had the best experience with Aimee, while at the Windward 401 condo at Edgewater! We visit Edgewater yearly, and hands down, this is the best. The beach chair set up daily was wonderful. It wasn’t crowded at our beach or pool, making it so peaceful! Kitchen was fully stocked, beds soft and comfy, beach toys for the kids, and the most amazing views. I can’t wait to visit again!!

We have been staying at Edgewater for 16 years, the last 2 years at Windward 401. I can tell you, this is the best condo hands down!!! Beautiful view, very clean, modern decor, convenient, everything you would want. Aimee is great, will answer all your questions. You will love staying here. Edgewater's best!!!

We had a great time on family vacation. Somehow 7 nights didn’t seem like enough! We love Edgewater and staying in Windward was perfect. The beach in front of our room wasn’t crowded, even on Memorial Day weekend. The balcony is a perfect spot to sit in the morning and watch the dolphins. My boys love being so close to Dee’s and Rock It Lanes in the Shoppes at Edgewater. Aimee was incredible to work with and never took a more than a few minutes to respond to emails and texts. We can’t wait to go back!

We were only able to spend three (3) days in this beautiful condo and we enjoyed every minute of it. Being right on the beach gave us an opportunity to sit on the balcony in the morning and drink our coffee. It was nice to take the elevator down and go directly out the door onto the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a added bonus to the condo. Chad the chair attendant was extremely nice and even provided us with a table to go in between our chairs. Aimee you are one of the best people I have rented from over the years and we will definitely be back next year for a longer period of time.

Last but hardly least is how wonderful Aimee was to us. Making our reservation was easier than booking a room at a hotel, and whenever we had a question, she responded patiently and promptly. This was truly appreciated since we never did the condo thing before. We already miss the place/PCB and look forward to returning!

Cleanest condo weve stayed ay in a long time! Everything we needed was there. Location was perfect. Never had to wait for elevators!!! Beds were very comfortable and pillows were perfect. Decor was very pretty. We loved it so much weve already booked it for next summer!!.

We went down for a weekend cheer competition that was being held at Edgewater Beach Resort. I was able to find this condo online and owners were very helpful and professional during the booking process. We were so pleased with this spacious beautifully decorated condo. The views of the beach from this condo were amazing! Condo was so clean and well stocked with everything you needed for your stay! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect!! Our trip started off in a condo that no one should ever experience. One call was made and we were booked in this beautiful condo. Our Family has been coming to Panama City for over 20 years.We have stayed in several condos over the years, the past 3yrs we have stayed here in Edgewater. This has been the best condo so far. Condo is VERY clean ! The Owner is very polite , courteous and if you have any problems , she is on it and takes care of it right away. We plan on staying at this condo every time we visit Panama City Beach.

First time at Edgewater, and it may become our overall favorite place to stay. Clean, furniture is arranged to take full advantage of the "living space", and the ceiling to floor windows allowed a magnificent view. The owner was quick to respond to an issue we had with the television and internet connection...and checked on us the next day to make sure everything was ok. Bed linens and towels were clean and of good quality, and the kitchen was VERY well stocked; I cooked two full meals every day we were there...except for one night that we went out...and thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen. I might suggest a crockpot, but otherwise the kitchen was perfect! The unit sits closest to the beach of all the Edgewater buildings, and the view is spectacular. It was quiet at night...we encountered no unsupervised teens during our visit, and the staff at the pools politely, but firmly, made sure the rules were obeyed. Best of all...my deposit was refunded before I even arrived home!! We've been coming to PCB for 12 years during the Memorial Day holiday, and this is the best place...and service...so far. Thanks Aimee for helping us create another year of great memories!

My family and I have been vacationing at PCB for over 20 years. This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in! It was super clean, the kitchen had everything we could want/need, there were plenty of towels, it was so spacious, and the view was amazing!! Aside from all that, Aimee was incredible! Every question I had was answered almost instantly, and that is worth so much! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a true vacation!

We have been to PCB many times and stayed in many condos, and this is by far our favorite. It was so clean and spacious. The views were wonderful and the included beach chairs were a wonderful plus! The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were even beach towels and sands toys available to use. Aimee was always available and answered all of my questions quickly. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. I can't wait to return!

We loved this place! The view was awesome and management was Johnny on the spot with any questions and last minute reservations! The condo was nicely decorated and homey! Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay in this condo! The view is amazing, we were able to watch the dolphins while drinking our coffee each morning. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. The resort was great for our kids as there was several pools to choose from. The on-site restaurant was very good, we ate there twice during our stay. I would most definitely recommend this condo!!

We took our 2 year old on her first beach trip and stayed here. It was also Mother’s Day weekend and her MiMi went. There is lots of room here and equipped with everything u need for a perfect vacation. Our friend Ronda the owner is very polite and up for any questions and recommendations around the area. She has been in rentable condominium business for quite a while now and is very up to date on the Panama City Beach area. I recommend staying with her at her condos. A few of our favorite things here are... the walk to the beach isn’t far, there is more than one pool, the nachos at Oceans restaurant are to die for, the chair on the beach comes free with your stay, and the shower is by far my favorite about the room, also it’s at the end tower of Edge Water so it’s very quiet. Our 5 day 6 night stay ended way too soon.
