Where to begin?! The resort itself is close to everything and across the street from the beach. The Unit is on the main drag of the resort which we love bc its close enough to both the vehicle gate and the beach gate and a pool, tennis court, pickleball and shuffle board literally just beyond your back patio. Now for the unit...you will want for nothing. Everything you think you'll need for your vacation (and everything you didn't think you needed) is ready for you. The place is big and was spotless upon our arrival. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of room in this unit. You'll find beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, wagon, even beach bag if you forgot one! Boogie boards, footballs, rackets and more. If you're looking to cook you'll find all the pans, dishes and utensils you can dream of in the kitchen. Blankets, pillows, towels, laundry soap, a dishwasher! Small kids? There's a high chair and even life jackets for you :) And after all of this you still have a question, the host is prompt with a reply. We highly recommend this place and will be booking again next yr :)

for a family vacation this is an amazing spot... close to heated pools and lots of space for my entire family to enjoy the vacation ... if we ever decide to come back to Panama city beach we will definitely stay again... beautiful home.. and an even better host!

We had to move out of our condo for a week + due to the walkways being resurfaced. Carissa was amazing at accommodating our needs especially since the dates kept changing. As a local, I saw firsthand how Carissa cares for her property as well as her renters. You will NOT be disappointed renting this property. You can see the care that has been put into every aspect.

This was the first time renting a house and not being "ocean view". This house was perfect! There was 8 of us. Plenty of room. Everything you could possibly need for cooking to going to the beach was provided. The kids could go outside and play on the playground and tennis courts without a lot of supervision. All around great place to stay!

We had such a great vacation at Tres Flamingo’s this past week! It was just my husband and I and we enjoyed having the short walk to the Beach and the pool close to the house! The house is awesome and had everything we needed to be comfortable and to cook some yummy meals! When we were ready to go to the Beach, the Beach items that we needed were available in the deck box! Carissa was an awesome host as she always is! We look forward to our next vacation at Tres Flamingo’s!

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Carissa is an awesome host with excellent communication. The condo was everything my family needed plus more. It was roomy, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything a person would need. We loved all the amenities the resort has to offer, plus it was just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and to various restaurants.
We definitely plan on going back next year and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vacation rental😊

My family had a great time in PCB. Tres Flamingos offered everything we needed for a family trip that ranged in ages from 6-88. The kitchen was well stocked with items to cook in the condo. There was no noise from neighbors at all. The beds were comfortable. Carissa was quick to respond when we needed her. If we visit PCB again, we will be back!

This was the first trip back to panama city beach in seven years. Boy did we have a blast this trip! Tres Flamingos was everything and more! Starting with the beautiful condo that made you feel right at home. The place was decorated so nicely and the owners made you feel like family. Anything you basically need for the beach and the pools they had. They even supplied putters and balls for the resort mini golf. Your missing out if you dont at least go one time. They answer any question you have while your on your stay. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your condo what an amazing week will definately return!!!!!

From start to finish you can relax without any hassles while staying here. What makes that happen? Communication. From the time of booking until boost trip you will get regular emails with usable information not only about the condo but the surrounding area. The location is awesome, right by the pool, pickleball, and tennis courts. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach action and food. This would be great for families with kids due to the room count and configuration. When you spend more time doing the things you want to do, this rental is a great value and our group highly recommends it.

Our stay at Tres Flamingos was nothing short of exceptional. The newly added king bed was a great suprise - incredibly comfortable and luxurious, it ensured we had the best night's sleep possible.
But the perks didn't stop there. The unit itself was equipped with top-notch amenities that made our stay truly unforgettable. From the high-speed Wi-Fi to the fully stocked kitchen and convenient in-unit washer and dryer, every detail was meticulously thought out to ensure our comfort and convenience.
The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We loved exploring the neighborhood and discovering resturants and shops just a short walk away.
And let's not forget about the host - Carissa's warm hospitality and prompt communication made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back for another amazing stay!

It is beautifully decorated, super clean, necessary items in the kitchen, great layout, comfy furniture & beds, wonderful location, fabulous patio w/grill & seating, beach box with ample supplies and the list goes on😎 Our weeklong vacation was simply a blessing in every way! We had so much fun at PCB. My 2 sister's and I stayed for 5 days at Tres Flamingos. It is such a nice place. So convenient to everything , beach, restaurants, bars, and also children friendly with so many pools, jungle gyms and nice patio to grill and hang out with family. We had stayed there about a year ago. It was nice then, but there has been so many upgrades since then. Also Carrisa (the owner) is so accommodating and helpful for whatever your needs are. She returns your texts right away. We hated leaving and cannot wait until next year.

