We had a great time and the condo was great! Everything we needed was right there, my son cooked for us and the condo was furnished with all the things we needed! Wonderful condo. Lots of space so we were able to enjoy some privacy. My husband and I spent the majority of our time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. I highly recommend this condo and we all are looking forward to visiting again next year.

We had the most perfect week at Tina’s condo. The Gulfcrest complex was excellent. Extremely clean grounds, pools were sparkling, hot tubs great, Tiki Hut had great food and drinks. Beach service was wonderful. The location is incredible with fast access to restaurants, groceries, activities and shopping. Many places you can walk to, which we enjoy. The condominium was spotless and offered every amenity. The furnishings lend perfectly to the relaxing vacation ambience. So many spots to chill and enjoy the view from many sides. We loved sitting on the front balcony at night and watch all the activity. Beach side balcony had perfect views and gorgeous sunsets. We couldn’t have asked for a better week at the beach. We will definitely book again.

The condo was very pretty. We loved the wrap around deck and all the open windows with the ocean view. There were plenty of bed linens and towels, it was very spacious, and within walking distance to restaurants, beach shops, and the go carts across the street. The owners had everything we needed in the condo for a comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo at Gulf Crest. The condo had plenty of room for our family and everyone loved the spectacular views from the wrap around balcony. We will definitely be back - hopefully very soon! The Stricklin Family

We had a great time! Tina was great to work with and very responsive to any needs. The condo was great, very updated and bright throughout the condo. It was very clean, and the patio furniture was amazing. We will definitely consider this unit again in the future!

Panama City Beach Condo - Front Beach Road - Amazing views, perfectly stocked, clean, close to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant. Everything you would want in a beach condo. The owner (Tina) is outstanding and promptly responsive to any questions or needs you may have. We will definitely visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the three bedroom, two bath condo on the 14th floor. The views are great of the ocean. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. We did not lack anything in the condo in the kitchen or the bathroom. Tina was easy to contact when the code for the door didn't work... Turns out we were 20 minutes too early, but it was adjusted promptly and we got in right away!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Gulf Crest 1401 unit. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable and rooms were spacious. The fact that items such as spices, coffee, and other basics left by previous tenants were there for our use was great! Thank you for a great week at the beach.

Most beautiful view of the ocean we have ever had and we have been going twice a year to a beach for almost 40 years! If there was a fault and certainly we could live with it— the mattress cover and sheets did not fit the king size bed in MB and stayed wrinkled and wadded up as we slept on them. As I mentioned before those on street side complained of too much noise and disturbed sleep. We certainly would rent again. Beautiful condo and more good restaurants that we had days to eat in them We went to a different one every night! Thank you for your help at sort of the last minute. Covid keeps us not knowing what to do in many situations.

Beautiful beach. Superb balcony view. Comfortable stay. The condo is clean, tidy, and well-appointed. There is plenty of space for multiple families to stay comfortably. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and equipped with modern appliances. We ordered groceries that were delivered to the doorstep, simplifying the meal process and allowing for maximum beach/pool time. The view from the 14th floor balcony is spectacular. We were able to catch plenty of sunrises/sunsets and we’re able to enjoy a glass of wine once the kiddos were sleeping. The beach itself is lovely - sugar sand shores and beautiful gulf waves. Access is easy and direct from the pool area. There’s also an option to rent chairs/umbrellas. There are two large pools and two hot tubs. We never wanted for chairs alongside the pool and utilized the shaded picnic tables near the pool as a respite from the sun during midday. Lastly, after dealing with crowded elevators and long wait times at other high rise condos, I was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite at Gulf Crest. I can’t say enough about Tina’s Treasure@’d recommend it to anyone!

This was the second time to spend our vacation in this condo at 1401 Gulf Crest. Once again we had a wonderful stay. The condo is perfect location and has spectacular views. We will return many years to come.

We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Crest 1401 for the third year. The views are stunning and the condo is large for our group. The owner is great to work with and is very responsive. The combination lock to the main door had some periodic issues but other than a slight annoyance, it had little impact. Mid-stay, the kitchen sink wouldn't shut off completely and had a steady drip. These were reported after our stay and hopefully will be easily resolved. Some of the pots and pans probably need to be replaced but all of the necessities are provided. Overall, we would book again if returning to the same area.

Great condo! We had everything we needed. The condo was very clean. Great views! We loved the sound system as well! Will be back!

