Great place super Host!!! Condo unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Location is great for PCB. Less crowded end of the beach. 2 minute walk to schooners for lunch everyday was a plus!!!

We love the area and have stayed at Treasure Island before so we know it well. Our unit this time around was super clean and comfortable, very nice. I would recommend stocking more items than the basics however, such as hand soap for the bathrooms and kitchen. This is the first condo we have ever stayed in that did not have that upon arrival. Small things make a difference. We have already booked next year but in a different unit that offers more overall small appliances/conveniences.

My family and I looked into a bunch of different places but this one we always came back to on the site. We booked and counted down the days till we had our mini getaway. The host was extremely nice and called to say if we wanted to check in earlier we would be able to do so which is amazing! Most places don’t allowed that. We were very surprised when got up to the condo how nice the decor was and the furniture wasn’t oversized taking up space. It was nicely updated. My youngest loved the “hidden beds” bunk closet. The view on the balcony was absolutely amazing I love sunsets from here. We are already trying to figure out the next time we will be able to book here.

Treasure Island Vacation
We have rented at Treasure Island several times over the years and it is our favorite place to stay. This condo # 1807 was really nice and clean. We will probably rent again in the future.

This condo is very spacious and well decorated! Gorgeous view of the gulf. Our family came for a baseball tournament and had a wonderful place to be when we weren't on the field. Jim made sure everything was okay day one. The chairs and umbrella were a bonus and the pricing was great-- we were there right before 4th of July. Note-- when you arrive, reserve your chairs for the entire time so you can get the best ones! The staff on the beach was extremely nice and friendly, as were all of the treasure island staff, GREAT Week!

I loved the location of the property. We were able to walk right over to Schooners from the beach. I was hesitant to stay in the 18th floor, but the view of the ocean was amazing.

This was our 7th stay at this beautiful condo, Jim and Kay always keep this place in top notch shape. We have never been disappointed in staying here. Although the weather in the area sometimes disappoints us, the stay at this beautiful condo never does. This year we were treated with a treasury painted condo and new appliances, my wife now has me looking for a stove like the one here and we are going to repaint the inside of the house in the same colors. When we arrive at 1807 it’s like returning home, we cannot say enough about staying here. Thank You again to Jim and Kay for all you do to keep this beautiful condo beautiful and feeling like home!

First time at Treasure Island ?? Resort and we were quite satisfied. Our stay in 1807 exceeded expectations. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for the four of us. The owner was very courteous and responsive to all questions from initial inquiry to after the stay was over. Views from the nicely equipped balcony were SPECTABULOUS! The room stayed cool at 72 and the ceiling fans were a bonus. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to everyone. We are St. Andrew State Park fans and loved the close proximity. Thanks again to the owner for the opportunity to use their place to enjoy our family vacation!

We had a wonderful family vacation in unit 1807! Plenty of room. The appliances were great. Nice stove and oven. Very nice washer and dryer. Very large refrigerator. View was beautiful from 18th floor. Mr. Vider was easily available for any questions we had. Would rent from Mr. Vider again.

WE had a wonderful week getaway. The beach was white sand and long. Perfect weather most of the days. The condo was clean and spacious and as mentioned in the listing. JIm was very friendly and prompt in responding to my questions. The resort staff was also very friendly and helpful. We followed all COVID precautions and enjoyed a quiet getaway. Treasure Island #1807 is a spacious, well cared for property. The unit is very clean and is well-stocked. Mr. Vider was extremely easy to work with and was quite attentive to our questions. There are two parking spots available with this unit and one is reserved. Treasure Island is a family friendly complex located on the "quiet" end and less congested part of Thomas Drive. Treasure Island is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

It had been a long time since we vacationed to PCB and heard great things about Treasure Island Resort. Unit 1807 was absolutely amazing. It was very spacious for all 6 of us. The balcony is very large and when not at the beach we were sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The unit had everything we needed for the week and Mr. Vider was extremely nice and helpful with the reservation process. He checked in with us several times during our visit to make sure everything was in order and we were enjoying our stay. We also appreciated the two beach chairs. We will definitely be booking this unit again.

Condo was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Beds were super comfy! Weather cooperated and kids/grandkids enjoyed the beach, food, deep sea fishing, etc. Jim was very accomodating and made himself available if needed. However; we just didn't need him! Thanks for a great time!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in beautiful Panama City Beach recently. The three bedroom Gulf Crest condo owned by Mr. Vider was spacious; it was very clean and well maintained; the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay; and the view of the gulf from the master suite, dining, kitchen, and den areas was gorgeous.
