Great experience renting through Kelly. I will definitely be contacting her in the future for my vacation rental needs. She was awesome to deal with and there was no stress involved. She provided great instructions that made for easy check in and out, and she had my security deposit refunded the same day I checked out. The condo was very clean and modern, had more than enough towels, linens, and supplies, as well as a great view. I have stayed at LakeTown Wharf in the past and the elevators were HORRIBLE, so I had written this property off. However, Kelly was very accommodating so I decided to give it another chance. I’m so glad I did. The elevator situation has obviously been addressed and corrected as my wait time was normally only 2 minutes or so, and was quicker than that most of the time. Thank you Kelly for a GREAT vacation experience!

We have stayed at laketown condos before but this one forsure was our favorite, between the comfy beds amazing views of the ocean the double balcony, the easy and early check in with a baby was the icing on the cake! Kelly was just fantastic with the booking and checking out. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but amazing and that it was, we will forsure be back!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! The view of the Gulf of Mexico was breathtaking every morning& night. It rained a couple times so staying in the condo was not a big deal, we could watch the storms roll in while sitting on the patio or watching some Netflix from the living room or the bedroom- it didn’t matter we had a great view in either one! The elevators stay pretty busy- so it was nice we could walk up to the roof top pool one floor away. Highly recommend booking this condo with Kelly, she was one call/text away if we needed anything!

The arrangements to rent were seamless as Kelly had everything organized. The room and especially the view from the balcony were excellent.

We stayed in Laketown Warf #925, it was perfect! Beautiful view of the Gulf! Kelly was amazing to work with! Our condo was ready on time and very clean. Loved the beachy feel of the decor. Our girls loved staying in the bunk nook! Great beach access and the pools were fun also! We will definitely return and rent from Kelly again!

This place is amazing for large parties. I went with my family and 2 other families. Plenty of room to sleep. The beach water was abit too cold so we enjoyed pool time. Definitely will be here again throughout the summer.

i rented this place for spring break there was 7 of us who went. it is very clean amazing view, great maintenance. very easy to book. all in all great experience also not very far from the beach.
