This unit was amazing! We walked off the patio and literally were at the pool and Tiki bar! The rooms were super clean and comfortable and the owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely going again.

Thank you thank you for letting us stay and share your beautiful condo, it was perfect and more than what we expected once we arrived for our stay , building is in a great location and the condo made our vacation a awesome vacation getaway , we love the inside and the patio was perfect to sit on at pool level along with the view to the gulf, the first floor with the patio access to the beach and pool made it easy to get around, I recommend to everyone to stay there you will not be disappointed at all but will be glad you made the stay, the pictures are very nice of the inside but seeing it in person you will be in thankful that you mad the trip to enjoy the great offer given to everyone at this location

Vickie’s condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Stay at the condo and enjoy the beac, poo, and beautiful sunsets or go out and see the sights and go to a wide variety of dining spots. Everything you need for cooking at home is right there. Our whole family (8) had plenty of room whether we wanted privacy or togetherness. We will certainly return to Vickie’s perfect condo.

Vickie’s place is private, comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset from the private patio overlooking the beach and pool area, and utilized the community barbecue grill in the evenings. The condo is right at ground level with instant access to the patio, pool, and beach. There is a fully stocked kitchen, tasteful decor, and plenty of space for a large family or two. We were right on the strip, but everyone delivers to the towers as well. Highly recommended.

My 16 year old son, his friend and I stayed here for spring break. It was perfect!! Super clean, all the dishes, pots pans etc needed…..pool and ocean view from the patio….boys had a blast! Will be returning!!

Gem of a condo. Very, very clean with all the amenities you need for a vacation. We literally needed nothing but out own cloths, beach towels and food we wanted. Once we did our grocery shopping we relaxed pool side and on the beach for a relaxing week with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. No elevators or stairs to deal with. Tiki hut serving food and cocktails, , donut shop and ice cream parlor on site. Owner even had beach chairs sitting on the patio so we could sit right by the ocean with our feet in the sand. Sleep up to 8 guests in 1 king, 1 queen, bunk beds a queen sleeper sofa, pack n play. Smart tvs provided in the living room and both bedrooms. Master bath offers a separate soaker tub and walk in shower; guest bath has a shower/tub combo. All linens are provided (no beach towels) along with beach chairs (in unit for guest use).
Up to 2 pets, no more than 20 pounds each are welcome to vacation with you for an additional fee of $100 each. Pets will need to be registered with the resort prior to arrival.

Grand Panama Beach Resort is located on the Emerald Coast in Panama City Beach Florida. The resort has 2 heated (seasonally) pools, hot tubs and kiddie pool, a full service tiki bar and grill (open Mar to Oct), gas and charcoal grills, private covered parking garage, 24-hour security, fitness center and general store. Sunsations is also located right across the street for any other beachy needs.
Must be 25 or older to reserve. All reservations must provide an email address to esign the rental agreement and provide a copy of your photo ID. All future communication for check in instructions, door code, etc. will be sent to the email address on file.
