we stayed for 8 days in this condo and couldn't have been more pleased, the condo was clean, had everything you needed, beautifully decorated. the owners Dianne and Barry were sooo very easy to work with, made you feel like you had known them forever. we will definitely stay again and we have stayed in so many condos in PCB, have been coming for years and this one is by far the best. thanks to them for a very pleasant and relaxing stay, we will be back and recommend this condo.

My husband, son and I stayed in September. The unit was spotless. We were very impressed. Very spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The view was stunning!! We loved the ice maker and coffee station, the big laundry room, and the fantastic shower!!! Dianne was very easy to work with and prompt. She was super nice and was there to assist if needed. We had no problems and will definitely return! I always worry when booking online because it can be a nightmare. I can say this was a dream!!!! I definitely recommend!!!

Dianne's condo and the Princess- one of the best places on the beach! You can count on Dianne to have everything extra clean with new updates all the time. This unit is on the end of the tower, quiet and peaceful. The condo is right on the beach and the beach chairs are ready for you to relax and enjoy. Going back real soon!!!

We just stayed at Princess Condo 501 for 3 weeks. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures! It’s a beautiful condo, with wonderful amenities. The location was perfect… away from the busy tourist traps but only a couple of miles from activities, restaurants, & grocery stores. The condo has quality finishes for a luxury feel but is extremely comfortable, especially the beds! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beach, 3 pools, & hot tub were all very clean & the workers were very friendly & helpful.. we really enjoyed the beach chairs. Dianne Wilson was a great host & was always very responsive to our questions. Five stars, highly recommend! Thank you Dianne!

Thank you Dianne, for creating an amazing space for a family vacation! The condo is in immaculate condition and beautifully decorated. The furniture is comfortable. It was so helpful having a laundry room with a stationary tub and washer/dryer. My husband loved the ice maker at the beverage counter. We were so impressed with the master bathroom, the lighting was wonderful and the shower was luxury. The beach view was breathtaking from inside the condo and from the balcony. It was great having pre-reserved beach chairs and umbrella for the condo! We hope to be back. It was my son’s first time seeing the ocean/beach and he fell in love with the water!

Beautifully decorated condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with all the amenities you could ask for, and then some. Dianne was wonderful, friendly, professional, and quick to reply to any questions we had. Their condo was by far one of the nicest VRBO/Airbnb we have stayed at. From the quality of the beds, linens and towels, it felt much more like being at home. No bare thread towels or rough sheets. We had a wonderful trip, love being at the beach ????

Our family vacation to Panama City Beach was perhaps our most enjoyable trip yet. We were blessed with great weather and wonderful water conditions. The overall facility/ building at Princess Condos was impressive. Like many high rises in PCB there are some signs of wear & tear, but you had to look for it. I had multiple conversations with facility management and they were responsive, professional, cordial and very friendly. Dianne's 5th floor unit is outstanding. Hands down the nicest condo my family has ever stayed in. Everything & I mean everything is new or newer. And it's the small things: huge laundry room - you never see that in a condo. Nice to keep coolers and other things in the laundry room, vs. hallway or in one of the bedrooms. Wetbar with a very productive Ice Maker !!! I was at the wet bar, making coffee, an adult beverage or getting ice multiple times a day. Which means I was not in the kitchen being told by my wife to get out. Everywhere you sit or sleep is comfortable. Master bedroom and bathroom is 5-Star by itself. You can land a helicopter in the master closet. Second bedroom is more than any kid (or adult) needs. Well stocked kitchen with all new everything. Freezer has ice maker, so even more ice is available. Balcony is well furnished w/ beautiful view. Picture attached is not a day time picture but illustrates just how great the evening scenery is. Pools are fantastic. Outdoor grills worked great. Dianne could not be a better host. Extremely responsive. There is no guessing w/ Dianne because she gets back to you right away. You can tell, she genuinely wants your family to enjoy themselves and I believe she finds it rewarding. Vacations are not cheap and my biggest concern every year is not where but with whom. I know I can trust Dianne. That the price is fair, based off market and not greed. And I know she will do whatevery she can to help my family enjoy HER home. This building, unit and owner is a no-brainer & cant wait to next visit .

This is our second time staying at The Princess Condos and we love it!! The Princess is so secure from the elevators to the beach. All gates have to have your code, this gave us a great sense of safety. The area is not so congested like the pier park scene. Very relaxing! Dianne's condo (501) is AMAZING!! Corner unit, very spacious, awesome shower in MB, decor is perfect. Can't say enough good things. Absolutely loved it! Hope to stay here again!! This unit has just been upgraded with new living room and bedroom furniture, including mattresses and bedding. Watch your favorite TV shows and movies (FREE NETFLIX) on the brand new 50” flat screen in the living room. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s as well.
Enjoy our 2 beach chairs and umbrella reserved just for you....FREE! (available March - Mid-October). Cool off in the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or in one of the 3 pools on the property. Plus, the indoor pool is seasonally heated. The workout room overlooks the beach and is furnished with treadmills, elliptical, exercise bike and weight machine. The arcade room is a big hit with the kids, and there is a tennis court located at the rear of the parking lot.
This beautifully decorated end condo unit has so much to offer. With 1,600 sq ft, this spacious condo is located on Thomas Drive, away from the crowds, but still close to all the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer. Minutes away from many of the iconic restaurants in PCB including: Captain Anderson’s, J. Michael’s, Schooners, Pineapple Willy’s, Angelo’s Steak Pit and so many more. The local favorite, Hunt’s Oyster Bar and Seafood Restaurant is just 15 minutes away across the Hathaway Bridge in historic Panama City and well worth the drive. Or, if you prefer, prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen....including a coffe maker that will brew either by the pot or by the K Cup.
