Our stay was amazing with Nanci! The only complaint I had (which is a grain of salt to our stay) is there were dirty pot holders. However, our stay was 5 star! We were able to get in early to our room, everything was easily accessible, Nanci was extremely responsive and timely with said responses, plenty of space and utensils. I was able to see another condo in GP to which Nanci’s condo was immaculate in comparison. We will be back! Planning our next stay in 2025!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for my needs. I spent some of the time here alone and I felt very safe. There was a lot to do very close to this location. Janice was a great host and was very responsive and communicated in a very timely fashion. I can't wait to come back!

Perfect spot for Ironman 70.3. We were essentially at the finish line. Great beds. Amazing views, and Janice was super accommodating and responsive! I’d stay again!

The unit was clean, well stocked with regards to beach gear and some board games. However, it was poorly stocked with regards to toiletries and kitchen consumables like dish detergent, toilet paper, etc. Some of the communication came off as terse or inconsiderate as if expecting more than one toilet paper roll for a 3-night stay was unreasonable. The location was good, close to the beach with a walkway over the street to access the beach side. Plenty of restaurants and things to do close by. Overall, the stay was good but not great.

Snowbirds Welcome - Panama City Beach Condo
The space
1135 square feet of living space. The living room has a queen sleeper, 2 chairs, and smart tv. It opens to the balcony and a spectacular view of the streetscape, beach and gulf. The master bedroom opens to the 21' balcony and also has the gorgeous view. It opens to its own bath with shower, separate bath tub, and double sink vanity. The second bedroom opens to the second bath with shower/tub combination. There are twin bunks in the hallway that are across from the second bath. The dining room has a table with four chairs and bar that seats 4. The condo is tastefully decorated. Grand Panama Resort is clean and well maintained. There is a fitness center on first floor of Tower 2. Awhere the pool is also located.

Guests will access the condo via their own code for the door lock.
Other things to note
Sea La Vie at Grand Panama is located in Tower 2, which is a short walk across the pedestrian walkway to the beachside pool, tiki bar, hot tub, kiddie pool and beach. Tower 2 is conveniently located with the lobby, parking garage, heated pool and hot tub with huge pool deck, grills, and fitness center.
