Sterling Breeze 1907-Luxury Oceanfront Condo, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This is (I think) the third time we’ve spent Thanksgiving week in 1907 Sterling Breeze. It is spacious, accommodating 9-10 of us each time. We love the reclining sofa and chairs, the fireplace on fall chilly nights watching football and Christmas movies. You can’t beat being on the beach and Front Beach Road when it’s so empty. Beautiful clear skies without the heat and humidity. You can see rays, dolphins and plenty of activity from this floor too! Pier park, Dog Beach and restaurants are within walking distance as well as several grocery, superstores and convenience stores, we recommend this unit for a wonderful owner, spacious clean accomodations, plenty of serving/cookware including crockpots and electric skillet/griddle. Fabulous family times!

We have stayed at Sterling Breeze before and decided then that it would be our go-to choice for every beach trip. The location is great, it is right on the sand, parking isn't a problem, and it isn't so huge that you can't enjoy it for the crowds. This year we stayed in 1907 and we have all decided this is the condo we want every time! It had every single thing we needed and more. From the hall tree in the entryway to dump your beach stuff, enough seating for everyone to eat together, and the full size washer and dryer all the way to the little things like card games, tea jugs, and a basket full of beach toys... It made you instantly feel like you were home. This condo is super spacious and, even though I had 4 teenage boys with an xbox, I didn't hear a peep in the master bedroom! Beds were comfy, everything was clean, and the host was fantastic with communication. 5 stars all the way around and we will be booking again in the future!!

I have stayed in this unit several times and each time it is better than before! Chris is so responsive and helpful, even checking to make sure everything went smoothly. Both of the elevators are working and we had no problems waiting for them. I would rcommend this unit to anyone. Thank you Chris for sharing your condo, we love every minute of it, we will be back.

A World Series softball tournament took us to PCB this summer and we were lucky enough to stay in 1907! The condo was more than accommodating to 9 people. Clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had a fully stocked kitchen! It’s close enough to Pier Park that we were able to walk there many times for food and shopping! We were also within 15 minutes to the fields. The view from the balcony is nothing short of amazing!! One morning we saw 9 dolphins!!! The owner was great with answering any questions I had from booking to the time we got back home. Don’t let this one pass you by, you won’t regret it!

We stayed here the week before 4th of July 2023! You walk into the spacious condo and feel right at home. Everything you need to cook at the condo ( we are those people) even a crockpot. There were three coffee machines (a traditional one and two Keurigs one in the lockout). The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. We loved that the lockout room had its own temperature control so we could all stay comfortable. There were plenty of items ready for our use including little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. There was also dish soap, hand soap, extra trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. We were surprised to see a vacuum and broom with dustpan to clean up excess sand. Also there were camping chairs, boogie boards, and some sand toys. (We left a few more). We brought our own of these items since we were used to that but nice to know it was there. We were thrilled to book here and will book again in the future. Chris was very responsive when we needed questions answered. Very friendly and quick to reply. We had the best weather too. The pool was warm all week. The only downfall which is just what you expect is the wait for the elevators and luggage carts at peak times like check in and out.

My family and I have been staying at the Sterling Breeze for approximately 10 years. I can say hands down this has been the best unit we have stayed in. We loved the layout and spaciousness this unit offers, it has been updated, and well taken care of. We loved the couch was able to recline as well as the two chairs. The lockout unit was amazing and worked out perfectly for us. The view on the 19th floor is amazing, I would suggest bringing binoculars to view the ocean wildlife that you can see. Chris does a great job with his communication, sharing information, and being prompt with his responses. He even took my call after 9pm with the property lost power due to a blown transformer, the property has a generator, and power was fully restored within a few hours. Property is located close to the pier and all of the excitement pier park has to offer.

We stayed at Chris's condo for a family vacation. The condo exceeded our expectations. The view is stunning! The condo was very clean, well furnished, and spacious. It easily fit our family of 10. The lock-out unit was perfect for extra privacy. The condo had plenty of parking and the resort amenities were nice. Chris was very responsive and had great communication before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

We spent our fall break here in October with our children, my in laws and my mom. We loved the lock out unit. It was like they had their own place. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We loved the spaciousness of not being on top of one another. The fireplace ambiance was amazing. But the view from the 19th floor was unbelievable. We saw a manatee, dolphins, turtle all throughout the week. The water was so clear and the sunsets were breathtaking. Look forward to recommending to others and also coming back ourselves. We have made such great friends with some of the staff like Natalie over the last couple years. It truly makes it even better. Highly recommend.

