Kelly was awesome and so was this condo! We loved our stay at the other condo so much we wanted to stay longer and Kelly was able to accommodate that by putting us into this lovely condo with the wrap around balcony.. even without a gulf view it was still beautiful with the view of the condominiums pond and you are able to watch the light show right from the balcony which was great for the kids. It rained most of the time so Kelly was able to give us some ideas, we ended up going to three different springs- Ponce del Leon, Morrison and the most fun personally i think was the Vortex with all the fun things to do- The kids loved it as well the drive was not terrible either-about 1hr 15? We will definitely be back and will be contacting Kelly for anything we need.!??

Condo was very up to date and clean. Having 24 hour security is a added bonus. Kelly was very easy to work with, she was very quick to respond to any questions. We are already looking to plan our next trip!!

My husband and I brough a bunch of young adults down for a senior trip a lot of them never got to experience. Due to the close proximity of everything they were able to walk just about everywhere they wanted to go. And, my husband and I were able to stay in the condo and relax. Everyone got what they qanted from the trip and we will definitely be back.

This condo was very spacious and the location was great. Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the light show every night was great. Kelly was great to work with and was very accommodating. We plan on going back to this condo in the future.

my family and enjoyed the stay very much. lots to do around the area. many restaurants and places for kids to enjoy

The view from our balcony was splendid. I was awestruck when I first saw all the sceneries and places. Club La Vela is a great place to meet people from different parts of the country, in fact from the whole world. Bars are well served and the Jet Ski was my favorite on this tour. Loved the hospitality of the locals and our host.

HONESTLY, i was nervous renting from a private owner but this was a very good experience. Kelly was very helpful through the whole process. the condo itself is very clean and spacious. my whole family enjoyed the stay. will definitely be returning back soon.

I am a local here and had to list my apartment on a well operational site. A close friend suggested ECBYO. My apartment was not only listed but it got rented in a couple of days. Would definitely recommend to other people who want to sell or rent out their houses.

20. Had a wonderful experience with ECBYO. Rented a condo and every amenity that we wanted was present. Before moving in, the owner made sure that everything was in place and the rooms were properly cleaned and set up. The furniture, electronic items, shades, rugs, hangings and all kitchen appliances. Bathrooms were well taken care of.

MY ENTIRE FAMILY HAD A GREAT TIME, Kelly the rental manager was very helpful. i was a little nervous renting from a private owner but it turned out to be a great experience. will definately stay there again.

Check in was a breeze. Customer service was personable and cared that we were taken care of. Room was huge. View was great. All amenities plus more. Transportation was fast to parks. Restaurants on site were a bit pricey but food was great.  I will recommend everyone to stay here .

Reviewed October 19, 2016 for a stay in October 2016This was a very clean, nicely furnished condo. We had everything we needed and there was plenty of room. The view of the lake and light show was very nice and that was from the balcony. The view from the front door of the ocean is also very nice. Will definately stay again.
