Master is large, and bed is comfy. Balcony is big; the teens with us loved eating out there. Bunks are double over double which is awesome. The parking spot is great, and loading, unloading is well organized. I would definitely stay there again. It was pretty crowded on the beach and in the pools.

We stayed in this condo for the 4th of July and the view of the fireworks was absolutely amazing! Terri the owner was super nice and made the entire trip so easy with all the information sent ahead of time. The room was perfect. It was close to everything so instead of driving in the traffic we were able to walk to almost everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Terri.

Cannot say enough about the owner of the condo! She was so flexible and helpful! The condo is spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and had all the extras we needed to enjoy our beach time! Great chairs for the beach, new beach towels, and even flashlights to crab hunt at night. And my favorite part was the beautiful view from the balcony. I could sit there all day! Will definitely be back!!!

We stayed here during spring break. It was a perfect condo in a perfect location. Close to the action, but far enough away to be quiet and safe. I loved everything about the condo including the amenities and the view. I want to thank Terri for taking the time to check on us to make sure that everything was perfect. This condo will be my first choice for all beach vacations in PCB.

You should pick this condo if you are looking for somewhere to stay in PCB. It was better than most of the others that I've ever stayed in. The deocrations are cute but not overboard. It has everything that we needed for a great vacation. I'll be back.

We just stayed this past week and I have no complaints at all. The unit was absolutely beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The views were stunning. I also can say the owner of this unit is so sweet and kind. She worked with us in ways I'm not sure others would have. We had a great family vacation and we will deffinatley stay here again.

This property had everything our large family needed. The view was incredible from living room and expanded into the bedroom. Once you walked out of 1601 and took elevators to ground floor, which was a walk-out onto beach. Master suit was HUGE with EXTRA large bathroom. 2nd bedroom had beach road view from balcony, 3rd bedroom had bunk beds. Very spacious, Furnishings and decor were spot on, Easy access to EVERYTHING on site and off with its central location. Building staff in each department were excellent from helping with chair rentals, parking and check in desk when we had questions. This facility is constantly being cleaned and is very well kept. Terri is VERY responsive to any questions that arise.

Our extended stay at Majestic Beach Towers #1601 was very comfortable. The condo has ample space, is nicely furnished -- not overly done ,and well equipped. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the comfortable balcony. Terri is the best owner we have worked with in the 20+ years we have been renting --very responsive to questions and suggestions.

Absolutely loved our stay. We had plenty of room. Condo is located in a great location to be able to walk around. The view of the sunsets were Absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed Christmas and new years. We could see fireworks from the balcony. Terri was great to work with. She checked on us to make sure everything was going good.

My family takes 3 beach trips a year. I stumbled upon this condo for our Thanksgiving trip and I’m so glad I did! I now have no desire to stay anywhere else. The unit is spacious, vibrant, and the perfect corner location! It is also very clean and COZY!!!!!!! Mrs Terri made this trip so wonderful! She is so helpful and reassured us that she was a phone call away if we needed. The movie theater at the complex was a huge hit with my kids. (11 years old & 8 years old) Until next time!

This condo was amazing and perfect for our family of 6!! We have stayed at several places on The Emerald Coast and this unit was by far my favorite!! The views are outstanding. The furniture and decor was on point. The kitchen was fully stocked. Super convenient location. We loved it and can't wait to return!! The perfect corner unit beachfront condo overlooking 650 linear feet of gorgeous sugar-white gulf frontage! Amazing views where you can- watch dolphins and soak in the views from your large covered private balcony.
This 3 Bedroom 2 full bath unit includes a King ensuite, Queen room, and full over full bunk room. Plus, our sofa couch folds out to a queen bed. All of these beds will sleep 10 people.
The main master suite is “front and center” on the beach. It has direct access, as well, to the large private balcony where you can soak up the soothing sea breezes and gorgeous sunsets over the clear Gulf water. The private bath is complete with a garden tub, separate shower, make-up vanity, and large walk-in closet. The entire unit is newly painted and decorated. All mattresses and pillows have protectors on them.
The unit includes a fully renovated and equipped modern gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even a Keurig to make your stay special! All the cookware and utensils you will need are supplied.
There is also a wine cooler and a wet bar to enjoy your perfectly chilled wine in a tastefully decorated, spacious, open living area.
The family room and the Master and Queen bedrooms are equipped with new flat-screen smart TVs.
The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer allows you to pack light. All linens and a fully equipped kitchen are provided.
We have stocked our unit to be kid friendly. There are plenty of board games and puzzles for rainy day entertainment. We supply our guests with beach chairs, beach towels, sandcastle toys, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and more. We've supplied books for all ages (babies to adults). We even have colors/coloring books.
High-speed Internet and streaming provided.
One secure, dedicated covered parking spot with a prime location is available for $40. An additional parking spot can be purchased. Majestic Beach Towers has a new electronic license plate reader, so no hanging parking passes are needed. A seperate email will be sent it parking passes are required.
NOTE: If you are looking for a July 4th condo, this one is perfect. You can see 3 firework displays from your balcony.
Majestic Beach towers has great amenities: 3 outside pools (one of them is a mushroom waterfall pool for kids), 2 indoor heated pools, hot tub, onsite Starbucks, free move theater, onsite market, onsite seasonal restaurant, tennis courts, fitness center, game room (pool table, ping pong table, arcade), community shared grilling area.
