House Rules:
Quiet Hours: 11pm-7am. Sleeps FOUR max. No additional guests. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. No excessive noise. There are a lot of the owners who live here full time, so you must agree to being respectful and keeping noise to a minimum. If you are on vacation to party, Florida is a great place to do it, just not in our condo please.

The walk to the beach isn’t far at all! I loved it here!

She made sure we were comfortable and happy and even went above and beyond with suggesting we go see the turtles because she knew that I have an infant son. She also called me personally to warn us about the tornado that was in the area. You can not be that kind of hospitality. The condo was clean and felt like a home away from home. There was a binder full of clear and detailed information about what to do on “rainy days” and of all the different attractions PCB has to offer. The directions around the facility were laid out in an easy to follow manner, as well. We will be contacting her if we ever find ourselves in PCB again. Thank you, Bridget!

Great location, easy walk over to the beach. Loved the complex, lots to do for the kids. They loved the mini golf! Owner was quick to respond and accommodating for my last minute reservation. We will be back!

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay. From the beginning, she had great communication and was very thorough with instructions and information. We had a few issues that she resolved very promptly and communicated every step of the way. It’s a studio but feels very large because of the layout. My girls really loved the built-in bunk beds and the main bed is super comfy. The walk to the beach is very quick and a straight shot from the condo. The pool is very close as well and very clean. Loved that it’s a gated community so I felt very safe. Would definitely stay there again.

Description
Newly Renovated Studio Condo in Panama City Beach*11 pools*5 heated! MONTHLY RENTALS (fall/winter)
There is a king size bed with a firm mattress and a set of twin bunks. There is a full kitchen with pots, pans, etc. for you to use. You will also be able to access all of the 11 pools, mini golf, tennis courts, playgrounds, small workout center & shuffle board during their operation hours. The beach access is across the street. The walk from the doorstep of our unit to the beach is approx. 8 minutes. The roads are all paved with no hills so it makes it very easy to walk.
Other Things To Note:
Unit is located on the GROUND floor. Only ONE vehicle per unit is allowed. No trailers of any kind. Sleeps 4 max. No exceptions. No pets. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent. No smoking on the inside of the unit. If smoking outside, the doors and windows must be closed to avoid an additional cleaning fee to get rid of the smell inside.
Please note: There is a 3 night minimum stay during non-peak season & 7 night stay during peak season (Saturday-Saturday). We do offer longer stays as well. Monthly stays (fall/winter) are 28 days for $1750. This includes everything that you would need: power, water, trash, internet, cable, gas. Please send an inquiry if interested.
We supply starter toilet paper, starter paper towels, etc during your stay. We have washer & dryer in the condo; however, you will need to bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets.
There are several things to do within walking distance. There are gates that you can go through that lead you to RockIt Lanes that has bowling, roller skating and an arcade all in one building. There is also Panama City Beach Axe Throwing in the same shopping center that backs up to the complex. One of our personal favorite restaurants is Bayou On The Beach where you can walk through the gate and enjoy one of the best seafood dinners in PCB!
SECURITY DEPOSITS:
We reserve the right to charge the card on file if theft or damage is found upon your departure; additionally, if the minimum age requirement is not met. Once your party has checked out and all is found in clean, undamaged condition and nothing is found missing, then no additional money will be requested.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time. If the unit is ready earlier, I will let you know so that you may have an early check-in; however, it's not a guarantee unless I let you know it's ready early the day of check-in.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time. If you are late checking out, there will be an additional charge.
