The cancellation policy is as stipulated in the attached lease, noting that the processing fees will be deducted from any refund.
Unit 906 is a NO-PET unit though GulfCrest globally allows pets. Refer to the lease for fee. Service Pets require certification and $300 Sanitizing.
Reservations are typically Sat, Sun or Mon check-in with a Thu, Fri or Sat checkout. We do allow some exceptions during the slow seasonal times (peaks seasons are summer, spring break or fall break).
We now accept credit cards with a 3% added transaction fee.

Beautiful property, well appointed. Large balcony was wonderful! Big enough for everyone to sit outside and still have room for beach chairs/beach supplies. Owner was super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

This is our second year staying in this condo and it won’t be our last! Parking garage is easy to maneuver and not too big. Condo is very clean and tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Our kids also enjoyed the poolside activities that Gulfcrest offered (tie dye shirts, airbrush tattoos, etc). All in all it was a wonderful family vacation!

Our 9th floor, Unit 906, is located at Gulf Crest Condominium on the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach Florida.
Complete with two pools, Tiki pool bar, two hot tubs, kiddie pool, exercise room, game room, on-site welcome desk, Internet-TV, WiFi and set of Beach chairs. In addition, the beach service offers jet-skiing, additional beach chairs/umbrella, para-sailing and paddle board.

HNB TRANQUILITY purchased this unit in winter of 2011 and manage the property. We own and operate our units. We are completely accessible to our guests 24/7.
There are numerous activities near Gulf Crest: Two Fun Parks, Ripley's Believe it or Not, two Golf Courses, Ice Cream Shops, Pizza, Pier Park and more. Not to forget all the great restaurants!
Beach Service is provided FREE to our guests from March thru October; two chairs and an umbrella are provided with your rental!
This 2 bedroom unit sleeps 6. King master bed, queen guest and two twin beds as stacked bunk. Work with HNB Tranquility if over 6 persons (additional, young children are often accommodated but not beyond a total of 8 persons)

This beautiful complex has 24 hr security available, and is a gated condominium facility accessible with a provided code for guest privacy.
UNIT INFORMATION:
This 2 bedroom unit includes a large comfortable great room area with a 65 inch LCD Smart TV (internet/Web enabled), TV via streaming internet/FDTV+ service with 100s of channel. It is hosted and is setup through the ROKU devices, AM/FM/USB host Stereo, very comfortable bunk beds, a couch and a recliner chair.
The unit includes a utility room with a large stack-able washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious patio with lounges and a table and chairs for your comfort and enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and balcony access with a spectacular view of the gulf. It has its own bathroom with a dual sink and a fauxe marble walk in shower; 50 inch flat screen smart TV, with streaming internet/FDTV+ service via Roku.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed plus 42 inch LCD TV, with a great Streaming Package (FD-TV over Roku)
There are 2 bunks in an out of the way area behind the dinning area. They have twin size beds and comfortably accommodate an adult (6 ft person can sleep flat). Very comfortable 10 inch plus plush mattresses.
A full kitchen to prepare those fun meals when you are not dining at the many outstanding restaurants located within walking distance or a short drive from Gulf Crest.
Note a Ring Camera is installed for entry monitoring and security (by owner). In addition, the Gulf Crest Facility has camera monitoring randomly placed, front entrance, at the pool and some monitoring viewing up the beach side for deck activity to enhance safety of the facility.

Note2: We provide the essentials of two rolls of toilet tissue, small bars of soap in each bathroom, a spare kitchen garbage bag, a single dishwasher pack, and a roll of paper towels to get you through a day, before you go to the grocery store. Our focus is a clean and orderly unit, so our focus is to have all previous renter products removed. This also assists with the reduction of potential germs/bacteria/viruses/hazards and odors in the unit.
Payments are per lease agreement, issued at time of reservation request acceptance. Payments are Venmo, Zelle or check, and now Credit Card (with 3% fee added).
Rent during the peak summer season (May through Aug) is typically Saturday to Saturday or Sundy to Saturday or Saturday to Friday.
