We having been renting condos on the Florida panhandle for many years and this by far was our best experience. The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The location on the first floor is great because you never have to wait for the elevator but you are still elevated off the ground for a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. There are multiple pools to choose from but our favorite was the big pool centrally located which also had a snack shack where you could order a reasonably priced lunch. Above all, Charity was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating when I asked to delay my final payment due to the uncertainty of covid 19, and she sent me several email updates as restrictions lifted. I would definitely recommend this condo and I would stay here again!

We stayed in this beautiful condo Spring Break 2019. My husband and I brought our 4 grand daughters and one of their friends. We had PLENTY of room! The condo is absolutely beautiful as well as the resort! Charity is a pleasure to work with and makes sure that your stay is as comfortable as being at home! We did not want to leave and cannot wait to return!!

We recently updated this Tower 4 unit with new furniture, bedding, flooring, 60' TV in the living room, granite kitchen countertops & new slate appliances just to name a few of the upgrades!
There is almost 1400 sq ft of living space in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo.
Enjoy free high speed wireless Internet in our condo!
The master bedroom has a King bed, a 51' TV, blu-ray player, a walk in closet. The master bath has dual sinks and a walk in tile shower.
The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV, DVD player, walk in closet and a view of the beach too! The guest bath has a shower tub combo and dual sinks.
The living room has a 60' TV, fireplace and a queen pull out bed. Stream your Netflix, Hulu or other online account from the blu ray player.
The dining room has a large table that seats 6 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar.
The Kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook, eat-in and enjoy the sunset view from the balcony. The kitchen has granite counter tops.
This is a NON-Smoking unit (not even on the balcony)
