Launch your boat/skii's 1 time & park your boat/ski's at the dock during your stay.The spaceWe built our home in 2019 for our personal use. This is the first time we are opening our home to guests. It sits on one of the largest lots on S Lagoon.
When you walk inside you are immediately drawn to the view straight ahead through a 15' glass accordion slider....The Lagoon. You'll enjoy an open living space with a designated dining area that seats 6, a LARGE island that seats 4, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. T
About the Kitchen: The coffee bar is equipped with a wine/drink cooler, ice maker and plenty of storage for adult beverages. Enjoy cooking on my Italian gas stove, or make a pizza in the 2nd oven. The walk through pantry stores items such as an instant pot, kitchen aide mixer, food processor, food storage, baking dishes, pasta maker, etc. All is available for guest use.
Open the slider to enjoy an open indoor/outdoor living space. Relax on the covered back porch or poolside. Covered porch has a coffee table firepit to enjoy on cool days/nights. Each bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The Bunk Room has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a TV.Guest accessProperty sits in a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. It's very close to beach access you can walk, ride a bike or golf cart to. If you need bike or golf cart rental, we can refer you to some places.
Parking: Private driveway. The max cars during a stay is 3. No parties or outside guests permitted.Other things to noteA vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. ID's will be required along with a credit card to have on file for any incidentals.
