We stayed for a long weekend and the condo was great. I prefer this location because it is on the guitar side of PCB. I loved the walk in shower and the Condo was very clean. I also like the fact that it has a washer and dryer just across the hall from the condo. I HATE dealing with wet swim suits and towels. The view was perfect and we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The owners were great to deal with as well and sent me all the information I needed.

If you're looking for a quite, family friendly condo this is the one!! The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Parking is easy, the beach and pool are so close and easily accessible. Our favorite part was relaxing in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony while taking in the amazing views!! Mariner East is located on the east end of PCB, so nice/quite and away from the craziness of Spring Breakers. The owners are so easy to work with and I definitely recommend this condo to others. We look forward to staying here again in the future! Thank you for a great Spring Break week!

If you’re looking for an amazing place right on the ocean, this is it!! Our stay here was incredible. The condo was clean, roomy, and very quiet. Parking was a breeze and the pool was sooo clean & nice. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Jenni & Greg for making it such a nice place!

Greg and Jenni were super easy to work with and so close to my hometown! True Kentucky hospitality! This condo is so clean, accommodating, and updated. Literally minutes from the beach. The view from the balcony is simply amazing! The beds are comfortable! The pool is clean and well kept. The whole facility is well kept! The washer dryer room is nice but hidden :) Our family had the best vacation here and plan to move here soon!

Greg and Jenni, Thank you so very much for sharing your lovely beach house with us! We had the perfect family vacation, including a week long surprise birthday celebration mixed with fun and relaxation. The weather was perfect during our stay, 72 - 84 degrees each day, with low humidity and only one quick rain shower the entire week. The water was gorgeous, calm and clear. Comparable to the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean & Mexico. The condo comfortably met our family's needs. Conveniently located just steps away from the pool & ocean. The fact that it sits within a 6 - story building means that the beaches are not over - crowded. Some of our favorite amenities are having two full baths, a kitchen, a large living room area with plenty of seating, the special hand made Adirondack balcony chairs & table built to provide unobstructed beach and ocean views above the railing, the yellow house table lamps that served as dim night lights in the living room at night time, the Keurig coffee maker & other new and updated appliances, paint and flooring, as well as the keyless / code-entry door lock to the room and to the beach access. Everyday was so enjoyable that we have decided to book next years vacation here again! Already looking forward to Summer 2024!

We had a great week at Mariner East.Unit 203 is updated and decorated very nice.The kitchen is remodeled and had new appliances.We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with amazing view of the ocean , beach and sunsets.The owners were very easy to deal with and we hope to to visit again soon.Thank you Greg and Jenni for a perfect place to spend the week in beautiful PCB

Thank you all for allowing me to experience your home away from home ! After a challenging academic year, the experience was what I needed to reset and restore. Waking up , walking out of the bedroom, and being at eye level with the beach should be something everyone has a chance to experience. The condo was immaculately clean, fresh and all the updates were easy on the eyes. The pool, in the middle of the winter, was warm and refreshing . The residents were friendly and welcoming and teated me like a longtime neighbor. Easy beach access and the beach chairs provided were unexpected perks. The ability to Door Dash some the best eats I have had ( Diego's ...Wow!) and free grocery delivery added to my relaxation and pause. Looking forward to returning, and often!

We spent last weekend in this condo. The area around the condo is a little calmer and quieter than the Pier Park area, but we were able to get to Pier Park in just a few minutes. It was New Years Eve and we found a perfect little place for dinner near the condo, called Patches. They had great food and drinks, games on all the tvs and a relaxing atmosphere. It was perfect for us! The condo is clean, recently updated, with plenty of linens, cookware, comfy furniture and beautiful views of the beach. Gorgeous sunsets! We are already looking forward to our next trip in April. We loved it and plan to stay here anytime we visit PCB.
