Published rates reflect the Total Cost for all rent, fees, and taxes, with the exception of the Resort Fee and Parking paid directly to the Condo Association ($50 Resort Fee and 1 Parking Pass, $30 for 2nd Parking Pass). A deposit of $500 is required to reserve the requested dates. We will give a full refund if you need to cancel up to 30 days before your stay. The remainder of your booking is due 30 days before your stay. All payments can be received via Zelle or we accept cashiers check, personal check or money order mailed to our address.

We were at this condo last month for 4 nights. This condo is perfect !! Nice and clean and close to everything. The pool is right out the patio door and the beach is just a few steps away. It is so nice not to have to walk forever to get to the ocean. Highly recommend this condo !!

First of all, the owners are so accommodating and so helpful. The condo is beautiful! The condo was very clean and was decorated beautifully. The condo was so convenient to the pool and beach. You could see the beautiful ocean from the balcony. The sunset views were beautiful! This condo in my opinion is the BEST place to stay. I will be staying again very soon!

First floor condos are underrated. I think I timed a slow walk from the condo to our chairs on the beach & it took about 3 minutes & that was with full hands. Easy to unload groceries and luggage, quick to pop back to the condo for a snack or refill, right by the pool but not in an intrusive feel. The bushes and landscaping separating the rails are a perfect distance to still feel able to have private conversations. Sunset views are perfect right from the back porch. The condo itself is clean and cute; very relaxing and spacious. The beds slept well & with 4 ladies, no one ever had to wait to use the bathroom having the 2 full baths. Prior to this visit, I always said I preferred a 5th floor or higher condo for the view, but I was ignorant on what I was missing with the ease of the first floor & never knowing I wouldn’t be sacrificing those stunning sunset views. 10/10, this was a great stay - cannot recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Bottom. When we arrived I was amazed at how nice and clean this condo was. Comfortable beds, nice and clean furniture. Decorated beautiful. Just steps away from the pool and steps away from the beach. We have stayed at other condos but nothing compares to Sandy Bottom. We will most definitely stay here again. It was easy access since on the lower level. If you have any questions are need anything you just message owners and tgey respond right away. What more can I say, love, love it. Hope this encourages others to visit. You will not be disapointed.

This condo was great! We loved being on the ground floor and just steps away from the pool. Besides it’s wonderful location the condo itself was very clean and well kept. We have stayed in condos before that look nice in the pictures but when you get there they are in need of updates and repairs. That is definitely not the case here. Everything was very nice and just as it appeared online. In addition the owners were very nice, helpful, and easy to reach. Plus their YouTube videos about the property were very helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandy Bottom! Your condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessities and comforts! Beach and pool access is the best! We were also impressed with the daily attention given to cleaning the exterior areas of the condos-in particular the pool and grilling areas. And your “Grand Marlin” suggestion was spot on! Are you THAT DAD? Full beach cart, cooler, toys, and kiddos all being packed to the beach everyday? This is the perfect place for you. You've got the pool literally steps away from your back door and the beach is just a short walk around the corner to set up for a family day out. The condo itself had plenty of space for the whole family, updated with modern appliances(with TV's in every room), and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The owners were great with the booking process and very responsive to all our questions and even gave us restaurant suggestions. I booked this as a surprise vacation for my wife and family and we are already talking about going back. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. So dad, do yourself a favor, and book this place. Your family will love you for it.

This was the most convenient condo we’ve ever stayed in period! Everything was above and beyond our expectations! The condo, the pool area, the tiki hut and their food and drinks, The shortest walk to the beach with chairs available with the condo!! The staff & check-in was a breeze. We will definitely be back!! We ABSOLUTELY love this place! The condo, the scenery, the environment, the restaurant options, the view...all AMAZING!! We brought the kids the 2nd time we stayed and it was absolutely perfect for them! We had plenty of room for the 5 of us, and they had the perfect balance of pool and ocean just "steps" right outside of our door! We recommend everyone who can to spend a few days here! This is our second time staying in this condo. We LOVE it!! The owners are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to emails. The location is perfect. In walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo itself is clean and spacious. It’s on the ground floor right next to the pool. Easy access to the beach (no steps at all) and the Tiki Bar is a nice bonus!! We’ll definitely stay here again!

We just returned from vacation at Sandy Bottom and cannot recommend it enough. Easy access to unload and load your luggage. Easy access to pool and beach. Tiki Bar was a nice addition for occasional food/drink. Most importantly the condo is clean and homey feeling with all the amenities.

Just got back from a week stay at Sandy Bottom and had the BEST time! The easy beach access and convenience of the first floor was awesome!! The condo itself was so beautifully decorated with such nice furnishings and decor and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! We spent a week in the lovely Sandy Bottom and could not have been more satisfied! The condo was equipped with everything you could need or want and was perfect for watching the kids in the pool from the patio. Being on the first floor was perfect for my 78 year old mother who has not been to the beach in 25 years. The walk in shower was perfect for her! Eric and Victoria were very helpful and available to answer any questions I had. We LOVE this place and will definitely be back!!

If your looking for a condo that has it all, look no further! The condo is beautifully decorated with fun but lovely beach decor! The owners personal touches through out the condo, show the care they’ve taken to make sure you have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. From the bedding to the sound machines in each room! The best part for me was the easy access to the pool, beach and grills. Just feet from the condo! No waiting on elevators! If you have a chance to book this lovely condo, Do it!! We just spent 10 absolutely amazing days here. The description and pictures don't do it justice, you need to be here. The condo is extremely well appointed and really has everything you need, no matter how long your stay. It is beautifully decorated(beachy, of course). Our favorite place was the patio, any closer to the pool, you'd be wet. The only negative was having to leave. We will most definitely be back.

My friends and I stayed at this beautifully renovated condo for two days. The condo is extremely clean, comfortable and has very easy beach access! We loved having a gate on the balcony so we could just walk out on a short 4 minute walk to the beach (maybe less).They have access to two hot tubs which are my favorite ??. They have access to a heated pool on top of the parking deck, which was perfect for vacationing in April! The condo features a Beautiful kitchen with very easy to use appliances and plenty of dishes. There is a huge tub in the master suite that was amazing to relax in. Our overall stay I would say was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in hands down. Oh and did I mention there is a washer and dryer!! It came in handy ??.

Grand Panama Beach Resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico and boasts over 650 feet of beach! Amenities include two outdoor pool (one heated), two spa pools, two full-service tiki bars, outdoor grills, nearby shopping, golf, charter boats, local attractions, and so much more. The second (heated) pool is a roof top pool. It is on the top of the parking deck. You can experience some of the best sunset and pier views by this pool. You will also see the gym from this area as it is located right beside the gym. This gym does include free weights.
The Village of Grand Panama is facing Hutchinson Blvd. Owners and guests of Grand Panama Beach Resort now have access to walk to the Village of Grand Panama via a newly constructed boardwalk style nature walk located on the east side of the parking deck. There you can enjoy Another Broken Egg and Bella Roma restaurants. Please, do not overlook the food at our tiki bar. The food is made to order, and the drinks are hand crafted. The wait is worth the quality. We recommend the jerk chicken salads and sandwiches as well as burgers. I personally don't even care for fries, but these are delicious. During the peak season there will be live music by the tiki bar.
