Directly on the Beach- Newly renovated, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This house is everything a beach house should be. Perfect for 1 large family or 2 small families. Sleeps 9 very comfortably. The views are breathtaking and the walk to the beach is 20 yards or less right off the back deck. Kitchen is updated with new appliances, sofas are comfortable, cable and Wifi work well. Location on the beach is close enough to everything but far enough away from the craziness of PCB. Close to Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Pier Park. George, the manager, was great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this house without hesitation

This place was wonderful for what we were looking for in a beach house! My husband and I were looking for a place that we could come year after year and we have found it. There were no steps (unless we wanted to go down two steps to the sand on the beach). The carport allowed us to unload luggage and groceries out of the weather and keep our car protected. We fully enjoyed the spacious living room, screened-in porch and deck to watch sunsets every evening. We are fans of jigsaw puzzles and were able to set one up on the one of the two dining tables. One thing you can say about vacationing here is that everyone you meet is friendly and happy to be on vacation. George, site manager, was more than helpful answering any and all questions we had. What I thought was really cool is that each bathroom had a door to the outside, where there was an outdoor shower. This way we could come in from the beach without tracking sand and water all through the interior. We didn't want for anything in the kitchen. It was fully stocked with all we needed to cook in, but quite frankly, we did eat out a good bit, enjoying seafood every time we could. Our vacations are mostly all about relaxing, reading a good book and enjoying the beach sights and sounds. Needless to say, this was, and will continue to be, the place for us!

We are so glad we rented this house! It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. There was enough room for everyone to spread out, but still feel cozy and comfortable. The view from the kitchen, dining, and living room was amazing! After the kids went to bed, my wife and I would sit out in the fantastic screen room to enjoy the peaceful sound of the ocean. I would recommend this house to just about anyone. We plan to make this rental an annual tradition for our family!

 

My husband and I have had 2 wonderful vacations at this property. The first visit was in April of 2016 and our second trip was in Nov. of 2016. We would love to return again in the future. Booking was easy and George had everything in order for us. There are several things that made this rental the place for us. The airport is only about a 30 minute drive from the property and is easy to find. It is located near many restaurants, grocery stores and things to do if that is what you choose. At the same time, once you enter the house, you feel like you are a million miles away from all of that. You have your very own view of the beautiful white sandy beach with the surf inviting you to jump in. The beach is just a few steps out the back door of the rental and offers breathtaking views and lots of beach to walk on. Get your camera ready for some amazing sunsets. There is a large outside deck with plenty of outdoor furniture to choose from. We also loved the screened-in porch. It was a favorite place for reading, napping, or just gazing at the ocean. For us this rental property was a place of relaxation and rejuvenation. There are plenty of activities nearby if that is what you choose. At the same time, it is away from the busiest parts of the beach which make you feel like you have your own little slice of heaven. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation two times! My family and I just left paradise! This house was perfect! Great location, away from the crowded parts of the beach! But centrally located enough that everything was within minutes. Very family friendly, even for small children, we have a 9, 5, and 3 year old! Awesome swimming, crab hunting at night, and sea she'll searching! This house was amazing, even with our big group, we never felt like we were on top of one another. We will definitely be back!