If you want the perfect, SPACIOUS place to unwind and enjoy the beach, this is THE PLACE! The condo has everything you need and has plenty of space to spread out so that everyone can relax in their own way. I have zero complaints about our trip or working with Chris.

Labor Day Sept 2022, holiday weekend with a party of 10 (4 children). We had booked our stay at a completely different location, but after arriving at 8:30pm on Friday evening we found that it had not been cleaned & had serious issues that resulted in us having nowhere to go! The original rental company was of no help so we found ourselves booking hotel rooms at 11pm. Discouraging to say the least! But then came Chris & this unit!!! I found Sterling Breeze 1907 during one of my frantic searches and sent a message Friday night at 11:20pm with fingers crossed. I had an email response at 5am and a personal text from Chris at 7am confirming it was available & he would be happy to help. Even on the holiday weekend and while juggling his own family schedule, he stopped to save our vacation! We were booked & moving in before 11am on Saturday. And, given the last minute rental, Chris even synced up with his cleaning service to have the unit looked over and ensured all was well. He made himself available and showed great care in how he handled everything. The unit ended up being SO much nicer and fit our large family well. Having the 2 master suites was perfect and the kids loved the bunk bed room. It offered great sleeping arrangements without feeling cramped at all. The kitchen and common area was spacious and having all the adults being able to eat around the table was so nice. The beach views were also spectacular and we saw dolphins, sting ray, and fish every morning. The pool and hot tub were a perfect getaway when we were worn out from the sand and waves. It is conveniently located near Pier Park, which offers plenty of food and fun for everyone. We are already talking about a return trip to this unit & highly recommend it! The unit is perfect as is, but seeing how well the owner managed and communicated completely won us over! You won’t regret it!

We had one of our best vacations this year! When we arrived at the condo everything was clean and ready for us! The view was gorgeous and we loved being on the end. The amount of room this condo has is awesome. The master bedroom has a beautiful view. Chris was great to work with and we will definitely be staying here again. We cannot wait until the next time!

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. Our family wanted a getaway and we were offered to stay here at Sterling Breeze. We had 8 people and it slept us all very comfortably. I definitely recommend it!

My family & I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful condo in July of 2017. Everything was clean & ready for us when we arrived. The condo was full of every amenity we could have needed which was such a great surprise because it didn't feel like a hotel, it felt like a home. When we weren't cooking our own meals in the beautiful & spacious kitchen, we were able to walk to this fun oyster bar down the street, and even to pier park. It was really nice being so close to so many things. We enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub after long days at the beach. It was a great way to unwind after a long salty day in the sun. Another thing my husband & I particularly enjoyed was the beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom. Some mornings we would wake up, make coffee & just lay in bed watching the ocean. We even saw a pod of dolphins swim by one morning! Overall we had a wonderful experience & really look forward to returning again for our next vacation.

We had a great week in this unit! Its very spacious and well equipped...and clean!! We vacationed with another family and our kids shared the bunkroom which was perfect! We had a question and Julie was quick to respond. It was great not having to carry keys and just punch a code to open the front door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!*****

Six of us stayed in this condo and had a great time!!! The views off the balcony are awesome---you have the eastern and the western view. We got lucky and had great weather for the weekend. We could walk to pier park, plenty of restaurants, and the ballfields were less than 5 minutes away. The grill on the balcony was awesome--I'd never used electric and found it to be very easy to use and the steaks were amazing! :-) The owner and the management company were fabulous to work with!!

Pretty condo with everything we needed for our Spring vacation. Weather was gorgeous and we saw lots of dolphins from the balcony. Loved the margarita machine - maybe too much!

The owners were very helpful and patient as this was our first condo booking and we were a little nervous, but I received phone calls and even texts from Julie to answer any questions we had. 

The layout of the condo is GREAT! It was my husband and me, my Mom and our three children so the spaciousness of the condo was a surprise and much appreciated.

The location was perfect for us being right on the beach - no streets to cross. Down the elevator and out the lobby, several steps through the pool area and across a wooden walkway and you are there! Grandma loved the low floor and the beach!

Watched dolphins two mornings while enjoying our coffee on the balcony!

Beautiful place to be and would highly recommend it.
