Great view! Great place for kids! Try the snack bar Stingrays at the E building pooland get a shark attack drink. If you have kids do the Sea Screamer.

Beatiful view and comfy beds. Had a blast here. Check out Adventures at Sea jet ski tour. If you have kids the Seascreamer is cheap and hands on with kids.Would stay here again.

This is the 2nd year we've booked this condo. Joan is an amazing host. The view is beautiful. Such a relaxing trip. Eat at Ernies, C Level & Barefoot on the Beach at sunset.

Great place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the place has a great view.

We had a great time. Enjoyed the condo very much. Had some issues with the refrigerator, but it was taken care of quickly. We will be back for another visit!

This unit had everything we needed, very clean, perfect location, and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Joan was great at communicating with us before our trip. We had perfect weather and the water was beautiful and clear. We plan to stay at this unit on our next trip to PCB!

Everything was exactly as described. Our family had a blast here. We would strongly recommend this property to anyone. The only thing negative I can say about it is 7 days isn’t long enough. Thanks for having us.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very close to the beach and wonderful views. One of the best beach front condos we have ever stayed at. Plenty of room and kitchen was supplied with a lot of kitchen essentials. Huge refrigerator and the washer and dryer was nice. Definetly will return in the future.

Very nice location, nicely decorated and not a lot of floors and units to have to wait forever for the elevators!!

Condo was spacious and well furnished! Enjoyed the views of the beach, beautiful pools. and all the accommodations. Staff was extremely friendly, hardworking, and very approachable! Definitely would stay here again!❤️😁�

We loved our stay at D303! It was perfect! The views were spectacular! Everything was clean and well maintained. we never had to wait on an elevator! Love, love, love this unit!

This condo delivers all one could ask for, great location, extremely clean, convenient to eateries, clean pools, beach is steps away, friendly staff, easy contact for owner, and extra towels. Three adults and two children had a fantastic vacation and cannot wait to return.

Hated to leave! We spent the month of November there and EVERYTHING was great - weather was awesome!

Loved everything about our stay! Communication with the renter was fabulous. Pics are exactly what you are getting and everything was very clean! This particular place has the best view, directly looking at the beach. We came for a baseball tournament so we were with 11 other families and every night we had team cookouts by the pool and enjoyed the things to do in the area like go carts, jet skis, pontoon boats, and the outdoor mall. Tips for renters would include arriving early so you can check in and get your shopping done before the crowds arrive. When you do check in, look at the coupons and brochures they provide in the office. I would recommend this facility and this place 100%. Thank you for a lovely stress free stay and if we come back next year, we will for sure be in contact!

This condo is exactly as the pictures and description say! It was perfect, my wife and I had a wonderful time! My wife loved the third floor as she sometimes takes the stars instead of the elevator. Being on the third floor was great as it was high enough to not hear a lot of ground noise and not too high for my wife to walk. The condo was very clean and up to date. Joan the owner was super easy to deal with and she made every process simple, I had a few questions and she always got back with me in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again!

My husband and I had a great time on our vacation! The condo was great. Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and most of all, a GREAT view! Location to beach access and pool was wonderful. Just what we were looking for. Loved it.

Rented the Condo for 5 nights but decided to take advantage of getting a night free so wound up staying 7! The place was perfect and roomy. Clean, Comfortable, Convenient. The owners were super nice and even went through the trouble to track us down on the beach to make sure everything was ok! Stay here and you will NOT be disappointed! Am saving this listing so next time I need to come to the beach to a condo - I'll definitely be renting from these fine folks!

We were very pleased with this condo. The pictures don't do it justice! I was very pleasantly surprised when we first walked in. The set up and decor make it feel very homey and comfortable, but a little nicer than some condos. The view is excellent and the staff is friendly. This is not a pet friendly condo, but some units in the building are. We weren't thrilled that the people above and below us had dogs that barked.....a lot. But they left after the first few days. The kitchen has just about everything you need and some things you might not have expected. My only suggestion is that the room needs a larger skillet to cook family breakfasts and dinners.

My family and I stayed in this condo the week of fall break and it was great! Condo was very neat and clean, best we have stayed in! Hope to come back in the spring. Thank you very much for the welcome basket, my family enjoyed it!

My husband and our three boys had a wonderful stay in your beach home! Everything was just perfect. The home was so clean upon our arrival. The welcome basket was much appreciated. The boys enjoyed the snack after the long drive. We felt so "at home." The view is just gorgeous especially each morning with my coffee and toast :) Met some nice vacationers on the beach and in the pools. The grounds were also wonderful. The boys used all three pools and we loved the little beach shop. Thanks for the suggestion of Pier 77 as well. We loved the dinners there and the staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed several dinners at Tacky Jacks in the Marina. So fun to eat and then enjoy a swim in their salt water pool. Thanks again, we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed are stay at your condo. When went to check in at the office around 2:30, the room wasn't ready which was understandable. We got a call that the room was ready at 3:15. When I went to the office the front computer said the room wasn't ready, but the other computer in the back said the was ready. With that being said the room could have bee ready becasue all the group had already checked in. That was the only negative thing. Your place was really nice. If we get to come back next year, would really like to stay in one of year two rooms in the E Building. Great view and accommodations. Thanks again for the basket of goodies.

The fam and I really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back again. Condo was very nice as is the whole complex.

My husband, young son, and I visited with my in-laws this spring. Upon arriving we found the condo in excellent condition...even better than the pictures. The rooms were spotless and with four adults and one toddler we had plenty of room. The view was amazing and we enjoyed lounging and taking our meals on the balcony. The owners were very easy to work with, returned calls and e-mails promptly, and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would love to rent from them again and hope to return soon.

What you see is totally what you get with this unit! We arrived to find an immaculately clean apartment full of everything and more that we needed ... and the view was simply amazing for us landlocked Tennesseans!

We loved every moment we spent here .... staying out of season we found this place really peaceful and literally had the pools to ourselves and just a handful of people each day. The beach was beautiful and we found ourselves captivated by the ocean view, enjoying watching the pelicans fish and even saw dolphins swimming by daily!

I don't think we have ever stayed in such a well equipped place and having tv/dvd and internet access made it even more enjoyable for our teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week, ate out at lots of lovely restaurants and would definitely love to visit again! I would have no hesitation in recommending this unit to friends and family.

SUPER..super time, the rental unit was very well laid out, organized, and nicely decorated, and the master bedroom...Awesome! Beautiful veiw of the ocean from balcony, that also entered into the master bdrm. Loved that it was a 3rd floor unit and for the most part...VERY peaceful. Will definantly consider staying there again in future. Thanks!!
