This was an awesome house for our group of 14 (3 families). Short walk to the beach, private road off the main strip, and close to everything. The owner was very quick to respond and the check in/check out process was simple. We would definitely consider booking this house again if we return to PCB.

I just had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Panama City! The place was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to the beach and local attractions but still felt private. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze.We loved the cozy vibe of the space, and the views from the balcony were stunning! It was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway in Panama City. Can’t wait to come back!

The house and location was perfect for our family to meet. We had people from Ohio, Illinois, Georgia, north and south Florida who enjoyed the beach location and the layout of the house. We were able to be together in the great room on the 2nd floor for eating and visiting.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was able to accommodate 12 football players and five adults. Everything was clean and very sufficient enough beds to accommodate everyone’s needs. Both kitchens were fully equipment for appropriate cooking utensils. The area is very nice. Beach beachfront was a plus very nice location I recommend. You choose this property as your next vacation home.

OUTDOOR POOL: private pool (not a hot tub) is 5 ft deep (14x14 and 6x9 shallow tanning shelf). Main pool deck is approx 16x16. OPTIONAL POOL HEATING - the fee is $150 per stay. Please inform the host if you would like the pool heated for your arrival. Our brand new pool heater will work in the maximum capacity only if the air temperature is above 55° during the day and night. POOL HEATING SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FROM MARCH - OCTOBER.

2 Grills: Nexgrill 3-burner propane gas grill in stainless steel & 1 charcoal kettle grill.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: All rentals are FAMILY accommodations. Any exceptions must be pre-approved. The primary renter (the booking party) booking this home must be a minimum of 25 years of age and that primary renter is responsible for all renters and must stay at the home for the length of the Rental Period. A valid Photo ID is required for all bookings. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

The cameras are being used to monitor activity around the property, helping to identify potential security risks and to protect our guests, staff and the owners.