It was a fantastic location and had the best owner! We went to the beach every day. It was such a short walk. The pool on the Gulf was fun. The bar employees were very nice. Service was wonderful. The beach was pretty. We loved the townhouse! I have a family of four…me, my husband, my son and my daughter. My sister and 2 of our friends, who are also sisters joined us. Our friend’s one year old son had so much fun visiting the ocean for the first time. It was absolutely perfect for sleeping arrangements. We played tennis just steps from the back door many times. We sat on the patio while my kids played at the playground in the backyard. We walked to the surf shop. We spent time at a few pools in the complex. We had a few shopping sprees at Walmart. lol! It was a great time! We made many memories and would definitely stay again for our same group. Carissa was quick to respond with any questions we had and even checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything was great for us. My family and I have been going to this area for over 20 years for spring break. I’m super impressed by the owner of this townhouse. Always available. Very kind! Thank you!

This was my 2nd visit to Tres Flamingos and was even better than I remembered! What a great condo and location to stay! Not a bad walk to the Beach at all but we rented a golf cart to use in Gulf Highlands just to play in! We had breakfast both days at the Beach House restaurant and lunch on Saturday! Was an awesome view of the beach at breakfast and breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend eating at the Beach House if you aren’t planning to cook! The condo was very comfortable, nice and clean! It has everything that you need and more! Carissa is always available for questions and even checked on us when I didn’t bug her! :) Pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts and playground are very convenient to the house! Will definitely be staying again!

My friends and I booked this place for our spring break, and it was an amazing place! It’s super close to the beach with just a short 5 minute walk. It’s in a convenient location with Walmart right down the road for groceries. It has all of the dishes and utensils needed for meals, and great gathering areas for everyone to hang out; Whether that’s in the house, the patio, or the many pools and tennis courts the neighborhood has to offer. The property manager was very quick to communicate and met all of our needs! I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

Wonderful place to stay and very reasonable. Condo has plenty of room and everything you can possibly need for your stay. Complex has enough activities that you don’t have to leave it. Short walk to beach and they even have beach wagon to help. Pull right up to your door so easy access. Centrally located to all restaurants. Carissa communicates better than any place we have ever stayed even sending list of great places to eat and things to do. We will definitely be back.

I came here for my birthday trip with friends and it was so nice and more! We had all the room we needed and Carissa was very helpful the entire time! Only a short walk to the beach which we made everyday. The rooms were very spacious and the house was very nice. We really enjoyed our time! We will be visiting again!

We stayed at Tres Flamingos last month for a girl’s trip. It was amazing! Very short walk to the beach with a crosswalk just outside the gate. My 4 year old didn’t mind the walk. There is a playground just outside the back patio and a pool close by. The condo is well stocked for cooking in. Plenty of space to accommodate a group or family. Condo is beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay again! Definitely 5 out of 5 stars! 🤩

This place has been upgraded since we left and it looks even more beautiful! It's so roomy and the kitchen will be one of the best stocked kitchens you will ever see! you need it, it's there. the beds are comfy and plenty of bathrooms. we didn't visit all the pools they have but enjoyed the one we went too and was right close to the condo. I recommend this place a hundred times over and will be booking a trip for next year. the short walk ti the beach isn't bad at all and she even has a cart. we grilled dinner one night and had dinner out at one of our faves, Sharkey's and we ate at the Pancackery as well. also check out the Shard Art! I can't say enough bout the place and the stuff around it. oh and close to Pier Park! 💙💙🩵🩵

Stayed during first week of August. Location is perfect, mins from the beach. Strange floor plan because you have to go thru one bedroom to get to the other room. Host was sweet and very responsive. Would recommend condo to anyone.

This place is just like being at home with all the things that are provided.
This condo is in a great complex that has pools, tennis courts and very quiet.
You aren't right on the beach but it's only a 5 minute walk where you also have access to the Beach House (which has amazing food)
I will definitely be going back!

