We have been to PCB many times, but this was our first visit to Grand Panama. Unit is exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Very comfortable. View from balcony was better than I anticipated. Check in was super easy. Beach chairs were wonderful. Bill was great to work with. Great rental unit!!!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of 4 - plus our little dog. The condo had everything we needed, it was clean, and there’s a great ocean view from the balcony. My 4 1/2 year old loved having his own private nook to sleep in, too! Big bonus that there was an Alexa in the living room. The only recommendation/suggestion I can think of would be to have a dish drying rack (kids dirty up a lot of dishes!) and maybe some cooking spray. Other than that, it’s a great place with a great and communicative host! We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. The view from the balcony was awesome, the beach a short walk across the street and down a paved walkway. It was wonderful having beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for us for our use. Bill, the owner, was wonderful to work with, he gave us some great suggestions of places to eat. The sleeping arrangements worked well for our family of 4. There is a twin trundle in the hallway that my kids enjoyed, providing privacy with a nice curtain. My son called it his cubby. The AC cooled very well, the beds were comfy. Overall, the condo was very comfortable, very clean and fresh, and we were able to bring our small, furry, family member. He enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun. We would definitely go back.

We rented this property one day before arriving in Panama City Beach and we are so lucky! This property was perfect for our family of 5. Host was great to deal with and had great communication! This condo resort is great. From the time we checked into the lobby and all during our stay the people were very friendly and the owner even contacted us to make sure we had everything. The gulf was beautiful from our balcony as the lights at night were also. We lover our stay and want to come back soon. We had so much fun

Very clean and updated condo. The resort does have everything. We liked the tiki huts and the free chair service. Oh yea, our parking was free too. We will definitely be back.
