We love renting the condo Hidden Treasure III at the Summit. Beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and great location makes this unit the perfect rental for us. I love the 2nd floor location just in case the elevators are busy. The pools are clean, hot tubs are clean, and the entire grounds are kept neat and tidy. Chantale's unit is the cleanest we have ever rented. She has special goodies on arrival - we love the coozies ?? and the beach chairs are complimentary in season. Seriously, all you need are clothes, food, and beach towels...this is the PERFECT beach vacation ????

If you are looking for just like home at the beach this room is perfect for you. She has everything you could need for your time at the beach. The beds are comfortable. The room if updated beautifully. Chantale is very helpful if you have any problems with the unit. Being on the second floor is wonderful easy access to Bikini Bobs, pool area, BBQ grills and hot tubs. We love going to PCB and renting this unit every year.

We have been staying in this beautiful, clean, fully furnished with anything you could possibly need & then some since the summer before my daughter started kindergarten. When it come time to plan a trip for high school graduation this is the only place she wanted to be. Chantale has treated us like family for years & even worked with me to make it happen when times were tough there's probably not a better host than her she truly has a passion for making sure her guest have the perfect beach getaway. There's tons of amenities on the property as well, Bikini Bob's has great food that is reasonably priced too hank! Thank you so much for having us & thank you for the graduation gift you left for my child too!

Stayed a week July 2022 and everything was great. Freshly updated bathrooms and shower and just cozy common areas. Nice being on the second floor and being able to use the stairs right by the room if the elevator was crowded. Bikini bobs was cool option too just to grab a burger for lunch and back to the beach!

Fabulous stay at the Summit!!!! Everything was great! Condo was cute and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. Being close to the stairs was helpful as elevators were busy. Having access to the beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge treat! Chantale has thought of everything! You won’t regret booking and staying at this location!

The Summit was just what we needed! Chantale thinks of everything and that is why we continue to come back! The condo was clean, Chantale has board games and sand toys ready for the family, we cook some meals and always have what we need in the condo, other meals we eat out and love the variety that we find in PCB. If you are thinking about booking a trip to PCB…. Do it!

Chantale's place was so clean and truly a hidden treasure...hints the name! Exactly as described and pictured. We were there during a baseball tournament, we heard horror stories from other families about the quality of their unit. When they saw our room they were shocked!! Chantale is a fantastic host--she checked on us multiple times to make sure our stay was great.

We had a wonderful first time experience renting from Chantale! The unit is in a great location right by the stairs no use for elevators! The unit has everything needed! Washer/dryer and chair service was a plus to us! The complex was very busy when we stayed due to peak time. We were able to avoid the busyness by using the stairs and plenty of room at the beautiful beach! We will definitely stay again!

The condo is darling. It was perfectly decorated and it was spotless. One of the biggest perks is the second floor location. One small set of stairs and you are at your room- no waiting for elevators.

My wife and I had a great experience on our vacation. It starts with Chantale and is backed up by the cleanliness and functionality of everything in the room. Very up to date, USB charging ports everywhere :), plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen, great sized balcony, comfortable furniture and beds. We couldn't find anything to complain about if we were looking for it!!

My family and I have been renting from Chantale for 3 years now. Being on the second floor is fantastic for easy access to the pool and beach area and very close to Bikini Bobs( amazing food and drinks). The room is so beautiful and she has everything you need to enjoy your week away from home.

Chantale is constantly upgrading and renovating her condos and this time has outdone her self. The Summit one is always my favorite and it is absolutely gorgeous now (hope she keeps it like this for a while :) There is everything you can possibly need and I really enjoy the beach chair service which is REALLY an added bonus! The shower is to die for, and there were to many towels for one person to use (of course if you did there's always the in condo washer and dryer). I have been staying at her condos for about 10 years and she continually upgrades and really treats her VIP like true VIPs. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Although it rained the entire time we were there, the condo was the most comforting condo I have stayed in. The decor is so homely feeling and it truly was the cleanest place I have stayed. No sand getting stuck to feet, etc. The shower was so cool that my husband and I went to Lowe’s when we got home to look at materials for redoing our shower! Plenty of towels were provided, nice washing machine, the air unit works great. We loved it!

Even with 3 days of rain it was awesome to have a place that is so clean to hunker down til the storm passed. Chantale always goes above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met while staying on her properties. Anytime I visit Panama City I stay in one of her little pieces of paradise and have no complaints.

Walked into condo and my son daughter in law and grandson was so excited, my grandson found the bunk beds and was in heaven. Our son and daughter in law couldn’t believe how nice the condo was very clean home setting. When we stepped into our room at The Summit immediately our breath was taken away by all the amazing amenities the room had to offer! The upgrades to the room were spectacular! The room was conveniently located to the stairwell therefore we never had to wait in an elevator line...major perk!! We will definitely be booking again!!

