I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable. The views were fantastic and Darrell was very responsive throughout the process. Thank you for a great winter break!

We enjoyed the smaller building and not having to wait on elevators. Parking in front of the building was so convenient. It was quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We were so fortunate to have amazing weather our entire stay, can’t wait to return. Thanks for the ease of communication and allowing us to use your condo.

All the amenities of Edgewater without the crowd. I loved the space in front of this building without the chairs! Condo was comfortable and convenient. The host was great and very easy to communicate with any questions we had. Already looking for another date to visit!

We always stay at Edgewater but this was our 1st time staying in the Leeward building. We loved it! The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Darrell was always quick to answer any questions prior to our arrival and checked on us during our stay. I have already recommended this condo to several people. The beach nor pool wasn’t crowded unlike the lagoon pool and beach area in front of the towers. We will definitely book this condo again! Thanks for sharing your condo!

We always stay at Edgewater but never in the Leeward building. The condo was beautiful and had everything you needed to cook or just relax. We enjoyed staying in Darrell’s condo. He was very quick to answer all my thousands of questions before we booked. He even checked on us during our stay. We will definitely be booking this condo again. I’ve already referred several people to book this condo. It was an awesome trip!

We stayed here for a dance competition weekend and it was perfect! We were able to enjoy the beach and the pool. This condo is located in one of the quieter buildings. The parking in front of this building was never an issue. Darrell responds quickly if you need anything! The large pool is a great time with music and food options.

This trip was our 6 or 7th stay. I’ve even sent my friends. This feels like home away from home. Darrell is quick to communicate and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay!! The small pool and low crowd in front of building make this a great spot. Gated facility gives a great layer of security. We will be back :)!!

Me and my wife had the good fortune of staying in unit 503 Leeward during the week of June 18-25, 2022. This was one of the most beautiful and cleanest condos I have ever stayed in during my 43 years of staying in PCB condos. The view was spectacular from the bedroom as well as the living room. The condos was thoroughly modernized throughout. I especially like sitting on the balcony with the elevated chairs and not having to look at the beach thru the rails. The owner Darrell Freeman was pleasure to deal with. He made sure if we needed anything that it would be furnished. Every time I called him he answered the phone immediately or texted me promptly. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to all of my friends and family. Thanks Darrell for making our stay so wonderful.

We enjoyed the condo. It was very clean. The beach out front of it was never packed. We will definitely be renting it again!

We had a great trip and enjoyed this condo. The pool and beach were never crowded, and we all especially liked the showers. Nice, clean condo that was perfect for the 5 of us!

The location of this condo is top notch. We stayed at another location in PCB for Spring Break last year and thought it was great but Darrell's condo was even better!! This condo is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We had our choice of several pools. We often had the pool between the Leeward and Windward to ourselves. Nice private beach within steps of walking out of the building. The only complaint I have is that our vacation had to end. Would definitely stay at Darrell's condo again.

A friend recommended Darrell's condo to me and I'm so glad she did! The view could not be better and we enjoyed starting the day with coffee on the balcony and watching the sunset to end the day. The property is in a great location and it is easy to get to area stores and restaurants. The beach is just steps away and is not crowded compared to other areas. Darrell is very responsive and easy to work with. We'd love to return some time!

What a fabulous place to stay! This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach and we will definitely return. We were very satisfied with our stay in this condo. We loved sitting on the nice chairs, on the spacious balcony, and taking in the views of the beautiful beach/ocean. The condo was very spacious for a one bedroom & beautifully updated. We liked the fact that it was in a smaller building (6 stories) and not a big high rise, but within a short walking distance to all the amenities the resort offered. Darrell was great to work with and very prompt answering any questions we had. We would definitely return. Thank you Darrell for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo!

We so enjoyed our stay in this condo!! It was beautifully decorated and so clean. We loved the location of this condo, because we had access to all the amenities that Edgewater offered, but it was so nice to be able to have space and basically a beach front to ourselves. The owner was absolutely wonderful with communication and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will 100% be back next year!!

My husband and I have been going to Panama City Beach since the mid 80’s. Darrell was very nice and patient to work with, since this was our first time to rent through an owner. Condo was very accommodating and furnished beautifully. Loved how quite it was and not crowded at all. We had a small one glitch and Darrell worked hard trying to solve problem from his home. Unfortunately when you have to get a repairman it takes time, but my husband was able to work around the problem until repairman showed up. At our age I can’t say we will definitely be back, but we hope to go back next year. Thank you

When you had the issue with the Comcast cable box and it happening on the weekend, inevitably it will take longer to resolve the issue, but am glad your husband was able to switch the equipment around to make it work. This condo is beautifully decorated and spacious for a 1 bedroom. We stayed with our teenagers and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and having two bathrooms was great. I agree with the others about the location. It was the best of both worlds - smaller building with quick access to the less crowded beach but access to the bigger property and pools. It was ideal for our family. There were beach chairs and an umbrella which saved us from hauling chairs from hime or buying/renting them. Darrell was great to work with, communicated quickly, and clearly wants his guests to have a good experience. Thank you!

We have been staying at Edgewater for 10 years and this is the best rental we have ever had. I am a clean freak and this place totally lived up to my standards. We kept hearing guests in the other bigger buildings complain about waiting 20 minutes for an elevator and this was never an issue in this building, we never waited more than a minute. Darrell was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this unit, we will definitely stay here again.

Let me start off by saying Darrell goes above and beyond making sure your happy with your stay at his awesome condo. This condo is in a very nice large gated area with security. The condo being on the 5th floor gives you an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Everything is up to date with a huge master shower. Your close to several great restaurants. With this condo you have access to all the pools and splashpad which was great for the kids. Also with this condo being only six stories the beach wasnt over crowded at all. We will definitely be staying here in the future and have already recommended it to friends and family. Thanks again Darrell for the great communication throughout!