We loved our time in PCB! These were the best vacation beds we've ever experienced-each one was SO comfortable. The view from the balcony was simply amazing. We saw dolphins and skates and other sea creatures every day. During our stay the keypad on the door stopped working and the a/c started making some crazy noises. The owner responded immediately and both problems were fixed in record time. We would return for sure!

4 of us took a girls trip and loved every minute of it! Condo was very clean and nice and had everything we needed. On 14th floor and never had any issues with waiting on elevators. Incredible view from the spacious balcony and plenty of space inside. Tina was friendly and very easy to work with and I would highly recommend this condo to rent out for vacation!!

What a fabulous condo!!! Everything was perfect. Tina is great to work with. Loved listening to the waves sitting on the huge deck. Everything in the kitchen you would want right at your fingertips. We were not disappointed at all renting Tina’s condo and can not wait to return next year!!

Great little unit and plenty of space to spread out. We stayed in 2017 and 2020 and a hurricane blew in with us both years. Despite that stunning display it was still a perfect time of year for a trip. Beautiful beach, tons of places to eat and the owner was on the spot with anything we needed.

This was our second time staying in this condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and we love the location. We were notified prior to arriving that the washing machine was broken and would be repaired while we were there (it was fixed on Tuesday). We were satisfied with that. During our stay, the garbage disposal was not working, the inside door handle to the condo broke off, and the main bathroom faucet handle was leaking onto the sink counter. The door handle was reported immediately and was fixed within hours due to the owners quick action. These mishaps were minor and did not affect our overall vacation. We are confident the repairs will be made. The owner is great to work with and is prompt in responding. We look forward to future trips to PCB and another stay in this condo.

Excellent 14th Floor Condo. Very good location in the middle of PCB! Very well furnished and appointed condo. Owners are very kind and accommodating. We will definitely book this condo again!

Stayed for one week with 6 adults, a child and infant. Great open plan layout, very clean, all appliances worked great, cooked many meals - great kitchen layout with large, modern fridge.Located right by beach. We saw dolphins and sting rays from the patio. Bring binoculars!

Tina rescued us from a unit that truly would have made our stay miserable. We are so grateful. We were ready to just leave and go home when she came through for us. When we opened the door this beautiful light filled space greeted us with fabulous ocean views from every window in the main living area. Being an end unit the deck wraps around three sides! Where do I start? Tina was wonderful to work with. The unit is lovely and well equipped and we added a few things to enhance our stay and yours! It has everything you need right down to pool toys! I am a retired realtor and believe that if you are enjoying where you are you look after it like you would your own so there are some nice new outdoor cushions etc. Kitchen is excellent and such a pleasure to cook in as you look out at the water! Beds are excellent. The building is full of friendly people and many snowbirds. They have happy hour on Monday and Friday so it was a great chance to get to know people. Management of the building is excellent and they are cleaning all the time. Great location directly on the beach with pool hot tub and exercise room. When you are on the deck you feel like you are on a cruise ship as all you see is water ! Lots and lots of activities for families and children. Lots of great restaurants! Our favourites are Saltwater Grille. Runaway Island and Firefly. For breakfast Broken Egg and First Watch. You could not go wrong with this condo! If you come please live here gently and look after it because I will come back! It’s a gem! The sunsets have been magnificent ! Thanks Tina for everything! We would welcome you in Nova Scotia!!!!’

We visited Panama City Beach for the first time and absolutely loved it! Our condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The location was excellent, close to activities and restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay. Working with Tina for the condo rental was excellent too. She was responsive and easy to work with. A great perk was the combination door lock so we didnt have to worry about keys. The game room in the facility was under repair while we were there but that didn't really impact our stay. We can't wait to visit again next year!

Loved the end unit, never heard traffic outside and we had a large group of party teens next door. Condo was very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We have been coming to PCB for 10 years now and this was hands down my favorite room. Had my husband, myself, 3 of our children and 2 of their friends, and 2 grandchildren and never felt cramped or on top of anyone.

We had a wonderful time.  1st visit to beach for my 8 mth old granddaughter.  Your condo is beautiful.  Our stay here was blessed.  We blessed this beautiful home with holy water and extend God's blessings to all who stay here.  Peace

We stayed at the Gulf Crest Condominium the last week of march. The condo was absolutely perfect. The layout, appliances, furniture and beds were nice and up to date. The view was absolutely stunning. No better view on PCB I am convinced. Tina made our week that much better by being organized and professional. I could text or email with any questions. I felt safe and confident staying with her, and we will be booking there again. It felt like my second home. Thank you for giving my family a week in paradise!

