This condo was perfect!!!! Right on the beach, spacious, comfortable and within walking distance of so much!! The beach was less crowded than everywhere else along the strip. Secure parking, elevators that worked quickly and super clean! Paige is an awesome host with quick replies and even had chairs and umbrellas for beach use. Thank You so much, you helped make it a perfect week for us!!! We can't wait to come back!!

This condo was definitely one of my favorites in PCB. Paige was very helpful in answering all of my questions when pursuing the rental for the week . Very comfy and clean with Great blend of decorations throughout and I can’t wait till next time ! Awesome view and big balcony It’s somewhere between 4.5 and 5 stars for this place .

The condo was nicely decorated, very clean, and affordable as no vrbo extra fees are added. The condo is in very pristine shape and the view from the 4th floor looking at the beach and pool was phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again. Paige was very quick at answering emails and our deposit was returned promptly. I have stayed in four other condos at Longbeach and this is my favorite. This was a vacation that included all 25 of my immediate family members.

After many years of staying in numerous different units at Longbeach, we have found a new favorite! This is by far, the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate & the decor was beautiful. Paige was great to work with, quickly responding to emails and quickly returning our deposit. We had a wonderful stay. We will be returning here again.

Long Beach Resort Condo - Luxury 1 BR/BA - Panama City Beach, FL - Rental by Owner
The living/dining area is twice the width of a standard one bedroom at Long Beach Resort allowing a much larger and impressive beach view. This 4th floor unit has a very large balcony that provides nearly 180 degree views and is low enough to watch the beach activities as well as the dolphins and pelicans in the water. Eat your meals, sip a cup of coffee, or just relax while soaking up the fresh air and sea breeze. The balcony’s comfortable cushioned couch and oversized slider chair provide the comfort you seek for your vacation getaway throughout the day and while watching the beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets.
The spacious bedroom has two queen size beds with a large screen TV on the wall along with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf. The recently renovated and beautifully decorated bathroom will meet your vacation needs. Floor to ceiling drapery allows you to darken the room when sleeping.
The kitchen is larger than a traditional one bedroom at Long Beach and is well-stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, utensils and all the other items needed to cook.
The living/dining rooms are decorated in a lively coastal theme. The living room has an upholstered couch and two matching arm chairs along with a large screen TV on the wall. The dining room table seats 4-6 persons.
The unit is equipped with Wi-Fi and cable and contains a full size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an iron, ironing board, beach chairs, portable umbrella and beach toys for your fun and convenience.
The resort itself offers 24 hour gated community with security guards for added safety. There are three pools (two heated year round) and three hot tubs. The largest, centrally located pool, is lagoon style. Adjacent to the lagoon pool is the "Hangout," a small snack shop offering lunch items and frozen drinks while you are enjoying the pool. Two community grills are at the ends of the property. Parking is available in the front of the building..
