We absolutely loved your place. It was so welcoming and inviting. You guys have a beautiful place and very well maintained. It’s the best vacation experience we’ve ever had. I’m kind of OCD about cleaning lol. We were already talking about staying at your place again next time we come back. We DIDN’T want to leave at all :( Thank you so much for letting us stay and we will definitely be back. 

For my first time renting a private condo, they were quick to respond when I have questions. Beach was a short walk away and Pier Park was 5min drive. My girls had an awesome time and even called this our "vacation home". Had couple problems with trying to get an armband because there was no one around to buy them so we was there for a few days without having the armbands but to our surprise there wasn't people checking. And our kitchen light went out the first night but we manage and didn't ruin our experience. We will definitely rent them next year or in the future because we had a great time.

The condo is spacious. It is such a short walk to the beach. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. The owners are so very nice and accommodating. This was my first trip to PCB and it will not be my last. I can't wait to come back next year!

Nicest place we have stayed intea PCB. If you need a small place that feels like home and very short walk to beach..this is it. Highly recommend. The owners are fantastic!

3rd year at Horizon South and absolutely love it here! First year in the Miller's beautifully appointed, very clean, updated, lovely condo overlooking canal. Beautiful place, location is perfect and wonderful owners that treated us very well in every way. Thank you so much Susan and Roger. Look forward to our return next year.

What a beautiful condo! Our family had a blast this year! Location was great, short stroll to the beach & lots of fun for the kiddos on site & food & shops nearby! Susan (&Roger) were wonderful to work with made the entire trip a breeze & they were very accommodating, went above all expectations! One of our favorite trips during our stay was to St. Andrews state park ... If you have younger children ... We took ours snorkeling there with the jetty little to no waves to knock them down & beautiful ocean life!!! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo!

We would give this condo a very good rating! The location is great and we loved having a view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was a breeze. The interior is decorated with a beachy casual design which feels very comfortable. We really enjoyed the terrace. The palm trees are at the perfect height for bird watching. The turtle pond was an added bonus. When we were initially inquiring about the condo we found the owners to be responsive and helpful. They also are genuinely interested in your experience.

Susan and Roger are great people to rent from. We really appreciated the quick response time when we had to contact them. The condo was the perfect size for our two children ages 27 and 22, my husband and myself. The condo was beautifully decorated and so neat and clean. The distance to the beach was a short walk with easy access...it was GREAT! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a late review. Our trip was back in late June. The condo was perfect for our vacation. There were five of us and we had plenty of sleeping space with the two bunk beds, couch, and bedroom. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. We had no problems with the condo at all. We had friends staying in the Sandpiper so being so close was awesome! There were two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cart to transport it all to the beach and back. That was nice as we don't have that sort of thing living in Arkansas. Susan was extremely nice and helpful with questions we had prior to arriving. From initial contact, which her response was almost immediate, she always answered emails promptly. I would recommend this condo for anyone that doesn't want the hassle or expense of a resort or hotel. This was our first experience with VRBO and Susan made it a tremendous experience. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to PCB.....and also never stay in a hotel again while on vacation!

My experience with Mrs. Susan was awesome! She was very kind from the first contact to the last. The condo was spacious, decorated perfectly, and probably the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The kids loved the choices of the different pools on the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Susan and Roger have a beautiful home and everything was perfect. They make sure their guest have everything they need for a perfect beach vacation, from beach chairs and umbrella to even a cooler! The condo was spacious and with my 13 year old granddaughter and 2 10 year old grandsons that counted for a lot! Everything from the wonderful kitchen, huge king sized bed, bunk beds for the boys, washer and dryer use, to the beloved turtle pond (those turtles must have gained 5 lbs from the bread balls the boys tossed to them!) just off the balcony. The short walk to the beach on beach days and the pool just across the parking lot, I could go on and on but you really need to rent it and see for yourself! Couldn't have been more pleased with our first trip to Florida. The children are already planning their next trip and a very large part of that is due to Susan and Roger!

Our experience with Susan and Roger was perfect. From the first time I contacted them, Susan responded immediately. She is super nice and very easy to communicate with. From the moment that we entered the unit, I knew this was our kind of place. It is decorated wonderfully. Standing in any room I knew I was at the beach. The unit is very spacious. There were five of us, my husband and myself, (2) 18 yr olds and my mother. We had more than enough room. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds, including the pull out sofa, were so comfortable. The balcony/porch was our morning highlight. My mother and myself would sit out on the porch with our coffee and watch the turtles in the pond. My mother isn't much on staying on the beach all day, so with this unit being located at the front and in front of the pond, it was perfect for her. There is no waiting on elevators and no hiking to your car. I can go on and on about this unit, but just know you will not be disappointed.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The best part was sitting out on the balcony and watching the turtles in the pond. Susan and Roger were so nice and easy to work with. It is just a short walk to the beach or the pool. We have stayed at Horizon South many times and this was the best condo that we have ever rented! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone :)

Susan and Roger set out to have the décor bring the feel of the sunny, white sand beach inside the condo. They certainly succeeded! It was especially important to us, because the weather prevented us from experiencing the real thing. After driving from Michigan through unfavorable conditions, it was literally a breath of fresh air walking into the main room. We have all seen the plaques with the saying, "Relax, You're At The Beach Now", well need I say more? There was every convenience of home you could need, plus some. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow and slept through each night. That might not mean much to you, but take it from someone with a bad back, it was marvelous. The kitchen was set up like I would set my kitchen up at home. I was very disappointed that we could not find an affordable place on the Gulf, but the first time I walked out on the terrace, that disappointment faded away with the beautiful view. The view through the palm trees actually enhanced the vista. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you, Susan and Roger!

Susan and Roger - we were pleased to be your first guests in your new beach home. You have done a great job on redoing the unit and making it very comfortable. Your attention to detail and personal touches will be well received by your guests. Everything was just as "advertised". The floor plan was well laid out and the complex looks to be well maintained. The location of your unit in the complex is definitely a plus with the Gulf view and close access to the front entrance. We love the west end of the beach and everything we needed was close by. We left a more detailed trip report in the guest book but found good places to eat everywhere we went. We hope to be able to stay with you again while our home is being built. For anyone who is looking at this VRBO listing, please know that you will not be disappointed in any way staying in this unit and dealing directly with these owners. They have everything you need for your beach vacation - just bring your towels and sunscreen ! the Nelsons Tyler, Texas