Our family goes most every year so we have stayed in quite a few of the available condos. Tina's Treasure is one of the best we have stayed in. The unit is well layed out and family friendly as well as completely equipped, modern and clean. Having an assigned parking place was a definite plus and made going and coming a piece of cake. I was impressed with how secure the property is. There are codes to get on the property as well as to and from the beach and a security guard everyday at the pool area. With plenty of tables and chairs in the pool/hot tub area and having the beach chairs included with the rental (definite plus) it was easy to take advantage of both areas without any hassles. The snack bar in the pool area was great for reducing the number of trips upstairs when you have kids that seem to always be hungry or thirsty. One of the highlights for the kids was an on site visit from Gulf World. They came with a couple of their "critters" for a hands on up close experience. The location is perfect. Close to grocery stores, plenty of activities for kids near by and a lot of really good restaurants. I recommend Dat Cajun, Mo's Barbecue and Hook'd for smaller low key type dining and Runaway Island, Pineapple Willy's and J Michaels if you don't mind larger crowds. We got fresh seafood for eating in at Shrimp City. Fresh, locally caught and they will steam and season your shrimp for you. A little pricey, but definitely worth it. If you want to try parasailing ask for Capt. Marv. He and his crew were awesome. We had a fabulous time and if I had to find one thing that was a negative it would have to be that we had to leave. Thank you Tina for a wonderful vacation !!!

Fantastic view! Condo was very spacious, clean, up to date appliances, it definitely met all of our needs for the week! We loved the clean beach and pool area, especially the Tiki Hut! The elevators were sometimes a hassle but we managed. Thank you, Tina, for everything. We will let others know where we stayed!

What an amazing trip! Our condo was in the perfect location. The beach wasn’t that crowded. We had 2 beach chairs with an umbrella ready every day. The condo had 2 pools and 2 hot tubs which were cleaned daily. Our condo was very spacious and could accommodate more than 10 people (if needed). It was very clean and updated. It had everything we needed and more. I would definitely go back. Tina (owner) was very friendly and easy to work with.

Loved this condo! The corner unit has a great layout. Loved having the laundry room right when we walked in to store all of our beach gear. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of pots and pans, cutting boards, pitchers, dishes, etc. The balcony was huge with great furniture. There was even furniture around by the other bedrooms on the front side of the unit. Being on the corner, we had a nice breeze most of the time. I loved how private it felt. We really enjoyed the speakers too! A very nice perk. The master closet was big and all closets had plenty of hangers and extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was spacious and we loved all of the bar stools. Loved the keyless entry. Almost a must on my list. Makes things so much easier. The air conditioning cooled the condo quickly and kept it nice and comfortable. We’ve come to PCB during the July 4th week for years. This was the best fireworks we’ve seen. Almost 2 hours of beautiful fireworks on each side of you! Another perk was a DJ played all day on the 4th at the Tiki Bar which made it a really fun atmosphere. We didn’t use sofa bed but the beds were comfortable. Trying to think of complaint but really can’t. Check in day wasn’t great. The elevators were out in the garage and the main elevators were so overwhelmed the wait was forever. But check in day is always hectic. After that the elevators were fast. No problems at all. Simple check in at front desk. We usually stay closer to Pier Park but liked this much better. Parking was more convenient and everything we needed was close. It didn’t hurt that we had perfect beach conditions. The water looked like a swimming pool all week. Super clear. Not one bit of seaweed. Just beautiful.

I can't recommend this condo enough. It was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacay. The owners are so nice and receptive if when we any questions. The view from the balcony was worth the drive. Can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved this condo. Not only was the condo impeccable, but the Gulf Crest itself was amazing. We travel to PCB every fall, and this was by far the best resort. It was not crowded and the security presence was soothing. The pools, hot tubs and the free beach chairs, and the fact that I was able to park on the property I a covered garage, will bring us back. The condo itself was spacious and clean. Great restaurants nearby, including Dat Cajun Place, Guadalajara,  Hammerhead Fred’s and Ms Newby’s, all within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!! Thanks to Tina for sharing her beach home, and made everything easy!!

