Rental weeks begin on Saturdays at 4pm and end on Saturdays at 10am. Rentals are not available for partial weeks except Spring and Late Summer period which is from Apr 11-May 22 and Aug 23-Oct 30. Rentals for a partial week cannot overlap two rental weeks.

Condo was very comfy, cozy and clean! Laundry on site is excellent and laundry essentials provided which was great! Nice area within walking distance to many places to eat. Easy to get to other areas for dining and shopping from this location. Nice property, pool was always sparkling clean! Nice beach with very helpful attendants that help with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Gated community.

Highly recommend! We stayed in Jimmy's condo for a week and had the best time. Many memories made, and we'll definitely come back again. The condo was spotlessly clean which is a must for our family. Jimmy checked in after we arrived to make sure all was well. Easy check in and check out process. 5+ stars on everything!

We have been coming to.PCB for years. The staff is always friendly as they are always cleaning the property. We have stayed at Gulf Crest Condominiums for the last few years and we absolutely LOVE it!!. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

So I started checking different units and came across this unit and all the good reviews. Decided to try one more time. This was in 2021 and it definitely lived up to its reviews!! We love it! We rented again this year (2022) Cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in a lot . Owners are Super Nice and even called to make sure I got their email. Easy check in! Well stocked unit! It was beautiful and clean with all the amenities of home. The balcony had a fabulous view and was great for dining outside. It was quiet and we felt very secure.

Very nice condo in PCB. Well appointed with everything you'd likely need for a beach vacation. The patio was well equipped and sizeable. Perfect for the family to enjoy the ocean views while avoiding beach crowds. Beach access was excellent when you do head down. Elevators were comfortable and quick. The bedrooms are comfortable and the extra bunks in the dining area closet are handy for guests or just enjoying a book. The kitchen had everything we needed and the additional drink fridge was very convenient.

We love staying at the Gulf Crest. Every time we have come to Panama City, we have stayed at the Gulf Crest. It is close enough to walk to a lot of places but away from all of the traffic further down the beach. The property owner is very nice and helpful. We was there during a storm and he called to make sure all was good and to reassure us that it would be over quickly.

The condo is fantastic with great views of the gulf and a large balcony to enjoy the view. The location is far enough from the madness of Front Beach Road to have a nice quiet vacation, but close enough if you want to go there. The property owner sends a very detailed email prior to your arrival with all the information you need for the condo and even gives suggestions for nearby restaurants! I would highly recommend this condo and I will definitely be bringing my family back.

This is my favorite condo to stay in during a trip to PCB. Jimmy and Heidi are great to work with. Have stayed in their condo several times. It is always spotless. They really want their guest to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.

We drove from Michigan to Panama City beach on motorcycles and needed a place to stay for our vacation. We ran across Jimmy & Heidis Condo and it was available for the dates in need... This was my first time using VRBO so I was a little skeptical.
When we arrived at the condo, I astounded to see just how gorgeous the place is in person(I don’t say that often). The Pictures don’t do justice. If you’re looking for the perfect 2 bedroom place with an open floor plan, you have found the one! Don’t even hesitate, contact Jimmy and book now!
I cannot express the hospitality that Jimmy & Heidi provided us with during our stay. They are true, caring individuals that simply deserve more than 5 stars!

We had a great time! The condo was clean and very spacious. It made us feel like home all week. Beds are very comfortable un like most condos. We will definitely think about renting again next year as we go to Panama City Beach each year. Owners are super nice and are very accommodating.