We have been staying in Hidden Treasure properties since 2013. Chantale takes the utmost pride in her units and cleanliness is her top priority! She also loves to decorate and update, so we always enjoy to see what she has done to update since our last visit! Our granddaughter was 3 the first time we stayed in this unit, and this condo quickly became "her beach house." This unit provides all the items needed for a home away from home beach stay, and Bikini Bob's is always an added plus! We always look forward to our stay in one of the Hidden Treasure properties as we know our comfort, cleanliness and included amenities are of the utmost importance to this owner! We look forward to our next stay in September! Thank you for always making us feel at home!

This was our second extended winter getaway spent at Chantale’s condo at The Summit. And again, it was everything we expected and more. The updates to the bathroom were outstanding. The condo is always super clean and has everything you need for a short or extended stay. The free beach service is great - sitting watching the waves roll in, what a stress reliever. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the condo for a vacation stay.

Love the second floor. Palm trees, beach view, no need to ride elevator. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Clean, well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the second floor - NO waiting on an elevator. Short walk to our chairs on the beach, pool, Bikini Bob's, Tiki Hut and parking. Full size W/D is a plus. Clean, cute and very accomodating. What more could one ask.

Where do I start? It has been a few years since we have a a vacation & Chantale made is so easy for us. She was very personable like she had known us for years. The condo was clean adorable & convenient to the elevators (for my mother who is 80)as well as the beach mat for her walk to the beach. The view from the balcony was awesome just as it was pictured. There was plenty of room for us & the beds were very comfy. My granddaughter's ages 15 & 19) loved the bunks. My family & I will be staying here again, thank you again Chantale you are awesome??

Beautiful decor. Perfect location with a small child on second floor. He loves the pillow shark and bunk beds wall decor. Washer and dryer was a big help with beach towels. Comfortable beds. Wonderful second home for a week.

The location was great, close to everything. Beachfront with a great view and balcony. Beds were comfortable. The unit was nicely furnished, decorated, and clean. Liked the convenience of having a washer and dryer in unit. Being located on the second floor made it easy to take a few steps down instead of waiting for the elevator. Also thought it was a good deal to pay once and receive two parking passes, others in our party arrived at a later time. No seperate fees, I know other places may be per car. If you read reviews, trying to make a decision, I would recommend this unit or any unit from this owner. Thanks Chantale, for the great vacation.

All of the 5 star reviews you find here on this property are absolutely the truth. I doubt there is a nicer, better decorated, cleaner, fuller stocked condominium in this whole facility - let alone, one for rent. The view is wonderful. The location in the building is perfect. We will be back for another stay.

This place is EVERYTHING! It was our first time renting from Chantale. I brought my 2 year old & my boyfriend. Both had never been to the beach before. What an amazing first time for them. This condo is BEACH FRONT. Not only do you get an Incredible view of the ocean, but also palm trees! You can hear and see the waves. The condo itself is spotless. SO. CLEAN. I am a clean freak! So I brought some cleaning supplies just in case. Totally not needed. This place was spectacular. Super clean. Even had beach chairs rented and paid for by the owner so we didn’t even have to worry about having chairs! Helped so much having a toddler. She also had beach toys for us to use! So awesome. The fridge has an ice maker. The kitchen has all the needed appliances and pots pans/utensils/plates you name it, she’s got it!! A keurig AND a coffee maker. She even has a washer and dryer in the unit! This was my favorite part! Haha she’s got whatever your heart desires. It was a magical place. Farmhouse meets beach feel. Super modern & clean. 10/10 reccomend this condo! Seriously ! Amazing !

This is my second time renting this little gem from Chantale for spring break week. The condo is always super clean and furnished perfectly. We do a shrimp boil every year and always have everything we need to make that happen for a group of teenage boys. I honestly love the fact it's a unit on the end and on the second floor. We never have to wait for elevators and have never been bothered by too much noise...even on spring break! I love this spot and will be coming back!

I really enjoyed my short stay in your beautiful condo. It was very well laid out and decorated gorgeously. Wish I could have finished my stay but unfortunately we had to leave early due to family emergency. Would love to come back again. Even though this was the first time I had ever rented a condo for a beach stay, Chantal was very helpful with the whole process. May try renting one of your other condos only because this one was above the garbage shoot and sometimes the smell was strong. Nothing you can prevent though. Otherwise loved the condo!

