My family and I had been looking for the just perfect place on the beach. We have lived in Panama City Beach for 30 years and know the area well. We've watched the growth and know the best places to stay. We chose this location on the east end of Panama City Beach because of the excellent location. This beach house is actually a duplex or two beach houses to be exact. Each side of this duplex has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Newly remodeled and ready for your stay. This property is on a small quiet dead end street on the east end of Panama City Beach. The beach is literally just feet (45 steps) away and is not crowded by the condo crowds. We have fully renovated the new kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, and cookware. If you need something special upon arrival, just ask us and we will be glad to try and accommodate. This luxurious house is two story with the kitchen and 2 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs and 1 bedroom, 1 bath and laundry downstairs. New  "Smart TV's" in every room, free WIFI,  new tile floors and baths. Special detail was taken in every aspect of these townhomes. There is large storage area to store all your sandy beach gear or bikes and parking for 4 is right outside your door and we are only one stop light away from Saint Andrews State Park, marinas, sport fishing, boating, great restaurants, shopping and more .
