Owners are exceptional and are close by if needed. The property was very nice and perfect for our family vacation. Short walk to the beach and they provide beach accessories. The house was stocked with almost anything you could need.

Can't wait to come back to Oleander Too! It's our new favorite beach house. Haven Beach Rentals was so great to work with, we really felt like they cared about our trip. They made everything perfect for us. The grandkids loved all the beach toys ,bunk beds, and having their very own TV. Don't hesitate booking this property.

There are no words...but I'll try to find some. David and Lisa's house was as if we had stepped out of our front door and back into our own front door. The place was EXACTLY as pictured and reviewed. You definitely get your money's worth with this house. It was close to everything, but just far enough away. We have stayed in PCB and surrounding areas for 5 years and this was, by far, was our favorite! We had a wonderful week and can't wait to return. Thank you for your attention to detail!

We had a lovely stay here. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The house is nicely decorated and very comfortable, with plenty of room and bunk beds for the kids. We loved the updated kitchen. There are plenty of beach chairs and kids toys available. We had a great time playing corn hole under the deck. This is a very nice house and very close to everything you want or need. It really is only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our morning walks and evening relaxation on the deck very much as well

We have stayed in the Oleander Too cottage for several years now while vacationing in Florida. The cottage is very charming and David & Lisa are wonderful to rent from. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The location is nice and quiet but close to many activities. The beach is a short block walk from the cottage and feels like your own personal beach. We highly recommend this cottage!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! The owners are attentive and Kendall went above and beyond for us - could not have asked for more gracious hosts! The property itself is a ridiculously close walk to the beach, nestled between two different walkovers. The house is beautifully decorated, and well-stocked, above and beyond what you would customarily be provided at a rental property. We were looking for something quiet - nowhere near the high-rise condo/hotel/college kid central - and we sure found it! My kids could not get enough of the bunk room - I had to bribe them on occasion to come out of their own personal "retreat" (including flat screen!) Some local recommendations - highly recommend Thomas Donut & Snack Shop on Front Beach Road (three words - get there early! Maybe three more - key lime donuts! Heavenly.) Dolce 101 (in PCB - the gnocchi and house-made ricotta with peppered honey - sinful.) And make a day trip to Pensacola - McGuire's Irish Pub (NOT the Destin location, but Pensacola - there is a difference) - unbelievable experience that the kids are still talking about two months later. Beyond dining, we enjoyed Pier Park and a day trip to Shell Island. We've never recovered shells of that size simply lying in the surf at any other beach. Amazing. And the house is well-stocked with a large collection of beach chairs, toys, sand pails, etc. We couldn't have asked for a lovelier stay. Many, many thanks!!

This house is PERFECT for Couples up to Families with 8 people and any number in between. There are some additional Optional use bunks in one of the bedrooms suited for small children who like to stay in the room with their parents.

Located in the quiet Laguna Beach section of Panama City Beach (West End of the Beach), The 'Oleander Too' is on Oleander Street and is the 7th house from the gulf. That's only a 90-second stroll to the Sugar White Sand! There's a Beautiful View from the Huge Deck. Our goal is to make this one even better than the others. This is one of the quietest, most family-oriented neighborhoods you will find. This is the quiet West End of Panama City you have heard so much about.
Worlds away from the hustle and bustle but only a few miles from everything you want to do and see. It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach now offers. The Carousel Grocery store and World FAMOUS Thomas Doughnuts are about a down the street. Shop and eat where local families and guests have enjoyed for generations.
The NEW Pier Park is only a 4 miles away and we are only 3 miles from Hwy79 (which leads to our NEW International Airport). Frank Brown park is 3 miles away. Winn Dixie & Publix Grocery stores are close in either direction. Local Restaurants from Fresh Seafood & Oysters to BBQ only minutes away. It's truly the Best of Both Worlds! ...
