This condo was amazing! We got very lucky getting in touch with Kelly. She was very helpful with getting everything set up for us at a last minute booking. I highly recommend this condo. It sits perfectly outside a cute put out area where your littles can run around and you can see the beach. The balcony overlooks a beautiful pond area that has nightly water fountain shows. The sunrise from this area is beautiful. The condo was very nice, clean and convenient. We will return!

We stayed at LTW 328. Unit was clean, great view of lake with plenty of sleeping options. Great location on third floor, easy access to parking garage and elevators to head to the beach. Kelly the hostess was super friendly with wonderful communication. Security deposit was quickly returned. Walmart super close was convenient. Loved the Wharf buffet and Pineapple Willys (nice both walking distance). Thanks again. Great place to stay.

The condo at LTW 328 was immaculate and clean. We have rented at LTW for the past 6 years and this unit is the best that we have rented. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and modern appliances. Entertainment and eating establishments are within walking distance not to mention Wal-Mart is right across the street. Also, the owners are great to work wit and we’re just a text or phone call away.

Beautiful, clean, relaxing condo. Beautiful view of the lagoon and the light show was directly in front of us! Great restaurants. Had 6 adults & 2 small children and had more than enough space for everyone. Will def be back!!

Once you stay at #328 Laketown Wharf, you'll never look elsewhere again! Condo was spacious, with plenty of sleeping options, clean, and in a super location. Parking was never an issue in the parking garage. Every staff member we met was friendly and very helpful. Kelly was wonderful to rent from and handled everything in a timely manner. I can't say enough great things about Kelly, the condo, the LTW staff, etc. My group of 6 had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay. Before our trip was over, my kids were calling Kelly their Grammie! Rent here and you won't be disappointed! Pictures are accurate and don't do the condo justice.

This beautiful large condo with a balcony that overlooks the lake. The unit has up to two parking passes, and as a bonus, you can park on the same floor of the parking garage for easy access to the condo. .
Starters - The condo will come with starters of the following items toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
The kitchen features ample cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating at the island bar and a dining room table. In addition, the kitchen will have a standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, dishware, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, baking sheets, and a pizza pan.
