We have been coming to PCB for years. This is 1 of my favorite places to stay now! It is convenient to the beach and parking lot without a long, dreadful walk like other places in PCB. The hosts are great to work with! I gave them a heads up about a slight issue with the kitchen faucet, it was not anything we couldn’t deal with and in less than 10 minutes maintenance was knocking on our door to fix it! Beautiful, spacious condo and large balcony!

Yes! Yes, and Yes! Don't think twice! This is a beautiful condo! Large open floor plan. Plenty of room for family and friends. The condo, building and grounds are all clean and well kept. We stayed here for a month and wish we never had to leave! The owners are easy to work with and very responsive.

Luxurious & Spacious Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Master on Gulf (sleep 8) Free beach chair service!
Our 1,500 sq. ft condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and features many upgrades. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closed and an over-sized, luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower and separate toilet.

The second bedroom has two full size beds and the third bedroom features a queen size bed. Free internet (Wi-Fi), full size washer/dryer, cable Smart TVs and DVDs in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete the picture. Grand View East has a fitness rooms, an outdoor swimming pool that it heated during the cooler seasons, and own parking.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests.
The GrandView received its name from the gorgeous view of miles and miles of sugar white beaches and emerald green water. The view from our terrace on the 15th floor is breathtaking. You will have breakfast or watch sunsets from the comfort of the large, well-furnished patio.
FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE! You will receive two lounges & umbrella already set up on the beach for each day of your stay (March 1 to October 31).
PLEASE BE AWARE: the entire building is NO-SMOKING not just in our condo and on our terrace. This rule is enforced by security.
