BOOKING REQUIREMENTS and EXCEPTIONS::
Saturday Check-in/out required for early bookings with a minimum stay of 7 nights. These restrictions may be relaxed within 21 days of any available dates.
Guests must be 25 years or older. All guests under age 25 must have in-room adult supervision. FAILURE to do so will result in EVICTION and FORFEITURE of rents and deposits. A picture of their primary lease holder driver's license is required to be on file.
Guest will be required to fill out an electronic lease provided through DocuSign.

Gerry was great to work with from the beginning. Unfortunately due to Coronavirus we were unable to travel from Wisconsin. Gerry was very caring and understanding of why we didn’t want to make the trip. I hadn’t bought travel insurance and was worried about getting a refund. Gerry refunded our full amount without hesitating. While we all are sad that are trip had to be canceled we are looking forward to a vacation here next spring break.
Jennifer was wonderful to deal with. We only wish we could have shared our condo with her and her family. Hopefully next year.

Two vacation weeks amazing in this beautyful condo ( 10-24 august). It lacks nothing, all is there. It's a large condo with a marvelous sea view. Everything is functional and clean. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with him and very professional.The balcony is a wonderful size and the view is sensational. Thank you Gerry

Great place to stay. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful balcony view! Lots of space for storage and up to date decorated. The master bedroom have a huge closet/storage area to keep the clutter in one room. Would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.

We had an amazing time the week of the 4th and the condo was perfect. Absolutely no issues and communication was on point! Never had an owner check in by text or email until now. It was much appreciated, will definitely book again!

My family of 5 including myself, husband, two kids, and mother-in-law enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful property. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. If there is any problem, the owner is very on top of things and very responsive. We highly recommend not only this particular listing but also the property Gulf Crest. We love staying here. They are going through a beautiful remodel. So if you are looking for somewhere to stay for your next vacation...I would highly recommend this listing. You will not be disappointed!! We recently stayed at this gorgeous condo at Gulf Crest over spring break. The decor was top notch with soothing colors and tasteful furnishings. The unit was so spacious for our family of 5. More room than I have ever seen in a 2 BR unit. The floor plan was excellent and the view was perfection. The balcony was huge and we enjoyed eating our breakfast out there each morning and taking in the view. The room was very clean and it was stocked with everything a family would need. What made this stay even better was dealing with the owner...Gerry! Such a nice guy. You can tell he takes pride in his place and wants everyone who stays there to feel welcome. He is so quick to respond and answer any questions and truly goes above and beyond to help out with whatever you need. We have been coming to PCB for years and this was without a doubt one of best stays. Thank you Gerry for sharing your place with our family and we will def be back☺ï¸

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 1503. The condo is beautiful and very accommodating....a true home away from home. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds.
Gerry is so wonderful to work with and an excellent communicator. It is apparent that he wants any of his guests to have a wonderful stay. We hope to visit 1503 again soon!

We just returned from our week stay at this unit. It was clean, wonderfully decorated and the view from the balcony was fantastic! We really enjoyed taking a break from the beach and having lunch on the balcony along with dinner at the end of the day. The location of this condo is ideal for us because it is not located near Pier Park where during Spring Break is very popular and highly congested with traffic. We look forward to returning to this unit next spring!

Our 15th Floor Unit is located at Gulf Crest Condominium on the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Complete with two large pools, TIKI pool-side bar, hot tub, kiddie pool, exercise room, and much more.
CONBAR PROPERTIES purchased this unit in late fall of 2017 and have been managing properties on Panama City Beach since 2009. We own and operate all our units.
The unit includes FREE protected WIFI and CABLE. The living room boasts a large 60" television complete with DVR so you can record your shows while laying on the beach or heading out to dinner. Televisions are provided in both bedrooms along with DVD players.
Beach Service will be provided free to our guests from March to October. This includes two beach chairs and an umbrella laid out on the beach for our guests
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE – This fee includes Clean Fee, Damage Waiver covering up to $1500 in damage (see section on DAMAGE WAIVER FEE) and Office Processing Fee. It DOES NOT include the property registration fee which is paid directly to Gulf Crest. A valid Visa, Master Card or Discover Card number is required to be on file.
This 2 bedroom unit has bedding for 8 persons; King in the master, queen in the guest, pull-out sleeper sofa and a stacked bunk closet.
ROOM DARKENING CURTAINS IN BOTH BEDROOMS! SLEEP IN LATE!!
We provide a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, blender and even a waffle iron. It includes a utility room with a large stack-able washer/dryer. Gulf Crest boasts one of the larger patios on the beach and we have provided plenty of furniture to sit out and enjoy the view.
The view is spectacular from just about every room in the unit. The master bedroom, great room and dining room all front the Gulf of Mexico.
Gulf Crest has 24 hr Sheriff security available, and is a gated condominium facility accessible with a provided code for your privacy and protection.