It is a wonderful condo with a terrific view of the beach and ocean. Perfect for a family of 8.  Accommodations are great. The 2 pools were fun for the children with private gated access to the beach.  My husband and I enjoyed the hot tubs every evening.  Sunsets were amazing.

We have a large family and the 3 bedroom condo worked well for us. The condo was well furnished and clean. The owner even provided some beach toys and beach chairs with umbrella! The location was great and we had no issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo for families like ours.

Been going to PCB for years. Enjoyed my stay at this amazing 3 bedroom condo in a great building with good parking and great beach service. Would definitely stay again. Tina was very professional and care that her guests have fun and enjoy thier vacation time.

The owner was nice and open. Condo was clean when we checked in. Would definitely rent again next time we are in Panama City Beach. 

This is such a spacious condo. We had 5 adults and four children. They have all the kitchen utensils you could ever need.  Loved our stay and loved watching the sunsets from the balcony in the rocking chairs. Would highly recommend this condo!!

Tina’s condo has always exceeded our expectations. When we rent from Tina it is like staying at our favorite relative’s home. She has everything you need and an absolute pleasure to work with.

We have stayed at Gulf Crest before but this was the nicest and most well-furnished condo that we have stayed in.  We would definitely rent Tina’s Condo again.  Very clean well & the owner was easy to work with.

Had a great visit to Gulf Crest Luxury Condos! Staying here made our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable. Great pools, great beach. The owner was awesome to work with, good communication, very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here!

We spent the first week of August in 1401 and we had a fabulous time! We loved the bluetooth surround sound stereo speakers on the balcony. The tempur-pedic bed was so phenomenal it makes me want to buy a new mattress! And we always like having beach chair service! We enjoyed great meals nearby at Captain Anderson's, Dee's hangout, Billy's, Angelo's and Pineapple Willy's. Overall a Fabulous Condo and a Fabulous Vacation. This condo is definitely one of the best. The pics are exactly what you get... very nice, decorated with a beach feel, comfortable beds, all the kitchen appliances/dishes you need, very nice furniture with several different areas to relax... and the list just goes on and on. We especially loved the open living room/kitchen with the bar/bar stool setup and the huge balcony. If we weren't on the beach we were in kitchen or on the balcony. The kids (teenagers) liked the blue-tooth hook up to play apple music. It was great to have the digital door lock so we didn't have to keep up with keys between 9 of us! I can't say enough.. Tina's condo is fabulous... we loved it!

We loved our stay at this condo. It had been cleaned perfectly, there were many amenities like a top-of-line Keurig coffee machine, and the decor was lovely. It is incredibly spacious and the wrap-around balcony offers the best views in all of PCB as far as we're concerned. The owner was so easy to work with and very accommodating to our last-minute need to make a change. We felt great heading out on our vacation due to how thorough the owner had been with all the details, and we were not disappointed in the slightest when we saw the condo. The photos do capture it perfectly. One thing that might be relevant to families with very small children is that the master bath doesn't have a tub - just a large shower. I had been afraid this would be an issue for our family with two little ones, but in fact it worked out even better than a tub, for rinsing them off after the beach. We also bought a small inflatable baby tub that we used in the shower for the baby and it was great. But I was glad I knew ahead of time regarding the master bath and was able to bring our own little item to help even more. Of course, there is a tub in the other bath, but just wanted to mention what had worked for our family. I loved how spacious it was and how easy it was to be comfortable - there were tons of drawers in the bedrooms and hangers in the closets. The kitchen offered so much space that it never once felt cluttered, even with all of our groceries and items from home. The linens were super-nice and it was very luxurious to use such plush bath towels. The sofa and love seat weren't that comfortable but that certainly wasn't a huge deal. The TVs in each bedroom were huge and had incredibly clear pictures. Having access to the beach chairs was a huge perk as well. Overall we loved our stay here and will certainly plan to stay again when we return to PCB.

I can not express in words how nice and clean this condo was. There were 6 adults and 2 children, we all had plenty of room to move around. We loved sitting at the large breakfast bar. The wrap around balcony is great and the views were beautiful. We loved having our meals out there, and the speakers to have music was great. Our kids said this was the best vacation ever. Its great to be at a place that lets you forget about all your problems and just relax and spend time with family. We will definitely be back. Thanks Tina for all you help.

