This was our 2nd year staying at this house. It was just as fabulous this year. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities. It’s in a great location. Everything worked great and we had no issues. Lisa checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything g we needed. We will continue to rent from them year after year!!

What an awesome place! Decorate so well and the owner provides everything you need. Super close to the beach just across the street and down some. The owner is available if you need them and just an overall just great experience. We would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at the cottage. Upon arrival, we found an exceptionally clean cottage with all the right touches to make our stay feel like we were at our home away from home. We were even left a welcome gift of strawberry scones made by a local baker. David and Lisa called the evening prior to our arrival to verify everything and even offered to come to turn on some lights if it was going to be after dark when we arrived. The day of arrival, they texted to be certain we had arrived and we had everything we needed. The power went out during our stay due to a storm and they were quick to respond to our text checking to see if the power company had been informed.
The beach is a very short walk away from the cottage and is beautiful! Soft white sugary sand and crystal clear blue water. The cottage is stocked with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and toys for fun at the beach.
The kitchen was complete with everything one could need during their stay and all of the items were in great condition and of good quality.
The cottage is very close to lots of different shopping opportunities and activities.
We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back again to enjoy the cottage, the beach, and explore the areas we did not get to see.

Step Back in Time to our Newest Renovation... Our other local rentals stayed full all of last year so it was time to add another soon to be favorite to this Wonderful Beach Community. Many of our guests come back to stay with us time after time... it's hard to tell folks that we're booked so we keep adding properties.
Originally Built in 1940, this Beautiful Cottage is a One of a Kind. From each one of the hundreds of individually hand cut and individually hand painted rough cut lumber wall and ceiling boards to the New Retro General Electric Appliances, it's All New and, this cottage isn't like any you have seen. There's 3 Bedrooms with New Queen Mattresses and a Private Bonus Room with a Full Size Bed and a Bunk Bed with 2 singles. Each room has it own New Flat Screen and there's a Big one on the wall in the Family Room. New Air-Conditioning (even New Duct Work), Hunter Ceiling fans and a Tankless Endless Hot Water Heater. Enjoy eating out or dine in at on the over-sized Farmers Table. There's a small Breakfast Bar and a Pic- Nick table outside. The long front porch overlooks our Private Courtyard and Grilling Area. Plenty of places to Relax and unwind.
You're only steps to the Sugar White Sands of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". Beach Access 83 is right across the street from this cottage.
