One of the most desired floor plans at Edgewater Beach resort this condo offers wall to wall and floor to ceiling Windows across the entire back with unprecedented views of the Emerald Coast from the living room, dining room and kitchen!
What makes our condo so special? It is located on the beach and overlooking the largest lagoon pool in Panama City Beach, FL! We are located in Tower 1, which is the second tower when you drive into the resort on the left. From our condo you can hear the waves crashing onto the white sugary sandy beaches, feel the salty breeze on your face and listen to the laughter from all young and old enjoying the lagoon pool and tropical music playing on the pool deck all while sitting on the balcony as you sip on your piping hot coffee, enjoy a good book or just sit and talk with your loved ones or friends.

- amazing 8th floor views where it is not uncommon to see schools of fish, dolphins and stingrays!
-master bedroom has a king size bed, double sink vanity and huge walk-in closet.
-the second bedroom has a queen size beds, and custom built-in bunk beds made from a spare closet and shares a newly updated bathroom with the hallway.
-washer and dryer provided in unit...with detergent

Property amenities
A pizza shop and airbrush store located at the bottom of Tower 3, season permitting. Alvin's Island located just across the street. There is also a convenience store with a small Starbucks location inside at the bottom of Tower 1. You can dine at the delicious Ocean's waterfront grill which is available only to guests residing at Edgewater Beach resort! Just think beachfront dining without the wait!
There is a pool and hot tub in front of every tower (heated in cold season) and then of course there's a large lagoon pool that is the hub that connects everyone together. The large lagoon pool is not heated.
A cute children's splash pad is also located at the resort just to the side of the lagoon pool for the little ones to play!
Don't forget the beautiful well maintained 9-hole golf course! You can walk the course are drive one of the golf carts provided by the resort.
We are located just minutes from Walmart, Pineapple Willy's and tons of dining options like Bayou on the Beach, The Wharf and Angelo's steak pit as well as fast food restaurants like taco Bell and Chick-fil-A are just moments away.
