Long Beach T4-1102 1 Bedrm w/Beach chairs, Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We stayed in Dale & Darla’s place, LB4 1102 Condo September 2024. The condo was very clean, updated, and felt very welcoming. We instantly felt like we were vacationing on the beach, with the light & airy decor, plus the views of the ocean from all areas of the condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony while starting our day with morning coffee & taking in the ocean views. The condo was well equipped with what we needed & location was very convenient to the grocery stores and other restaurants. The resort was very clean, well manicured, nice pools & gated parking. The elevators were clean & quick to get you to your destination. We had to cut our stay short but Dale and Darla, were very responsive to our questions, and truly care about their guests. We would definitely recommend this condo & will be back!

My husband and I stayed in the 1 bedroom unit (1102) in June 2023. The unit was very clean, updated, and spacious for the 2 of us. The view of the ocean was spectacular from all areas of the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, and enjoyed morning coffee, as well as other meals, while soaking in the ocean views. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meal, on nights we did not go out. The location was very convenient to the grocery store (Walmart) and other restaurants. The resort had nice pools and access to the beach was very convenient. There are 2 spacious elevators available, so it was not a hassle to get to and from the unit. The owners, Dale and Darla, were very responsive to our questions, and you can tell they truly want their guest to enjoy every moment of their stay. We would definitely recommend renting this unit.

We had a great trip, everything was just as described.. I had contacted Dale about the rental ( last minute trip) and he responded back very quickly… wonderful to work with.! We would highly recommend Dale and his wife.. We hope we get to visit again soon.

We vacationed at Unit 1102 during the month of February. This condo was wonderful...with an updated kitchen, all ceramic walk in shower, tile floors though out and fresh paint. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the unit was great. We also enjoyed the full glass walls in the living room and bedroom, both with access to the balcony. The balcony furniture was awesome. The owners Dale and Darla were very professional and easy to work with....no surprises. This is the second year we stayed in the Long Beach complex. It is in a very convenient location, has great security and is a clean/well maintained condo complex. We hope we are able to stay here again. Thanks Dale and Darla

Thank you for sharing a piece of paradise with us! Condo has everything you need to enjoy long or short stays. Gorgeous ocean view from every room! Perfect for a couple or small family. Dale & Darla are very responsive & accommodating. I stay in PCB annually & would definitely book with them again! The heated pool & hot tub was on our end of the complex and we had it to ourselves during our stay! Thank you for hosting us.

Condo was beautiful, clean, and had with needed. The only suggestion is to update tv in bedroom to a model that can stream apps. Who needs tv though with that beautiful oceanfront view. Dale and his wife were extremely accommodating and answered each and every inquiries quickly. The two bedroom condo that they own next door is equally as desirable and we will definitely be returning to rent from these extraordinary owners. This place was a great. My wife and I were freaking out trying to find a place to stay in both Panama City and Gulf Shores for the 3rd week in June for our kids baseball tournaments. My wife ran across this unit and contacted the owners directly and Dale was nothing but awesome to deal with. He communicated with us regularly and answered all of our questions. Dale would be a big reason why I would never want to deal with VRBO again. The price of the unit was very fair and just great all around to be at. Thanks so much for making our crazy schedule a little less stressful :)

Super nice condo. Clean, updated, couldn't ask for any more. Have stayed at Long Beach many times this one ranks at the top. Dale is a wonderful host. Prompt, courteous, friendly, will definitely be calling him again. Wish I could have checked out his 2 bedroom right next door.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 wonderful nights. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. SUPER CLEAN! This unit was very modernly decorated and updated, which we enjoyed. I loved the location and the parking lots are secured which is an added bonus. The balcony is HUGE and the master has balcony access which we loved. The pool located at tower 4 is heated and it was so nice! Having the rented beach chairs was also another amenity we enjoyed because we didn't have to haul everything back and forth every day. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We rented unit 1102 for eight nights. Beautiful view. The condo was perfect! Very clean, cozy, updated, and nicely decorated unit on the 11th floor. Nice view of the Gulf of Mexico while sitting on the balcony enjoying morning coffee and while enjoying the sunset while sipping a glass of wine. The unit was well provisioned with appliances, utensils, towels, and laundry(washer & dryer), and a few cleaning items. The pictures advertising the condo accurately depicted the interior and exterior views. Also had use of two beach chairs & umbrella on the sandy white beach. The owners were very nice to work with. The resort has 3 big pools and 2 hot tubs. It also has a tiki hut to buy refreshments and a quick bite to eat so you do not have to leave the resort. I love the safety gates between the pools which deters very young children from accessing the pools without adult supervision. The maintenance staff cleaned the pool area and rearranged the lounge chairs every day. The parking lot and outside common areas were clean and well-lit. I felt very much at ease with our stay here and will definitely come back to Long Beach Towers. ? Thank you Dale & Darla for the amazing adventure during our visit to Panama City Beach. We will return one day and highly recommend your rental.

This was a last minute stay and boy did we get lucky! Great location, quiet, nicely decorated, and very clean. The large balcony overlooks the beach and was great for relaxing and watching the sunset. The owners are very nice, friendly and accommodating. The condo had everything we needed including basic start up supplies. It had a spacious bedroom, a large walk in shower and dual sinks/changing area. The washer and dryer were a nice plus. We were on the 11th floor and never had an issue with the elevators. We absolutely love this unit, its location and the owners. We hope to be able to come back.