My husband and my 4 teenage children stayed here for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is exactly as described and looks just like the photos and videos in the VRBO listing and website. Tina was very sweet and informative, answered all of my questions. I will rent from her again!!! The condo was very nice and clean, beautifully decorated and felt like home away from home. The views from this condo were magnificent to say the least!!! We had breakfast on the wraparound balcony in the mornings and also saw some dolphins! We loved listening to our favorite music from our phone on Tina’s Bluetooth BOSE speakers on the balcony. I would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family and will stay here again next year!! Thanks again Tina for renting us your beautiful condo for our family vacation!

Our first time at Gulf Crest! Third time vacationing in one of Tina's fantastic condos. My family really enjoys the area and accessibility to lots of dining, shopping and kid friendly activities. The beach is amazing, the views are breath taking and the condo is so inviting. Clean and bright decor is very comfy. Tina is as friendly and helpful as anyone would want. Highly recommended for everyone. See y'all next year!

This condo is especially clean and comfortable. The views are incredible! Great kitchen with everything we needed. Spacious balcony with lots of comfortable chairs. Enjoyed dinner out there several evenings while watching the sun set. Breathtaking! Easy access to car and pool/beach areas. Great to have chairs/umbrellas waiting on the beach. Tina was very easy to work with, and we will definitely plan on staying here again!

Tina’s condo is very clean and well-decorated. All of the expected amenities were provided plus some. Tina was very responsive to my initial inquiries about her condo and even called me to make sure everything was good after we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The assigned parking in the garage was convenient to the elevator and secure. We will definitely plan to stay again in the future. There are 2 king sized beds, a queen size bed, and a pull-out queen size couch for plenty of room for our family of 8. The bed we slept in was very comfortable and we enjoyed the free beach service each day. The only down side was that it rained one day, but we sat on the balcony listening to Tina’s Bluetooth speakers and enjoyed the cool rainy day watching the waves while the kids were inside watching movies inside on the big screen TVs.

Condo was nice and clean. Tina was very easy to work with. Great location. Amazing View of Ocean and sunsets. Loved the Tiki Hut on the Pool deck. Everyone was very friendly. It was nice to have the Beach chairs and umbrella ready at the beach every day. By far the best condo we have every vacationed in. Cannot wait to come back!

This was our first time to stay in this condo. Everything we read was absolutely true. We felt at home the minute we walked in. It was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, clean and well stocked with cooking utensils and small appliances. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets and listening to our iPhone music through the Blue tooth stereo speakers on the balcony. Thank you Tina, we will be back next year!!

Everything was nice. Wish checkout was later in the day. Nice having all the kitchen supplies already here. Being at the beach and in the crowds of people, relaxing in the condo was amazing! Thank you!!

We can’t thank you enough for a much needed spring break in sunny Florida!! This condo is beyond amazing. The Bluetooth speakers were great.

This condo was wonderful, very comfortable, lovely views, great sunsets. Had everything we could possible need. We spent time on balconies reading and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

My family of 8 stayed in this condo and enjoyed all of it. The photos & videos were very accurate and the open floor plan worked very well for us. The accommodations were beautiful and the view from the wraparound balcony with balcony access from every room was great. My husband used the fitness center each day and enjoyed the beach view while working out. We especially liked the reserved parking by the elevator. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful. Tina was very easy to work with and has great taste in decorating the condo. Our overall experience was very positive and we would definitely rent from Tina again.

We vacation a couple times a year in Panama City Beach and love to rent on VRBO from owners. Tina responded quickly to my original inquiry. Her rates were not the cheapest we found, but once we checked in, WOW - the condo was amazing!! We loved the rocking chairs on the balcony at sunset, the hot tub and pool at night! Thank you Tina for a great vacation experience. We hope to be back for Thanksgiving.

We love Tina’s new condo at Gulf Crest!! We stayed at Tina’s condo at Treasure Island before, and her condo at Gulf Crest is wonderful, too. Tina is easy to work with and always accessible. The condo is beautifully decorated, open, inviting, a breezy relaxing feel! We loved the Bluetooth surround sound, I synched up to my iPhone and my Pandora stations were playing inside and out on the balcony. Tina’s cleaning service must have very high standards…. the condo was absolutely spotless. The kitchen is well equipped. I Love the plantation shutters, (I would have like to take them home with me :) Tina's condo has so many things that are within walking distance. Dat Cajun Place is a must eat. The Tiki Bar by the pool was awesome. We had a great vacation. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks again Tina!!!!
