We cannot thank Dale enough for our recent stay!! Without a doubt this unit has the most amazing views!! All rooms have access to balconies . Dale has stocked this unit with everything you can possibly need. I haven’t stayed in a condo as clean as this one was. All beds were very comfortable. And what a huge amenity was the full size ice maker!! Will definitely rent in the future from Dale.

I was booked here from Jan 20 - Feb 14, 2023. Actually booked longer but had to leave early when companion got sick. This is without a doubt the best condo in PCB. I have stayed in other units for 8+years, and none of them hold a candle to furnishings and accommodations found in this Condo #2307 Gulf Crest. Rental manager super nice and great to work with. Any other review you find must be from an older owner and is seriously wrong.

A massive 14ft bar area in the kitchen overlooks the emerald water as you enjoy cooking or cocktails by the sea. Everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen, including a small beverage refrigerator.
Gulf Crest is a gated gulf front community with private access codes to enter and leave the property. You have one covered, assigned parking spot and extra parking on the top floor, if needed. The property is beautifully landscaped, has 3 high-speed elevators, 2 large pools, kiddie pool, and 2 hot tubs. Enjoy the TIKI bar that serves food and beverages while accessing the poolside wireless internet, as you chill by the pool.
Gulf Crest also has a gazebo and three grills, overlooking the ocean.
You are walking distance to several restaurants, Pineapple Willie's, Hammerhead Fred's and Hershey's Ice Cream, to name few. This is a smaller complex, with 140 units, so you won't have to fight for beach space, making your vakay a more relaxing and enjoyable experience!
