I have been visiting this condo for over 15 years. It is perfect. I started coming here when I was newly in high school and now I am brining my young son and it is so full circle that he experiences the best vacations like I did. The view of the water is breathtaking. It has everything you need and more. The location is perfect if you don’t want to be right in the middle of the strip but still close enough you can get to everything. It is always clean and very well taken care. I will always be coming back as long as I can!

We loved our stay at Emerald Isle. We had everything we needed (note- we brought our own beach towels). The security at the pool is great, keep those bracelets on.
The real prize is the deck. Lots of room and a roof over your head so it was always comfortable to sit outside. We ate all of our meals outside listening to the ocean.
We have stayed at many places in PCB and this was our favorite! We’ll be back.

The relaxed west end offers good access to the airport, Seaside and Pier Park. It's very helpful to work with a friendly and responsive owner. The balcony, beach service and parking space were awesome!

The condo itself is just amazing! Well decorated, clean and spacious. The extra large balcony is perfect for morning coffee while watching the waves. We loved that the kids had their own bathroom! Lib was great and the staff at emerald isle are great. Clean pools and huge hot tub. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Emerald Isle and really enjoyed Lib's condo which is very nice. The balcony view was great, and the location couldn't be better....close to Pier Park, but not too close!! The Emerald Isle employees were working hard at sanitizing and keeping everyone at social distancing which was good to see, too. We had a great time and will request Lib's condo every change we get. Thanks!!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo, and it as great as the first time! Spacious 2 bedroom with a beautiful balcony. (Corner unit). The master bed is super comfy! Lib has it stocked with everything you need! I plan on booking again. Lib is a sweetheart, and couldn't be easier to work with! The Emerald Isle staff is pretty amazing, too, just make sure you wear your wrist bands on the property. The beach service is awesome, and the chair rental staff is awesome!

A super nice and clean condo, and fully equipped. The owner, Lib, was the most gracious lady that we have ever encountered. My wife and our two grandsons had a great time and brought back many memories that will last a lifetime. I will highly recommend this condo. We absolutely loved our trip to PCB!! The condo is located in an excellent location. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The balcony is huge with a fantastic view of the beach. The pool area is great with 2 pools, hot tub and grills. Lib is a fantastic host, and east to work with. My familny can't wait to return!!

Emerald Isle is on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach about 1.5 miles from Pier Park, and near Frank Brown Park. From your reserved and covered parking space at Emerald Isle you can take the elevator to our thirteenth floor condo. The condo is a corner unit that has been professionally decorated with the beach and relaxation in mind. At Emerald Isle the corner condos have more space.
In the master bedroom you will find a king sized bed which has a pillow top mattress. From the master bedroom you can enjoy watching your favorite program on a 27' color TV or a movie on the DVD player. The master bedroom opens onto an oversized balcony for taking in the view of the beach and the gulf. The guest room has a queen sized bed, and also has a TV. Both bedrooms have an adjoining full bathroom.
In the living room there is a queen sized sleeper sofa, a 55" Smart TV. From the living room there is access to the large balcony and fantastic views of the beach and the gulf.
The kitchen has granite countertops and is stocked with all of the appliances and cookware you will need for preparing great meals, to be enjoyed on the balcony or at the dining table which seats four. The counter between the kitchen and dining room is roomy and has three bar stools.
When you return to your condo from a day on the beach you can enjoy a beautiful sunset, and view of the gulf from the balcony as you sip a cool drink before dinner.
Emerald Isle has an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool beachside. There is a large hot tub,and fitness area. The pool pavilion also features two gas grills.
Our condo has one covered and assigned parking space. There is a $40 / stay fee for parking and wrist bands paid directly to Emerald Isle.
It also has a phone, WiFi , air conditioning, cable TV, refrigerator with ice maker, washer and dryer, and all cooking utensils. All linens (except beach towels) are provided. FREE BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED!!
Emerald Isle is 1.5 miles west of Pier Park which abounds with dining and shopping. Mike's Diner is across the street, and great for dinner.