We had a blast at Tres Flamingos! It was a perfect place for a quick girls trip for my best friend’s bachelorette of 8 girls! It was a short walk to the beach with easy access, a very short walk to the pool, and a super cute patio. If you have a lot of stuff to take to the beach I would recommend a beach wagon! It a great place to relax and enjoy our time with minimum stress! Carissa is quick to answer and solve any problems (if any). We got there and had a minor hiccup with the refrigerator temp and they had a guy out there the same day to troubleshoot and fix it. Would highly recommend staying at Tres Flamingos condo and can’t wait to stay again soon!

What a great stay at Tres Flamingos! Not on the beach, but just a short walk. A pool, Tennis court, shuffle board and playground are right out the back door! Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and soft linens. You, your family and friends will be comfortable in this condo. Carissa was always ready to answer any question I had. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed at Tres Flamingo! My daughter was playing in the World Series so many of her teammates stayed in condos on the property. I visited many and can say, Tres was by far the best one! While all are nice, the homely feeling of Tres while on vacation was something they didn’t all offer! It was a short walk to the pools which one was pretty much in the backyard as well as a playground and tennis court! Our kids had a blast! The beach was also just a short walk! Tres provided beach chairs which was so helpful since we do not need them in Tennessee so purchasing them would have been silly. The beds were so comfortable! We will definitely be back if we end up back in PCB!

The property is amazing it has everything you need and it is well stocked the beds are so comfortable and just love how the playground and swimming pool is right out the back door and just a few min walk and you are at the beach!! Perfect condo !! Our family will definitely stay agin the owner is amazing and will answer any questions you have checking in and out is easy !! We made amazing memories with my family !!

We had an absolute blast in PCB and really enjoyed the condo at Gulf Highlands. The upstairs layout is a little funky due to adding the additional room and bathroom but worked out perfectly for our family. The kids used the sunroom downstairs and loved it. The pool areas could use more chairs and umbrellas but that’s on the complex itself, not the TF condo. I would definitely recommend this place to others and stay there again.

We had the best family vacation! The home is beautiful and has everything we needed to be very comfortable! The owners were very attentive and kind. It is a great location in Gulf Highlands. It is just a short walk to the beach and to 2 pools. We will book again!

We had a great but quick girls weekend in PCB. Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The walk to beach was very easy and convenient! My niece loved the swings on the playground right behind the house and one of the pools was a short walk from the condo! Carissa was awesome to work with! Definitely would stay again!

Beach home was clean and came with just about everything you will need. With a quick walk to beach,several pools to choose from, restaurants in walking distance, and a great back patio. My family enjoyed their stay.

Spacious with everything you need already there. Excellent location, short walk to the beach. Nicely furnished with a big patio and grill. Nice little bar that sells liquor right outside the walk threw gate, no need to drive. Eat out or eat in plenty of good choices close by. I will stay there again!

Wonderful Condo and overall place to stay. Great location. The kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to cook in and also plenty of locally restaurants in the area and some within walking distance. Wicked Wheel was pretty great! My favorite is Sharky's. There are some board games to play with fam and friends. The walk to the beach is not far and they have their own building on the beach that has a pool, restrooms, so you can enjoy the full day at the beach. There are also cool places to try like the Shard Art places. We did one while we were there and it was awesome. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place. We have already rebooked out next visit this year!

We just got home from an awesome girls trip staying at this wonderful vacation rental. It has everything you need. It is very accommodating with a full kitchen and all cookware necessities. It also has a nice patio with grill. There are family games, and even beach chairs. So close to many great restaurants, family attractions, and bars. Needless to say fun was had by all of the ladies. We are ready to book again in the summer.

Tres flamingos was the perfect vacation rental for me, my husband, and our three young children. There was plenty of rooms and beds for us. There is a full kitchen which we loved and a beautiful outdoor patio with a play ground just steps away. It is also a short 5 minute walk to the beach! The owner Carissa is so kind and thoughtful! We will definitely be staying there again!

This was by far the best vacation destination and felt like a home away from home. There were so many amenities and the community was so friendly and I felt very safe! Our townhouse is stocked with quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. All you have to do is arrive and relax. Park your vehicles directly out the front door with our 2 assigned spaces. No elevators or parking garages to contend with. Enter and exit the community from entrances and exits that are not on Front Beach Road which means less traffic!
The living space is downstairs - complete with a living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and sun room. The sunroom has a full size daybed with a trundle for additional sleeping.
The upstairs contains 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and can access the main bathroom through the main hallway. The third bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. You must enter through the master. It has a queen size bed with it's own private bathroom.
