My husband and I traveled to PCB April 8-14, 2017 with our 2 adult children and 2 of their friends. Wendy's place was great! We had never booked through VRBO and were a little nervous but Wendy was very informative and made our experience very pleasant. The condo is very spacious and the view is spectacular. Any time I had a question, i just emailed Wendy and she responded promptly. My husband and I have already discussed making this a yearly excursion. I highly recommend this unit to anyone planning to travel to the area. Ps. I'm a Starbucks junky and Edgy's just made the stay even that more delightful.

We were there in off season, so property was not crowded. Beautiful pool area amd very well maintained. Have never stayed in condo this low...usually stay on higher floors to see ocean. This was definitely a good idea...loved seeing the pool lighted up at night from the balcony! Would stay here again!

Our family loves to stay here. This is our third straight year and reserved next year for fall break. It's the perfect location of any condos at Edgewater. The Condo is on the 2nd floor and the balcony looks over the Beautiful pool and the Beach. The Decor is Beautiful and the Condo is perfect for me, my kids and grandkids. We have made so many precious memories here. You will never find a Condo at the Beach than this one. We have never had any problems. Wendy is a fine young Lady to rent from. The description of this property is perfect! The décor was beautiful, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet, comfortable stay with awesome views of the pool and ocean.

LOOK NO FURTHER! YOU HAVE FOUND OUR 3 BR, 3 BA BEACHFRONT PARADISE LOCATED ON THE 2nd FLOOR IN TOWER 1.
Our second floor location means you never have to wait for an elevator. It makes carrying groceries and pool toys right to your door effortless!
We want you to feel at home here. After all, you are on vacation, right Our condo has been decorated with cheerful beach colors. The bedrooms are spacious. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen has nice appliances with a smooth top range and granite counter-tops. We upgraded the kitchen and bathroom cabinets in 2015 as well as a new refrigerator and dishwasher. We have also recently (fall of 2017) upgraded the floors throughout the unit with beautiful solid flooring. The bathrooms have all been redone with tile showers. We have added an open entry closet to make it easy for you to store all your shoes, beach bags, and sandy beach chairs and toys. Best of all, with the open living space you will have a flat screen TV, great for rainy days. The ocean view from the living area and master bedroom is spectacular. After a long day at the beach, you can sit on the large balcony and relax.
Edgewater has a splash water park for the kids. Also, enjoy poolside pizza from Paradise Pizza. Poolside snow cone hut and dive-in movies are available during the summer.
