My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfy and like others said, the indoor shower small. Loved how easy it was to access the beach. The area was pretty quiet and laid back but only a short drive to entertainment. We will definitely be staying again!

We loved everything about our stay at Oleander Beach Cottage! The house so clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and snacks. The back porch is a great place to enjoy along with the grill and outdoor games. The location of the house is absolutely the best! It is directly across from the beach access boardwalk. The walk to the beach was so close which made it the perfect stay! David and Lisa were super people and checked on us several times. Don’t hesitate to book this great property! We have already talked about returning!

This little duplex was perfect for my husband and I. Just the right size with everything we could have ever needed... beach towels, kitchen stuff, beach toys and chairs, etc. The bed was so large and so comfortable, it was like sleeping on clouds. We also loved the location, far enough away from the crazy part of PCB, but close enough that we were able to ride our bikes there for fun. The hosts David and Lisa were amazing! Always prompt to answer any questions when we contacted them. I can't wait till we can go back and enjoy the beach again! Hopefully the weather will be better next time we go; that was the only negative. Thanks David and Lisa!

We had THE BEST TIME at Oleander Cottage! It was so convenient to have the beach access directly across the street, and it was so easy to go to and from the beach with our 10 month old. There was plenty of room beside the bed for the pack and play that we brought. We've already recommended this place to our family as it is in a quiet area with no large condos around.

The property managers were caring professionals that provided us with a super clean home stocked with amenities. Bed super comfy. As they advise, shower is very small but I opted for the outdoor shower that has hot water and it was fine. This is in a low traffic area right across street from the beach. Kitchen is nicely stocked. It is just a really quaint little property away from the Panama City craziness. Thank you so much Lisa and David!!!

Cottage was just as described. Owners checked in with us throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed.
Yes, the shower is tiny but there’s an outside shower that’s private.
Our concern is always noise and this cottage is super quiet and you can not hear the neighbors!
Lisa offered several great dining options and other must see and do things that were perfect!

We absolutely LOVED this spot! I will say it would be awkward if you didn't know the people staying in the other side of it, the shared patio and laundry was kinda odd. We knew the people staying next to us so it was perfect! When they say the shower inside is small, it's SMALL! The outdoor shower is great unless it's storming 🤣. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an exceptional stay at the cottage. The Location was wonderful, the cottage was clean and well maintained, and our host graciously text multiple times during our week long stay to make sure our needs and expectations were met! The outside patio area and yard kept the little ones entertained when we weren’t on the beach. We will definitely be back to this wonderful beach home. We loved the slower pace of the community.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! Clean, decorated in a very "beachy" style which helps in getting into vacation mood. Beach access is literally right across the street. Lisa was very easy to work with, and checked on us several times to make sure we didn't need anything. I highly recommend this rental for your beach vacation.

We just had the most wonderful vacation in your home! The house was clean, organized, and had every amenity we needed during our week-long stay. The greatest perk for us was that the beach entrance was literally across the street, and we had an outdoor shower to rinse off in before entering the house. If you want a family vacation at the beach, away from the crowds, this is THE PLACE! It is still close to Panama City Beach if you want the hustle and bustle, and minutes away from the beautiful beach towns of Rosemary, Seaside, and Alys. The owners went ABOVE and BEYOND for us in making sure our stay was perfect, they suggested restaurants and attractions which we loved, and made us feel like we were a part of their family. We will definitely rent from David and Lisa again.
