This place is absolutely perfect. It was just remodeled and perfectly decorated. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip down.
The condo was beautifully decorated and exceeded our expectations. She provided everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach vacation. The condo was spotless and her communication was excellent! We throughly enjoyed a wonderful week celebrating our anniversary and look forward to returning in the near future. We would highly recommend Lisa and her beautiful condo for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
Lisa is very responsive and always there if you need anything. My wife and I booked this place for our baby moon. I would 10/10 recommend staying here, it was absolutely perfect!
I don’t have enough words to talk about this totally renovated apartment! One of the cleanest I have ever stayed. The kitchen is fullly equipped with NEW pans and utensils, and tags to know where everything goes. Also, it was completely full of amenities for daily use like, black makeup towel, shampoo, makeup remover, beach towels, toys, blankets, everything you can imagine, this house has it all. The condo has carts (hotel style) to help unload your luggage (witch helped a lot!). Absolutely loved the view and all the coffee I could get while watching the sun and the ocean in that front view balcony.

You Can Walk to Seafood but Having A Car is the Best Way to Get Around. Guests Can Park in the Parking Garage Across the Street and Cross the Pedestrian Bridge. The guest parking garage is 7.5 Ft tall and there is additional parking behind the garage to accamodate trailers and larger vehicles. *We Do Pay For The Armbands and One Vehicle Parking Fee For Our Guests But If You Bring Two Vehicles, The Second Vehicle Will Be A $40 Charge.

“Little Piece of Paradise” Rental Agreement 17545 Front Beach Road Unit 601 Panama City Beach, Florida 32413 Owners: Steve & Lisa Perry. Rental Rules & Regulations: Check-in time is after 4 PM CST. On your arrival date, you will enter with keyless entry, making check in easy. You will be given your entry code and instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival. Check-out time is before 10 AM CST. Damage/Security Deposit: A damage/security deposit of $350.00 is required if booking directly or if the damage protection is not purchased through VRBO or Airbnb. This deposit is NOT applied to rent.; however, it is fully refundable within 7 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. A) No damage is done to the condo or its contents. B) No evidence of smoking in the condo or on the balcony. C) No charges are incurred during the stay. D) All debris, rubbish, and discards are bagged and placed in the garbage chute to the left of the elevators. E) All soiled dishes placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher turned on and all wet towels placed in the bathtub or shower F) Make sure all doors are securely locked. F) No linens are lost or damaged. G) Leave beds unmade. H) No early check in or late check out. I) The renter was not evicted for any reason. If any damage has occurred , estimates will be received and if the amount is higher than the 350.00 security/damage deposit then the credit card on file will be charged. The security deposit must be received within 1 week of booking. if mailed send to Lisa Perry, 2830 Roy Arnold Rd., Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Payment: An advance payment of at least 50% of the rental rate is required to make your reservation. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Cancellation of Reservations: To prevent loss of rental payments, we strongly recommend purchasing travel protection insurance. Bookings canceled 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Canceled bookings less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be refunded. NO Smoking: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited at Emerald Isle, inside the condo or on the balcony. There is a dedicated smoking area across the street from the condo building. You will be subject to fines and/or eviction and all money paid including deposits will be forfeited. Age Requirement: Owners will NOT rent to persons under the age of 25. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate eviction with all rental payments and deposits being forfeited. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check in and/or who leave during the length of the stay. One parent per every 3 teenagers or young adults. Falsified Reservation: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, any rental money, and check in will not be allowed. Emerald Isle Rules: No pets are allowed at Emerald Isle. You will be subject to fines and or eviction and all money paid including deposits will be forfeited. Arm Bands must be worn at all times. Guest parking is across the street in the parking garage. Pool and Hot tub hours are 9am-10pm. The gym and sauna hours are 6am-5pm Cleaning/No Daily Maid Service: We are very particular about the cleanliness of our condo and expect it to be extremely clean upon your arrival. Please let us know if otherwise. You will be responsible for cleaning after yourselves during your stay and for leaving the home in good condition at checkout. We respectfully request that you treat the house with care as you would your own house. Linens and beach towels are furnished. Linens are an initial set up only and it is the renter’s responsibility to wash them if needed. An initial set of trash can liners, paper towels, and toilet paper will be provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. Guests are welcome to use any beach items in the closet. Please take great care of them so that all guests can enjoy them. Please also rinse chairs and beach items before placing back in the unit so they will last and not bring sand into the condo. Maintenance Issues: We appreciate you reporting all maintenance issues and we will respond to them as quickly as possible. For maintenance issues please email, text, or call Lisa Perry. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool systems, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, Etc. Weather & Hurricane Policy: Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, evacuation instructions will be received from the National Hurricane Center and our local governing officials. If a mandatory evacuation order is given, refunds will only be given by any Travel Protection coverage you purchase. We will not issue a refund of any rent payments due to any weather conditions. Liability Release and Hold Harmless: The person(s) signing this agreement represents all renters and are releasing the owners from any and all liability and agree to hold harmless the owners of “Little Piece of Paradise” located at 17545 Front Beach Rd., Panama City Beach, FL 32413 against all claims, suits, damages, costs, losses of any kind and expenses arising from injury to any person or property, or any type loss of personal property occurring on or about the premises.
