The condo is spacious, clean and has perfect views of the beach and water. The location is perfect for walking to bars, restaurants and shops. The sand is soft and the water is beautiful. Sharon is a great host and responds right away.

From the very beginning, this condo was eye-catching and beautiful. Fantastic corner unit with plenty of seating in the condo & on the balcony. Gorgeous decor to match the gorgeous view. Sharon kept me very I formed and instructions were easy to follow to include where to park & pre-registration information. This condo comes with a beach wagon, umbrellas & 4 Beach chairs. Great Wi-Fi connection did not disappoint considering 5 of us also worked from this property at the same time.

We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for next year. The condo is nicely decorated and has amazing views of the Gulf. The sunsets were stunning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Best of all was the owner, she was always quick to reply and very professional to work with. We have stayed at The Grand Panama Beach Resort for the last two years because it is well maintained and very clean. The only negative this year is that the Gulf front pool was supposed to be heated. We heard the GPB resort had a problem getting parts. I hope it will be resolved as our grandchildren prefer using that pool. Looking forward to 2024!

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo layout was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Having daily access to the beach wagon and chairs were a huge bonus. The ocean views were magnificent and we loved spending lots of time on the balcony. Sharon kept us well-informed from booking to checkout and was so easy to work with. A gift and personalized note when we arrived were additional examples of how Sharon goes above and beyond for guests. We will definitely book this condo again when we return to PCB!

We stayed here for 5 nights with our twin one year olds. The condo was amazing. Sharon was very fast at communicating when needed. The condo is in a very private location within the resort. The pool and beach were amazing. Views from the condo were also amazing. Sharon had a variety of things for children including books, plates, and sippy cups. Wi-Fi worked great and there is a smart tv in every room. We were very impressed with the upkeep of the building itself. Every morning the workers cleaned the pools and power washed the concrete. Everything was super clean and nothing was crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

First off, the owners have the best communication! They are quick to respond and we're available immediately if we needed anything :) The condo was very clean and is equipped with just about anything you need for your stay. The location and environment was awesome- we loved the end unit and the fact that a souvenir shop and convenient store is directly across the street was a plus! We absolutely loved it! We have stayed at the beach about 5 times and this was our favorite! It was perfect, thanks again to Sharon & Kevin!!

Owners were awesome with regard to communcation, amenities, promptness and all around helpfulness. Booking direct with these owners in far better than booking with VRBO or AirBNB. You will not a find a vacation rental with better views from the dining table and 2nd BR....in fact, the views from the dining table and 2nd BR rival the views from the master bedroom in many vacation rentals.

Sharon was an amazing host! The condo was outstanding. The view, the easy access to parking and the beach , cleanliness and so on. Plenty of space for a large group to spread out and enjoy it. What a fabulous family vacation in the Cottrell Family condo! This condo is absolutely amazing. So spacious and very clean. The unobstructed corner balcony provides amazing views of the gulf. We planned this trip as a birthday surprise for our mother. When Sharon found this out, she secretly planned to have a birthday cake in the condo upon our arrival. Such a sweet gesture and our mother loved the surprise! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us and we can't wait to stay again in the future.

This was one of my favorite airbnbs that we have stayed in. the decor was beautiful, the condo was extremely clean and well decorated. the furniture was very comfortable and the balcony was absolutely amazing. the location was great, close to Walmart convenience stores, restaurants and there is a souvenir shop across the road. We will definitely stay here again. Sharon was a wonderful host ☺ï¸

What a wonderful place to stay! My husband and I had a relaxing vacation together. However, this would have been a great place for a larger group as well. Super clean. Super cute. No complaints whatsoever. We cooked almost every meal in the well-stocked kitchen. Although, there were so many restaurants close by. The view from our balcony was AMAZING! Woke up to a fantastic view and ate breakfast/coffee out on balcony listening to the waves most mornings. The pool was clean and peaceful. Beach was steps away with restrooms near the pool. We borrowed the cooler to take our lunch and drinks to the beach. Easy access to parking when we left. Very safe environment. Definitely a must stay for a family.

This beautiful corner condo at Grand Panama is situated in a perfect location right on the beach. We rarely had to leave the property with the two pools, tiki bar and easy beach access right in our backyard. We enjoyed some AMAZING views from our porch overlooking the beach. We will definitely be back again!

This was our best family vacation at a beach! This condo and resort has an incredible location with beautiful views. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset on the spacious balcony every day. The condo is updated and provided all the supplies we needed. The 2 pools, work out room, restaurant with live music, ice cream and snow cone areas all were a convenient bonus during our visit. We will be back!

We were the first renters for the new owner. Condo was great and clean. Sharon was great to work with and unlike other owners we have worked with she answered calls and texts immediately. The Grand Panama was one of the cleanest resort that we have stayed at over the years for sure. For the resort to be 100% booked while we were there it never felt crowded and the waits for snack bar and elevators were reasonable. We will definitely look to use this unit for future vacations.

Hard to beat being right on the beach. Easy access, elevators were much better here than many other resorts we’ve stayed in. Slept great in the bed, all 8 of us slept well actually. Plenty of room, didn’t feel crowded. The few times we reached out to her she was very quick to respond. Nicely decorated..comfortable and great location.

We enjoyed this beachfront condo! The condo was on the end of the floor and so it felt like we had more windows than I've been used to having with high rise condos like this. Also, the balcony was good sized and had enough seating for us all. We appreciated little things like: a small bottle of dishwashing liquid, salt/pepper shakers, tide pods, plenty of clean towels etc. We were super close to food and fun. The pool was nice also.

Enjoy sunset views every night from the large balcony of this luxury Gulf Front condo on the 9th floor at Grand Panama Beach Resort. This corner unit has gorgeous views of the gulf from almost every room! 1,430 square feet of beautifully decorated space means there's room for the whole family! 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and a pack n play are available for guests' use. Condo also features a fully stocked kitchen, all linens, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, private balcony, smart tvs (with Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ included), washer/dryer in unit, bunk area and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Grand Panama, Tower 1, is 'on the sand' with a private beach entrance and chair service available. High speed wifi is included.
Grand Panama amenities include 2 heated pools each with their own tiki hut (full service bar and grill or coffee, pastries and ice cream), 2 hot tubs, kiddie pool, fitness center, 24 hr security, and private covered secure parking. Grand Panama is conveniently located between Pier Park and St. Andrew's State Park, close to everything Panama City Beach has to offer inlcuding many restaurants, water park, and family entertainment but most importantly, on the beach! No crossing the street to get to the private resort beach entrance. A $50 resort fee is paid directly to the resort and includes wristbands and one parking pass for your entire stay.
