This is one of the cleanest and nicest condos we have stayed in! We come to PCB often and actually booked this one last minute. Dianne at Peak and Palm was great to work with and very responsive. Everything we needed was in the condo. It had 2 master suites both on the ocean side so the in-laws and my husband and I both had wonderful ocean views from our bedrooms. It had both a regular coffee pot for the in-laws and a Keurig for my husband, lots of pots, pans, utensils, extra blankets, pillows etc. It’s the only condo I’ve ever stayed in that had towels that weren’t sterile white and actual toilet paper, not the one-ply tissue paper you normally get. It was decorated beautifully. If I owned a condo, it’s exactly how I’d envision it! Thanks Dianne for a wonderful stay!

I just rented this unit for spring break week with my daughter and my grandchildren. Although the weather was cold, the accommodations and location were both perfect. Pier Park is about 3 miles away and offers way more entertainment than you could actually fit in a weeks stay. The unit itself was immaculate and well stocked with a Keurig, pots and pans, dishes, silverware and even had leftover storage containers. This unit is an end unit so it was nice to be able to park our beach cart outside the door (which I’m not sure if it was really permitted or not) butthere was no one past us so I don’t think it was blocking anyone’s way. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms were very large and one of them had a tub unit in it which we needed for the Little kids. The view was spectacular. The kids really enjoyed the splash pad and since it was rather cool at the beach the first week of April, it was very nice to have the heated pool available for the kids. They also enjoyed the lazy river, The hostess, Dianne, is super responsive and very accommodating. I rented a different unit from her last year, and was equally as pleased. I also want to mention the beach, chairs and umbrella are great to have waiting for us every day. I would definitely rent from Peak and Palm again.. I

This PCB condo has been completely renovated and upgraded and is ready to host an amazing week at the Emerald Coast. The ample living room is comfortable and offers a Smart TV for entertainment. Although it might be hard to tear your eyes away from the views of the Gulf that you can enjoy from the area.
The kitchen has all appliances and conveniences for making meals or snacks. Both of the bedrooms face the Gulf; they offer balcony access, blackout blinds, andSmart TVs. The bunk room will delight kids or accommodate adults. And the sleeper sofa rounds out sleeping for 8.
