We had a wonderful week! The condo was perfect for children! Loved the set up with the pool and beach. loved that we were not in the thick of all the beach traffic- condo was super convenient to places to eat etc.. The condo itself was amazing- great decor, very roomy and the smart tv was wonderful for the family to enjoy. The lobby in the building really needs to be updated- it smells of smoke but right after we got on the elevator it was fine.. The room made up for it, but my only complaint would be the lobby is outdated...

We are a Family of 4 who stayed for several days, and I must say this was the perfect place! From the moment you walk into the Condo, the open space, and the updated amenities are topped off with a magnificent view of the Ocean! The Kitchen is spacious, the large TVs, the nice washer and dryer, even the little things, like the trash chute that’s just outside the door makes it just the perfect spot! As for location, we really enjoyed being just close enough to everything, but not in the thick of it. I would recommend Dottie’s Dream to anyone that wants to stay at the PCB!! We will diffently be back!??

Stylish Summerhouse 505A with FREE beach service!
Large 5th floor, two bedroom, two bath, waterfront condo. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony, living area and master bedroom.
Living area is beautifully furnished with new sofa, two recliners and a 55 inch smart TV (Roku based TV), Wifi, books, games and DVDs are available to enjoy.
Large master bedroom has a king bed, plenty of drawer and closet space, and a bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Extra bedroom has a queen and twin bed, spacious closet and dresser. It has direct access to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have linens, smart TVs, alarm clocks and ceiling fans with central air throughout. Hair dryer and towels in each bathroom. Beach towels are not included. There are plenty of outlets to charge your devices.
Kitchen features quartz countertops, new microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator, electric range, small appliancesincluding Keurig and standard coffee pots and an airfryer and garbage disposal. Cookware, dishes and utensils are provided. The kitchen bartop seats 4 and the farmhouse dining table seats 7 comfortably.
New washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are included.
We do provide beach service for our guests for no additional charge.
The Summerhouse building has many amentities for the guests including two swimming pools, one heated during colder months,a kiddie pool, a hot tub and outdoor showers. Tennis, basketball, raquetball and shuffleboard are available for all guests. Community BBQ grills and a game room are on site with pool tables and arcade games.
We do not allow pets of any kind.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed. This includes vaping, hookahs and e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed in the parking area 20 feet from the entrances.
The condo HOA does not allow us to rent to single adults under the age of 25. Parents must stay in the condo the entire stay. Maximum occupancy is 7 persons. Air mattresses are prohibited.
During summer months only Saturday to Saturday rentals are permitted.
