Saturday Check-in/out required for early bookings with a minimum stay of 6 nights. These restrictions may be relaxed within 21 days of any available dates.
Guests must be 25 years or older. All guests under age 25 must have in-room adult supervision. FAILURE to do so will result in EVICTION and FORFEITURE of rents and deposits. A picture of their primary lease holder driver's license is required to be on file.
Guest will be required to fill out an electronic lease provided through DocuSign.

The unit was clean, had all of the utensils, dishes, etc. that we needed. I also appreciated having a vacuum and broom so that I could tidy up mid week. The owner Gerry is easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or issues. This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this condo and will rent again.next year.

Absolutely loved this condo beautiful place to stay and super close to everything fun to do in Panama. St Andrew’s park and the marina where dolphin charters leave from is all within 10mins. As well as a variety of restaurants and other things. Gerry was amazing to deal with as far as helping us and communicating with us with every question we had! Would love to come back to this condo next year! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had the best family vacation. We traveled with 2 teenage girls who loved the pool and beach. Property was very clean and Gerry was very attentive and helpful. The beach was gorgeous! Very close to restaurants and the girls enjoyed the arcade and go carts across the street. We would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! Gerry was great and easy to get a hold of! The condo was exactly as the pictures reflected and immaculately clean! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with! The guest shower door was off track, but Gerry made me aware of it before arriving and offered to have his maintenance man fix it, but it wasn’t an issue. We just left that side of the shower closed at all times. The location is great, however there is a bar outside of the condos and they play their music so loud all hours of the night. If your staying in the master bedroom or kids bunk you do not hear it at all, but if you are staying in the guest bedroom it is very loud as well as the street noise. This is not something Gerry could help and has nothing to do with his condo. We would 100% recommend this condo to anyone! We hope to be back again next year and stay at this exact location!

Very nice clean condo with a gorgeous view. Excellent communication with property management. Be sure to take extra toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap/dishwasher tabs, laundry soap etc. Comfortable bed in master (it creaks but sleeps good). We would definitely rent again. Quiet.

Loved the location! Close enough to anything by car but less crowded than Pier Park area. The balcony was huge and the view is amazing. Close to shopping, amusement rides, and amazing restaurants. The condo was a good size for two couples and would easily accommodate a couple of kids in the bunks. The kitchen had all the necessary accoutrements, plenty of seating in the living room. Owner was very responsive.

Easy access to beach. Great pool area (kids loved the summer activities at the pool a couple of days a week during the summer). Close to attractions and restaurants. Unit was nice, comfortable, plenty of space for our group. Son enjoyed the bunk area. Travelled with several families so the complex was great to accommodate the needs of the various families.

We stayed in this unit last May for Memorial week. It was our first time staying in PCB on the beach! The condo was absolutely Perfect! Communication between myself & Gerry was perfect, our whole week was FANTASTIC. We'd definitely stay here again if visiting PCB. I highly recommend.

Gerry was great to work with from the beginning. Unfortunately due to Coronavirus we were unable to travel from Wisconsin. Gerry was very caring and understanding of why we didn’t want to make the trip. I hadn’t bought travel insurance and was worried about getting a refund. Gerry refunded our full amount without hesitating. While we all are sad that are trip had to be canceled we are looking forward to a vacation here next spring break.

Two vacation weeks amazing in this beautyful condo ( 10-24 august). It lacks nothing, all is there. It's a large condo with a marvelous sea view. Everything is functional and clean. Great place to stay. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful balcony view! Lots of space for storage and up to date decorated. The master bedroom have a huge closet/storage area to keep the clutter in one room. Would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.

We recently stayed at this gorgeous condo at Gulf Crest over spring break. The decor was top notch with soothing colors and tasteful furnishings. The unit was so spacious for our family of 5. More room than I have ever seen in a 2 BR unit. The floor plan was excellent and the view was perfection. The balcony was huge and we enjoyed eating our breakfast out there each morning and taking in the view. The room was very clean and it was stocked with everything a family would need. What made this stay even better was dealing with the owner...Gerry! Such a nice guy. You can tell he takes pride in his place and wants everyone who stays there to feel welcome. He is so quick to respond and answer any questions and truly goes above and beyond to help out with whatever you need. We have been coming to PCB for years and this was without a doubt one of best stays. Thank you Gerry for sharing your place with our family and we will def be back☺ï¸

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 1503. The condo is beautiful and very accommodating....a true home away from home. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds.
Gerry is so wonderful to work with and an excellent communicator. It is apparent that he wants any of his guests to have a wonderful stay. We hope to visit 1503 again soon!

We just returned from our week stay at this unit. It was clean, wonderfully decorated and the view from the balcony was fantastic! We really enjoyed taking a break from the beach and having lunch on the balcony along with dinner at the end of the day. The location of this condo is ideal for us because it is not located near Pier Park where during Spring Break is very popular and highly congested with traffic. We look forward to returning to this unit next spring!

Our 15th Floor Unit is located at Gulf Crest Condominium on the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Complete with two large pools, TIKI pool-side bar, hot tub, kiddie pool, exercise room, and much more.
CONBAR PROPERTIES purchased this unit in late fall of 2017 and have been managing properties on Panama City Beach since 2009. We own and operate all our units.
The unit includes FREE protected WIFI and CABLE. The living room boasts a large 60" television complete with DVR so you can record your shows while laying on the beach or heading out to dinner. Televisions are provided in both bedrooms along with DVD players.
Beach Service will be provided free to our guests from March to October. This includes two beach chairs and an umbrella laid out on the beach for our guests
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE – This fee includes Clean Fee, Damage Waiver covering up to $1500 in damage (see section on DAMAGE WAIVER FEE) and Office Processing Fee. It DOES NOT include the property registration fee which is paid directly to Gulf Crest. A valid Visa, Master Card or Discover Card number is required to be on file.
This 2 bedroom unit has bedding for 6 persons; King in the master, queen in the guest,and a stacked bunk closet.
ROOM DARKENING CURTAINS IN BOTH BEDROOMS! SLEEP IN LATE!!
We provide a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, blender and even a waffle iron. It includes a utility room with a large stack-able washer/dryer. Gulf Crest boasts one of the larger patios on the beach and we have provided plenty of furniture to sit out and enjoy the view.
The view is spectacular from just about every room in the unit. The master bedroom, great room and dining room all front the Gulf of Mexico.
Gulf Crest has 24 hr Sheriff security available, and is a gated condominium facility accessible with a provided code for your privacy and protection.
BEWARE OF SCAMS: THIS UNIT IS ONLY RENTED OUT VIA ECBYO, VRBO, HOMEAWAY, and its Partners or by direct contact with the owner. WE WILL NEVER ADVERTISE THIS UNIT VIA CRAIGSLIST OR ANY SIMILAR CLASSIFIED ADS.
BEGINNINE JANUARY 1, 2023, the new registration fee for ALL guests will be fifty dollars ($50.00). This fee is levied by and paid directly to Gulf Crest Condominiums. There are several ways to register, print their parking passes and pay their registration fee! Guests can register from home, at our lobby kiosk or in our office when they arrive!
Should you choose to register from home or in the lobby, simply go to https://gulfcrestcondominiums.com/checkin/. This page there will be two options: "Check-In at Lobby Computer" or "Check-In Remotely." The password is 2020. When the password is entered a very simple registration form will pop up where you enter your unit number, name, email address, number of guests, contact number, rental company, and check in and out dates.
Please NOTE that regardless of how you decide to register, you must go to the main office and obtain wristbands for your stay! They are silicone wristbands that do NO have to be returned upon check out.
