Beautiful property, well appointed. Large balcony was wonderful! Big enough for everyone to sit outside and still have room for beach chairs/beach supplies. Owner was super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

This is our second year staying in this condo and it won’t be our last! Parking garage is easy to maneuver and not too big. Condo is very clean and tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Our kids also enjoyed the poolside activities that Gulfcrest offered (tie dye shirts, airbrush tattoos, etc). All in all it was a wonderful family vacation!

Gulf Crest resort is located on the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful complex t has 24 hr Sheriff security available, and is a gated condominium facility accessible with a provided code for guest privacy.
Enjoy many on-site amenities: tiki pool bar, hot tubs, kiddie pool, exercise room, air hockey, 7 day a week (spring and summer, 6 during late fall and winter) on-site welcome desk and a full-service beach with jet-skiing, beach chairs/umbrella, para-sailing and paddle board. Free WiFi - Inside unit and outside (on the beach and at the pool)
During beach service (typically March thru October), two Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided with your rental of our unit ($75 per day value)! Get down early to the beach hut to reserve your spot for the week!

This 2 bedroom unit includes a large comfortable great room area with a 55 inch LCD Smart TV (internet/Web enabled), Cable via Comcast/Xfinity through mid Feb 2022 with the Condo migrating to Internet TV (FDTV+ is host and is setup through the ROKU devices), AM/FM Stereo, very comfortable bunk beds, a pull out sleeper couch and a recliner chair.
The unit includes a utility room with a large stackable washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious patio with lounges and a table and chairs for your comfort and enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and balcony access with a spectacular view of the gulf. It has its own bathroom with a dual sink and a fauxe marble bath/shower; 42 inch flat screen TV, Cable, and a BlueRay/DVD player.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed plus 42 inch LCD TV, with a great Streaming Package (FD-TV over Roku)
There are 2 bunks in an out-of-the-way area behind the dining area. They have twin-size beds and comfortably accommodate an adult (6 ft person can sleep flat). Very comfortable 10 inch plus plush mattresses.
A full kitchen to prepare those fun meals when you are not dining at the many outstanding restaurants located within walking distance or a short drive from Gulf Crest.
Note a Ring Camera is installed for entry monitoring and security (by the owner). In addition, the Gulf Crest Facility has camera monitoring randomly placed, at the pool and some monitoring on the beach side for deck activity to enhance the safety of the facility.
Notes: We provide the essentials of two rolls of toilet tissue, small bars of soap in each bathroom, a spare kitchen garbage bag, a single dishwasher pack, and a roll of paper towels to get you through a day, before you go to the grocery store. Our focus is a clean and orderly unit, so all previous renter products are removed. This also assists with the reduction of potential germs/bacteria/viruses/hazards and odors in the unit.
Payments are per lease agreement, issued at time of reservation request acceptance. Payments are Venmo, Zelle or check.
