The property was exactly as described. The pictures do not give it justice. The cottage was comfortable and decorated with a beach theme. All the supplies for cooking were available to prepare your own meals in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The internet was strong with no problems. Lisa and David were available immediately if any problems. We are looking forward to returning next year!

The house was lovely, great location. We were literally across the street from the entrance. Plenty of parking since we had 3 cars worth use. The outside shower was great to have.
We had a few hiccups but the hosts were amazing and corrected the issues immediately.
Will definitely keep the host on our list of places to rent from again.

I took my daughter and 2 small grandkids for a wonderful trip to Laguna Beach. The property had everything we needed for a fun relaxing week of sun and beaches. The property was bright and clean , with the perfect amount of room and space. Clean property with easy access to the beach. Very convenient for running back and forth from the beach with little ones. Lisa did an excellent job of checking on us during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time! The cottage was great and very clean! We utilized the full kitchen for dinners and breakfast. It has everything you need to cook, relax, and even extras for the beach! Lisa was a wonderful host and answered any questions that arose! We would love to come back but the only down fall was the bathroom. We are 6 ft plus tall and my husband took outdoor showers due to lack of space in the shower. In All honesty this place was wonderful though and we loved our vacation! Great location, great house, and the timing of our stay was perfect!

We loved our last stay here so much that we came back. We love the home, the living space with eat-in kitchen is perfect for our young family. The kitchen has everything we needed. On the rainy day we had the covered back patio was so delightful. We mostly love the quick beach access right across the street which makes running back for a snack reload or bathroom break with kids so convenient. We can't wait to come back again for our third visit!

Outstanding communication with David and Lisa before and throughout the entire stay! Everything was wonderful and you literally walk across the street to the most gorgeous beach and water you can imagine! Spent lots of time in the back yard listening to music and playing cornhole, grilling local seafood! If your a serious cook, bring your essentials with you. We had great walks to Thomas's Donuts for breakfast and treats and Pho 77 for delicious Vietnamese! . Everything was lovely and convenient! Great stay!

We had an amazing vacation. The cottage is just across the beach entrance and it was so nice and cozy. We really enjoyed the backyard where we sat to read and kids played cornhole. Lisa was wonderful and checked on us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We will definetely stay again.

The Oleander Cottage is a large Private Duplex, of all concrete construction.
There is a Concrete Wall running between the West and East sides. The cottage features 2 private residences with the ability to open into 1 larger Cottage.
Each side and has its own Entrance on Opposite Sides of the House.
Attached is a Full-Size Laundry Room, Charcoal Grill, Beach Toys, and plenty of Parking.