We came for our stay for Labor Day weekend with the grown children for a change. It was an absolute blast. We had just as much fun making memories as if they were still small. The condo 230 was fantabulous! It was the perfect size! It had everything we needed and more! We definitely will be coming back to stay again! Chantale was very in touch and on top of everything! Housekeeping was superb! Our mini weekend Labor Day family vacay was absolutely perfect! P.S. The games and puzzle was an excellent add on and the grown children LOVED it! This was our daughter’s first beach vacation and she loved it! From the moment we booked the property, Chantale was awesome! She even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We really liked being on the second floor. The view was fabulous from our private balcony. The condo is close to lots of great restaurants and activities. Our daughter loved the kiddie pool and looking for shells in the beautifully clear water of the ocean. Chantale also has a book in the condo that has personal recommendations for restaurants and activities. That helped to make our trip more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Clean, relaxing, and more spacious than expected. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the large flat-screen TV and cable. The balcony overlooked the quiet part of the beach so we weren't bothered by people in the pools or hot tubs. AC worked beautifully. Such a blessing to have a washer and dryer in the unit, when you have 3 kids and daily beach and pool visits. It was even good to be on the 2nd floor because with all the people, the elevators were overworked and we were able to just zip up the stairs in no time. I was really impressed with how well fitted-out the kitchen was - slow cooker, 2 different coffee makers (Keurig and a drop coffee machine), a waffle iron (my kids reminded me not to forget this), large fridge/freezer, blender, good quality pots and pans, all the plates/bowls/serving items and utensils you could want. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. There were a good amount of towels (at least 10, or more). The kids loved the shapes the towels were formed in on the bed - a snake, a bird - with peppermints for their eyes. It was a lovely greeting. All in all, nothing bad to say about this place. The only thing is I packed too much, thinking we'd need a coffee maker, and more towels, and games and books, but there were some games and books in the TV cabinet too. And beach toys there as well. Now I know how well set-up it is, I'd be set with taking just absolute basics. Walmart is right up the road, too. Wifi was also good, for our rainy day. Top marks all around. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in PCB and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Summit. The condo was clean, fully stocked, great location, quiet when it needed to be, and just an all around perfect vacation spot. We loved being on the 2nd floor as waiting for an elevator can take awhile. One quick zip up the stairs and we were right next to our room. The 2nd floor also provides absolutely stunning views of the resort and ocean. Chantale is absolutely amazing to work with. When we talk or text, I almost feel like she is family because she takes such good care of her renters. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories in PCB with our children!

This condo is absolutely adorable. It worked perfect for our crew and having a master with 2 beds. The unit has everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was more than stocked with adequate items. We were actually able to do a full shrimp boil. The biggest bonus was being on the second floor. With us coming for a busy spring break week we never needed to wait for the elevator. We will be coming back!

I stayed in September during Irma, I was a little co concerned about the incoming storm, but the owner (Chantale) stayed in contact checking on me and made extraordinary efforts to make sure I got to my destination before the storm - how many owners have you rented from that do that! The new renovations are absolutely perfect, beautifully decorated and includes full size washer and dryer - bonus! I have rented this condo several times and have never been disappointed. It is always super clean and has everything you need, especially if you are like me and prepare your own meals instead of eating out a lot. Of all the condos this has proven to be my favorite and you really cannot beat the interaction with the own. The sunsets are always my favorite part, and with this condo is you don't want to walk to the beach to view it you can always sit outside on the balcony and have a sunset dinner.

This was our first time staying at the Summit. We usually stay at one of Chantale's other condos. This unit is everything that you would expect from Chantale. It is beautifully decorated by Chantale. Some of the tables were made from her drawings. As always, it is spotless. Her cleaning staff is excellent. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The balcony has a lovely view. I could go on and on about how great the unit is! You will never regret renting from Chantale.

Last week my husband, my son and I all stayed at Chantal's Summit condo at PCB and we absolutely loved it! It's a beautiful, newly remodeled/decorated 2nd floor unit and it had everything we could possibly need. And not to mention the gorgeous view we had while staying there. We sat outside and pretty much ate most of our meals out there while enjoying that gorgeous view. And I have to say Chantale is so wonderful to work with. She made the whole renting process so easy and she checked with us to make sure everything was fine and that we had everything we needed, etc.. We would love to rent from her again and we definitely recommend checking out her condos.

I have stayed in Chantale's condo (#230) twice, and I highly recommend it. First, it is beautifully decorated and CLEAN. The pictures on her site are accurate (many are not), and the beds are extremely comfortable and of good quality. It has everything you may need in the well-stocked kitchen and bathroom(s). While some may want a floor higher up for the view - don't be fooled. The second floor view is great and the ability to quickly get in and out of the condo by being able to take the stairs is more of a plus than a high floor view - trust me! The condo comes with 2 front row beach chairs which are fantastic if you want to lay at the beach all day. She is a fabulous owner who is personable, always available and easy to work with. If I continue to stay at The Summit - there is no other condo I would want to stay in! This truly is a gem - so if you can book with Chantale, do not hesitate to do so --- you will be guaranteed a stress-free, wonderful experience where you will feel like you have been welcomed into someone's well-cared for home.

The condo was immaculate and newly updated, no need for elevator (which was just a step away if needed ) on the second floor! Late check in was no problem, straight to room when we arrived! This was our second year in a row staying at The Summit. Chantale was absolutely wonderful! She made booking easy and even checked on us during our stay. This condo has been updated and was decorated very nice! It also had everything you need from the kitchen all the way to board games!! Located on the end of the second floor was also wonderful, never had to wait for the elevator with your hands full, as the steps are located close the this condo. So much info to leave, I do not even know where to start. Chantale went above and beyond to make booking with here quick and easy. She gave me all information I requested in more than a timely manner. The condo itself? Absolutely adorable. Includes everything you could possibly need. Spotless and the decoration is just beautiful! Some condos can be stuffy or dated, not Chantale's! She somehow manages to capture a mix of modern, beach, and even a vibe like you are on a cruise! We had one small hiccup in our trip that Chantale managed to repair more than necessary! I hope to book with her for years to come!
